Tracey, who provided my service, was exceptional--courteous, attentive, and highly professional throughout the entire experience. I opted for the milk and honey pedicure, and it was outstanding. The water temperature was perfect, everything was hygienic, and the addition of a leg steamer was a unique touch that elevated the experience. It was something I had not encountered before and certainly appreciated. Following that, I received a basic manicure. Tracey was very detail-oriented, ensuring that everything was done properly and to a high standard. By the end of the visit, I was extremely satisfied with the results. My wife and I got pedicures today. They do a great job. They offer a wide variety of services besides pedicures. My only negative comment is that I'd like the water I soak my feet in to be hotter. My feet are nice and soft, nails are trimmed, nice and smooth. A very relaxing experience. read more

I do not recommend. As you can see there's a lot of discoloration due to the nail tech not properly applying the gel polish and top coat. When I went back to discuss my issue I was told they no longer wanted me as a customer which was very rude since it was thier error No worries though I have no need to want to go back! read more

Customer service is poor and unprofessional. Nail salons are typically owned and operated Vietnamese. The tech that was working on my feet started to badmouth me and my children in Vietnamese. When we came to the salon, my daughter was to do a full set gel-x. I told them that I did not want to get my nails done because I have my younger children with me. The receptionist insisted and tried to accommodate by suggesting that the children can sit at the waiting area. I decided to go ahead and do it. The greedy tech want the money but do not want to go out of her way to accommodate their customers. Kids wanted to be close to me. Instead the tech keeps pushing for them to go away from where I was. Then she made enough annoying and rude comments where the other techs told her to stop speaking. What an experience! I will not come here again. Our service came out to be $160 read more

I would like to start by saying how much I love some of the technicians here, but the front desk clerk has been rude on several occasions. Several months ago I showed up for an appointment only to find out my technician wasn't working that day. She said she realized that after we hung up, but evidently didn't feel the need to call me back to reschedule. Today, I tried to make an appointment and couldn't get one with a preferred technician and she literally hung up without saying "goodbye". Never again. This used to be one of my go to's, but no longer! The front desk clerk, is rude to the core. She hides in the back of the salon pretending to work, ignoring customers, playing on her phone. We typically see Tam, who we do like. Today, we were a few minutes late because of traffic and rain. My adult daughter has a developmental disabiity, the salon was crowded and she needed a few minutes. While apparent non disabled customers arrive late with no appointments are welcomed, my daughter was not. She waited for 1 hour soaking her feet and the the Rude receptionist said she couldn't be served. If you're looking for a salon that discriminates against people with disabilities, this is your salon. I will Never be back and will share my story with others!! read more

I needed to get an old set of acrylics off (poked eye, allergy season) in a pinch and Sandy Nails and Spa allowed for a quick walk in appointment, which I am very thankful for. The receptionist was a little brisk and eating, but she got me checked in. The salon itself was clean and bright, so very good place to sit in. The tech was friendly and very chatty. I left the nail salon as soon as they were done because I had an appointment to go to. I was told it would take 20 minutes but I ended up spending closer to an hour there. No harm done! However, my nails hadn't really been cleaned off (the acrylic hadn't really been removed, they did some quick buffing and a file machine at the bottom of the acrylic) and I could see the acrylic was still on. They also cut my real nails super jagged. Once again, no harm done because I knew I could fix it, but it's been nearly two months and I'm still having pieces of acrylic flaking off and my nails themselves looking pretty scrappy. I think this salon is worth going to, but not if you're doing just a removal. read more

Clean facility, great atmosphere - comfortable chairs for pedicures and manicures. I saw Bella for my toes, she was supposed to do my nails but hurt her hand. I loved how when I came in she looked at my nails and asked questions about my previous services. Kicker was while getting a pedicure, I usually get gel. She recommended regular polish since I come every 3 weeks usually. She did this to save me money, which I don't find common with other nail places. My only complaint is my thumb nails were extremely crooked. I had to point it out a couple times. They fixed it as best they could. I'm still not 100% happy but I will definitely be back in 3 weeks and can get it fixed then. read more

Absolutely love this place! I've been going here for years and have had very few times any issues with my acrylic nails. I'm there every two to four weeks. Have used four different ladies, my favorites are Laura and Lisa. The pedicures are awesome! Very relaxing and oh the chairs massage so deeply just like I like it. Or if I'm not in the mood for massage I just keep it turned off and enjoy my feet being massaged just to get away from the stresses of the world. At times it reminds me of the old commercial 'calgon, take me away'. When you go, pick your color and tell them what you want and just relax! read more

Don't bother coming here unless you like wasting your time. I made a 6:15 appointment, showed up 15 minutes early, a walk in that showed up after me was taking. I was told twice that it would be another 5-10 minutes despite the walk in being taken with ease. I told her the second time that fine, I'd be leaving at 6:35 though since she told me it would be 5-10 minutes again at 6:25. Love them! I used to get my nails done frequently when I was younger, but stopped because I couldn't seem to find a place that I was fully satisfied with. I would mix up the places I went to and eventually gave up all together. I still get my nails done for certain occasions and decided to try this place out for an upcoming trip to Miami (hot pink nails, anyone? :)). I absolutely love love loved my nails when they were done and thought the service was wonderful. I have since started going there consistently to try out their wide array of neon colors for the summer :) I've had 3 different people do my nails and every single one has done a beautiful and superb job! Had a Pedi & gel manicure. Tan was very nice, but did an awful job on my toenails. Not one of them was cut straight across. Gel polish on my nails peeled off quickly, something I've not experienced w gel in the past. Might consider returning, but would use a different person. read more

This is def my go to spot to get my nails done. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and great prices. I ALWAYS ask for laura, she's absolutely incredible. All I do is show her a picture of what I want my nails to look like and she'll do it exactly. Totally impressed with her work. I don't trust anyone with my nails, only her.
