I arrived exactly on time for my scheduled appointment and completed the check-in process immediately. Despite being prompt, I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes while multiple people who arrived long after I did were called back before me. When I finally approached the front desk to ask why I was being ignored, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional. It is clear that this office does not value its patients' time or have a functional check-in system. If you're looking for a medical provider that is organized and respectful, look elsewhere. I will not be returning.

Dr. West was pleasant and helpful and her resident is amazing and will make a great doctor on her own one day. Tammy the nurse was funny and such a sweet lady. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant and again i am glad I picked this practice. Now for my suggestions: 1) If you are going to be running behind please let the patience know 2) When patients schedule appointments for annuals give them the option of coming in and getting a baseline and then doing blood work and rescheduling their appointment for 2 weeks later. Or just scheduling the blood work first and coming in once you have the results. So you wont have to come in the firs time and waste so much time. Now all that above I can deal with... however what I do have a huge complaint about is the phlebotomist Cathy (I believe) I understand she gets off at 4pm and i understand the dr was running behind which isn't her problem. However, if the dr sends you a patient to have blood drawn especially after fasting all day please drop the attitude and all the huffing and puffing and slapping of the computer mouse on the table to make the computer work faster (its not going to work) I even tried to lighten the mood up by talking about the big comfy chair they had for blood draws and she had nerve to roll her eyes. She asked me to make a fist I did but she got an attitude like my fist wasnt good enough and gave me the ball to squeeze and after she got the needed in the blood wasnt filling fast enough so she proceeded to move the needle around in my vein to try to make it feel faster so she could get out the door. Then once she was complete. She said " all done" and turned her back towards me and went back to the computer. No have a nice day .. do you know how to get back to the front desk.. no personality and all attitude. Again i understand you were suppose to get off 15 minutes prior but this is your job and when you work in any medical field you will not always get off on time so suck it up buttercup. So minus the horrible experience at the end the rest of the practice is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone working or living in the area. You may want to get your blood work done by someone else though.

My first appointment I came 15 minutes early as instructed by her office. I waited another 45 minutes then asked how much longer it would be they said another 45 minutes. At no time did anyone approach me to inform me of any time issue although they knew I was waiting. I rescheduled appointment. Second appointment showed up a few minutes before appointment time, desk person told me it would be 45 minutes. I waited ONE HOUR then asked when the doctor would take me. The person at the desk said the doctor knew I was the rescheduled appointment but it would be at least another 45 minutes.Again at no time did anyone approach me to inform me. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! NEVER has anyone called to apologize. I am a VERY patient person but this was unbelievablly rude. This doctor should be required to take a time management and best business practices course. This does not look good for Inova that she represents!

My mother and I went to Core IV Therapy in Herndon VA, and everything was a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE…read more I absolutely loved coming to their facility. The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Sergio was so patient with me since I'm not the biggest fan of shots, however it was quick and painless. Since my mother was doing a drip, Sergio took us to their relaxing lounge to wait in. The room was filled with so many comfortable seats where we can put our feet up. There are refreshments and calming music to enjoy. Sandy came in to introduce herself and ask how our experience is going. Sandy has such a welcoming, friendly energy where we all just connected so well. I feel like I could tell her anything without being judged. She shared her personal experience with her health struggles and what treatments worked really well. I asked her so many questions on certain diet, supplements, and peptides I was interested in. She took the time to answer everything with giving feedback and better choices when needed. My mother and I really enjoyed our conversation together that we almost forgot another 30 minutes went by. I can't explain enough that it is so refreshing to have such genuine conversations with everyone being so excited to share their own health journey. As we were walking out, Ginger, who is the owner, came out to thank us for coming in. She was so sweet and so appreciative over our business. I began to tell Ginger how excited I am to come back and make this a monthly visit. Ginger welcomed me to email her about more details on the health struggles I've been facing for YEARS. Not only did Ginger response so quick, but you can tell she has such passion with helping everyone. She took the time to work with me one on one to craft a routine that I have confidence in. I can truly tell that her business is such a blessing in this community and couldn't recommend coming enough. I feel like I'm on cloud 9 after leaving and so educated. Next month I will be signing up for their membership which has insane amount of perks and discounts. Ensuring me that my money and body/mind is taken care of. I have been to similar business in the past where it felt so transactional with half of the perks and I paid more at!
