My mother and I went to Core IV Therapy in Herndon VA, and everything was a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE…read more I absolutely loved coming to their facility. The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Sergio was so patient with me since I'm not the biggest fan of shots, however it was quick and painless. Since my mother was doing a drip, Sergio took us to their relaxing lounge to wait in. The room was filled with so many comfortable seats where we can put our feet up. There are refreshments and calming music to enjoy. Sandy came in to introduce herself and ask how our experience is going. Sandy has such a welcoming, friendly energy where we all just connected so well. I feel like I could tell her anything without being judged. She shared her personal experience with her health struggles and what treatments worked really well. I asked her so many questions on certain diet, supplements, and peptides I was interested in. She took the time to answer everything with giving feedback and better choices when needed. My mother and I really enjoyed our conversation together that we almost forgot another 30 minutes went by. I can't explain enough that it is so refreshing to have such genuine conversations with everyone being so excited to share their own health journey. As we were walking out, Ginger, who is the owner, came out to thank us for coming in. She was so sweet and so appreciative over our business. I began to tell Ginger how excited I am to come back and make this a monthly visit. Ginger welcomed me to email her about more details on the health struggles I've been facing for YEARS. Not only did Ginger response so quick, but you can tell she has such passion with helping everyone. She took the time to work with me one on one to craft a routine that I have confidence in. I can truly tell that her business is such a blessing in this community and couldn't recommend coming enough. I feel like I'm on cloud 9 after leaving and so educated. Next month I will be signing up for their membership which has insane amount of perks and discounts. Ensuring me that my money and body/mind is taken care of. I have been to similar business in the past where it felt so transactional with half of the perks and I paid more at! My mother and I will now have this be a monthly routine of enjoying all the benefits that Core IV Therapy in Herndon, VA has to offer. I feel so supported and thankful to have experience this amazing business. Do yourself and body a favor and come see the amazing people at Core IV Therapy.

0 Stars - Unsafe, Dishonest, and Predatory Practices…read more PureDropIV is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you care about your health, your money, or even basic honesty, stay far away. The treatments themselves were physically damaging. One nurse attempted to insert an IV in my hand and left me with a massive, painful bruise and swelling that took weeks to heal. After I complained, they sent another nurse, supposedly to "make things right." At first, it seemed okay--but then I developed an even worse bruise on my arm, with blood pooled under the skin. It was extremely painful and again took weeks to go away. These were not small marks; these were serious injuries that should never happen in a professional medical service. Because of this repeated harm, I placed my membership on hold. I followed every step they required--emailed when told, and received a text confirmation on June 4 that my membership was paused. I keep all my emails, and I can state without question: PureDropIV never emailed me about a time limit on the pause, never emailed me about its duration, and never emailed me anything about my membership at all. Later, when I challenged them, they tried to claim otherwise. That is simply false. Even with the confirmed hold, PureDropIV still charged me $499 on August 11, 2025. To make matters worse, they continue sending automated reminders to schedule treatments as if nothing ever happened. This is not only sloppy--it's dishonest and predatory. So here's the truth: PureDropIV caused me painful physical injuries, lied about their communications, and billed me when my membership was confirmed as on hold. That combination makes them unsafe, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Do not risk your health, your money, or your peace of mind. Stay far away from this company.

I had been fighting…read moresomething for nearly a month - thinking I was on the upswing I went forward with my plans to visit family for Christmas, and then found myself super sick, 100% out of commission, and unable to fly home. I was so sick and tired of being sick, so decided on IV therapy to try to help speed my healing along. I was able to book pretty last minute, the nurse was incredible - efficient, confident, made good recommendations based on my needs and budget, and was just a nice person who was enjoyable to talk to while I was getting my infusion. The infusion helped tremendously - I improved by probably 50% almost immediately. I will concede that, as others have mentioned, the service is quite pricey, but I knew that up front and was willing to pay the cost to have someone come to my home to administer the IV therapy. If you're willing to pay the price, the service is great!

Cryotherapy/WBC - I chose cryotherapy next. Was given a brief intro on benefits, how the machine works, controls and directed into changing/red light room. Accessories were set up (robes, ear mask, face mask, thick socks, gloves, thick gloves, slippers). I opted to wear my leggings and use the spa robe in addition to wearing the required accessories (ear mask, face mask, gloves, socks, slippers). Alexa played Run This Town (my choice). First chamber is the pre/post. Held onto the handle of the connected door. Initial reaction was panic (no visibility). Wellness rep stood outside the entire time, gave countdown through speaker (comforting). Initial body temp was 89, down to 54. 3. Red light - Finished with red light for 10 minutes. Wore provided sunglasses, stood between 2 devices (front and back, closed my eyes, and relaxed, the more skin exposed the better. **Sign-up for a membership @ RWVienna, I get a $100 credit. NAVA does not operate like a healthcare provider -- it operates like a billing system. I completed…read moremy required blood work and was told my prescription would be sent in. After two weeks of repeated confirmations, I was suddenly told I was "missing labs" -- with no proactive communication and no urgency. I then requested a temporary emergency refill to ensure my health and hormone levels did not drop while they sorted out their internal issue. They refused. No doctor review. No patient-care escalation. No concern for continuity of care. Just a denial. Healthcare, especially hormone and wellness care, is not something you can pause without real physical consequences. A legitimate medical practice understands this. NAVA does not. If you are looking for a clinic that treats you like a person rather than an account number, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was expensive, stressful, and completely avoidable.

I did the "gut restore" program (which was very expensive) and saw no results. It was a three-month…read moreprogram that was supposed to help with digestive/gut issues. It included four 1-hour consults with a nutritionist and nothing else. The nutritionist--although very nice--gave me minimal advice about my diet/lifestyle, primarily suggesting I cut dairy and minimize gluten (I did), eat fermented foods, and take several expensive supplements (I did) that were an additional cost. Whenever I expressed that I wasn't feeling better she suggested I take more supplements. Throughout the experience, "health coaches" (sales reps) continually tried to sell me on membership packages or add-on services. I went into the experience very open-minded and eager for help, so I tried a membership and used it for several services, none of which were helpful. These included: a gut health IV, a gut health shot, and the worst massage I've ever had. For another additional cost I took a food sensitivity test, cut the foods that I was supposedly sensitive to, and still saw no results. Overall, the services were ineffective, the pricing was expensive and confusing, and the business practices felt predatory. Very disappointing.
