I was finally able to have a call back from these folks and was able to book an appointment. The establishment is clean and the staff were friendly. We received a 60 minute massage. The massage was 'okay'. It felt like someone just rubbing oil on you. The pressure was kind of weak. I felt awkward bringing it up more than once. After we redeemed our gift card, there was an issue with gratuity. When we were gifted this a few years back, our friends mentioned they had added 20% tip. I believe the price of the massage went up, which makes sense. However, the front desk person made it seem like prices haven't changed and it was odd that the tip was so little. It would have been nice if they were just honest with why the top was much less now, which is probably because the price of the massage went up. I would probably check out another place.

Stephanie is very welcoming and attentive to her customer's wants and needs. Her calming presence makes the experience comforting from the start. For a "standard" package, the massage is top quality. I struggled to stay awake and couldn't be happier. Stephanie excels in both soft and deep tissue massage techniques. I typically enjoy a large amount of pressure and she was able to find an excellent balance to resolve hidden tensions while also avoiding pain. I would highly recommend visiting this location if you're looking for a breath from reality or an excuse to treat yourself.

The…read morefacial with Christine was very good, however, my reflexology session was very disappointing as it was more like a foot massage versus any sort of touch point reflexology. I don't think the person who was doing it (I believe her name was Hannah) has any experience with how the touch points align with different body parts. It was also my birthday, which is in the notes that I provided when I filled out their forms. When I inquired about the birthday goodie bag, the woman at the front desk acted as if I had just asked her to move the heavens for me. The gentleman grudgingly threw two tiny samples into a bag and handed it across and said goodbye. There was no 'happy birthday' or anything else. Terrible customer service and the only good thing about it was the facial with Christine. I would never recommend this place to anyone who really wanted a true relaxing spa experience.
