I recently moved to Leesburg from Arlington and discovered this true gem of a nail salon. I've been a few times but my last visit, I had a SNS dip nail chip after hitting it on a trash bin, which was totally my fault! I came in on a busy Friday, and they took me without question. Thuy not only fixed the broken nail, but cleaned all my other cuticles, filed the rest down to match the shape and added a fresh top coat to all my nails. After almost 20-30 minutes of basically redoing my manicure, she finished with a massage. I asked how much my total would be, and she would not let me pay! I had to chase her down to give her at least a tip. Any other nail salon would have just fixed the broken nail, and charged me which I would expect. They went above and beyond and for that they will always have a loyal customer. So thankful to find nice, respectable people especially when there are so many nail salons within an area. read more

Another nail salon miss. I've tried countless times to give them a change but they are just horrible me! 1. They are unprofessional, rude and VERY SLOW! 2. They've tried to use alcohol instead of acetone to do gel polish removal, insisting they were right and further delaying the service when they realized they were wrong! 3. They rotate you to different techs throughout your one service, which is annoying, especially when you've requested a specific person. 4. They don't like to be questioned even when you're a paying customer who is not satisfied with their services. 5. They use the nail drill on natural nails all the time. 6. Technicians are often on the phone talking and texting the whole time, which slows the service. It's hard to find quality and good customer service. This is my favorite nail spa. The owners are all sisters. They take great care of their customers. I even get massages at this spa. The difference is that it is clean, beautifully decorated, and they remember their customers. There is no turnover because they treat their employees well. Highly recommend! Cásual find after my usual place and person was always booked. Very clean as you see the personnel always cleaning in between customers. I frequently do gel or dip powder and service is consistent. Pedicures are good as well. I frequent Lisa for manicure and Yen for pedicures. Only issue is sometimes there's a queue even with appointments. Would be nice if they offer re-schedule when there a backup. read more

My nails didn't even make it through a week before they started lifting:( I went back in and she fixed them only to have them lift again a few days later. I went in again and was greeted rudely and told she was to busy to help me so I came back the next day and the women refused to help me because she again was busy. I stated that they needed to fix them and she shoved me back with a fellow co-worker who was unfriendly and quickly rushed through the repair:/ Again they lifted later that day and I went to a different salon and had a wonderful experience. Very very impressed. These sisters know what they are doing. After being disappointed at some other local nail places we had pretty much given up that we would be able to find a good Nail Spa. Our minds were changed after coming here. Not only are they very reasonably priced(we all got full acrylic sets) but they took excellent care of us. The staff is really and overall did an ok job with my nails. I got a gel set today and some was put over my cuticle. They look a little messy. I also had my eyebrows waxed. They look perfect. We were a walk-in group of 3 looking for pedicures and they were able to quickly accommodate us. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming, they offered us water/coffee/tea/sodas, and were very attentive to what we wanted in our pedicures, which all turned out very nicely. They had brand new, soothingly comfortable massaging pedicure seats. Place was sparkling clean and nicely decorated, the ambiance had a pleasant, calming vibe to it. Thuy is absolutely the best nail tech I have had in my LIFE! She's a no nonsense kind of girl and I love it! I love trying the new funky styles. I let her do her thing and she knocks my socks off every time. Every single one of my nails is even and matches its counterpart on my other hand perfectly. Everyone in the salon is wonderful. I went to Divine Nail Spa to get my nails done on a late Sunday afternoon. I called and made an appointment and explained what I wanted done on the phone. I requested dip powder on my nails. This place was close to my home. I go in and the manager Kim does my nails. She keeps reminding me that she is the manager. She says she does dip powder all the time. She sands down my old dip powder and continues to sand down my nail so that it is now thin and flimsy. She dips my nail (not hard to mess up this part). She ends by using a top coat other than the product line. Fast forward 2 days later and my nail top coat starts peeling. It is peeling so badly that it is coming off in chunks... Yep won't be going back to this place again. I don't care how close it is to my home. read more

I had my first regular manicure ...and pedicure in two years today. At this location. Ive never been here before. Upon arrival they all seemed very welcoming and friendly. They helped me immediately and never made me feel unwelcome. My services both manicure and pedicure were outstanding. The pedicure tub had disposable liners ...and the tools were freshly autoclaved. The wax treatment was a delightful bonus. The message was other-worldly. Everything was divine. My technician even gladly WITHOUT my requesting got me coffee when I began yawning. And I think I I began yawning from being sooooo at ease from that awesome massage. I never felt rushed and had time to let my fresh mani actually dry. Anyway , everything was outstanding. The lady kept being on her phone, all she did was talk on the phone with who knows who. She messed up my nails I got dipped powder it's not even .. I invited a friend and she got horrible service too .. her nail lady was also on the phone, didn't do the design my friend requested and she reminded her before she put the top coat .. the lady was on the phone and pretended to ignore her .. we got eyebrows waxed.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! She didn't even do a good job it looks the same .. they say it's $12 for eyebrows but it's actually $15 .. they lied .. I paid $150 for the worst nail salon experience.. would I recommend this for my friends? No, not at all! So save your money and go somewhere else! read more

The salon looks nice and clean. I went there to have the refill done for my pink and white nails. The first time I had a gentleman ( I believe his name was Tony). He did a very good job. I was pleased with the results: very nice and clean work done and a look as a result. My nails looked very natural and I recieved many complements for my "natural" nails at the event I went that day. For my second visit I called to set an appointment. I requested the same gentleman again (there is only one man there). I came for my appointment and I was surprised to see that I wasn't with Tony but with another lady. I specifically requested the gentleman during my call. I decided to go with the flow and just have this lady to take care of my nails. As a result, it was a mistake. She hurt me so many times during the procedure; one of the time she actually punctured my skin near the nail. She used a lot of acrylic powder on my nails and lots of the solvent (not a good thing). As a result my nails looked far from natural: bulky and with a cracked look of the fake nail surface(as if there were tiny white hair-thin threads underneath the surface). Very disappointed, and there is no way I will be back to this lady. While I was there, next to me there was an elderly lady having her nails done. The woman who did her nails was quite rude and disrespectful to her as far as I could observe. She rudely directed her to push some button on the UV machine ( she practically rolled her eyes at the old lady). It was quite unpleasant to watch. At some point this woman noticed my looks at her and she changed her behavior. Not a good experience during my second visit, overall. read more

I never have a problem getting an appointment or even getting a walk in time really nice staff I'm sorry I have to write this review but since the new ownership the service here has gone downhill I used to walk in get service no problem they were fantastic. Now it's like if you don't have an appointment. Forget it. I was made to wait a very long time for service and every time I call on my cell phone they don't answer or someone gets on the line claiming they don't understand me. When I call on my landline they answer immediately they total screen calls. The last time I went there 2 techs worked on me one started while the other showed up and took over. My nails just don't look like they used too also they take an excessive amount of time to complete service. A gel fill should not take nearly 2 hours. A pedicure shouldn't take nearly 2-1/2 hours also I've been cut by the tool numerous times because they are distracted by chit chat or helping others. I've been going there 4 years. But now I'm done. I used to be pleased with my pedi experience here. Not so since summer 2019. I started seeing different people working there and then I had 2 of them and I was just not happy with the service. The people I used to see working there don't seem to be working there anymore. After my last visit on 9/7/19, I will not go back. I left with a bleeding toe and heel from overly aggressive cuticle and callous removal. read more
