This place is great and convenient for full body cryotherapy. Plus it's a great value. Some places charge $100's for each visit. Not everyone is the same, but I got great results after a chronic rib, knee, and wrist injuries wouldn't go away due to sports. After 3 consecutive day visits I would say the pain is reduced by 80%. So much so I stopped taking Celebrex my Dr. prescribed me. I'll take 3 minutes of discomfort a day for that! Word of warning: if you are inflamed you are going to feel nausea and fatigue the first few times due to your body kicking into repair mode. Plus you burn like 600 calories. The sauna room is very nice and clean and relaxing. He gave me a water bottle and already had my towels ready. The sauna is a super cute little box. I really enjoyed it and plan to go as much as I can afford since I suffer from chronic pain. You can wear whatever clothes you want or go in naked since you are alone. Booked a cryotherapy session through class pass, I was nervous because I despise being cold but thought I'd give it a shot because I have heard interesting things about the benefits. I started on level one which felt extremely cold but tolerable. At no point was I ready to end the session (it was only 3 minutes so I just pushed through the discomfort). This was my first time experiencing Cryotherapy and I was a little nervous but Sid explained the process to me in a way that I felt comfortable volunteering to be the first one out of our group of 6 to go first. I was super stiff after running 26.2 miles but after staying in the chamber I felt energized and rejuvenated!! I got a Groupon for 2 sessions for cryotherapy. I used one session and ended up having cold sores and flu-like symptoms. Given the experience I prolonged my second appt. I finally decided to go and explain what happened and see if I can use the sauna for the remaining value of the Groupon. The guy at the desk told me to let the owner know. He was also smiling in disbelief. I emailed the owner and explained the situation, he was very defensive and after few back and forth replays he asked for my address to send me a check with remaining value of the Groupon. I never received any check!! $30 seem to be a huge amount of money!! I still want to try cryotherapy at a place where they understand that side effects can happen.
