Trenita is a sweetheart. FYI This location closes at 3:30 not 4 o'clock like most Quest locations.

Apart from that delay, it was easy to get in and find. When you turn on to Pinard Road, you'll see the dental facility first (the back of the building) but keep going on that road to the second parking lot for the medical part of the building (front and back are not connected, at least not to the public). I checked in via kiosk on the left and waited about 5 minutes for my name to be called. The blood draw is in somewhat nonprivate area, right up against the window so everyone passing by from outside can see you, and the door to the room is wide open. The facility itself is clean, the parking lot is huge, the staff are friendly, adn the wait time was minimal because I had an appointment.

What an amazing resource. Did you know you can order your own blood test on line? Literally…read moreanything you want. Thyroid, CA-125, cancer tests... whatever. After visiting yet another doctor who only cared about their arrogance and didn't order the FULL set of labs. I decided enough was enough. You do have to pay for them but for 2 visits with a specialist it would have been $100 in copays. This was only $179 for the complete set and I could use my Flex Spending Account. It was easy. I ordered the labs got the requisition form less than 2 hours later and went to a local place that draws blood. They took my blood and I expect to have results in 2-4 days. I ordered it in the morning at work and got the blood drawn at lunch. I swear to god, if only I could now order my own medical treatments on line.

Ordering the labs and getting my blood drawn went just fine. The problem was that when I got the results the next day, they mixed up one of the labs with something I did not need. I called them up immediately and Mark Q quickly resolved my issue and ordered me a new lab. Fortunately, the lab they contract the tests to still had some of my sample to rerun. I was quoted that it would take 2-3 days to get my results back, but it only ended up taking 1 day (yay!). I am really pleased with Health One for being so efficient and customer-oriented.

Over the years, he has drawn complex, highly specialized labs for me, and each time I've had full confidence that it was drawn accurately. The lab results have validated that each time. Finally, I have such peace of mind knowing that Bill will ship my labs each time, ensuring proper temperature control, adequate documentation, and protective equipment in place.I

Bill was my go-to in-home phlebotomist for over a year. When you are able to reach him, he is…read moreexcellent -- skilled, gentle, friendly, good aseptic technique, and professional during the blood draw. He wears an N95 mask, and the overall experience has always been smooth. He was also very understanding about the fact that my health conditions can flare unpredictably, which meant I occasionally needed to reschedule at the last minute. He was usually quick to respond to texts or emails about scheduling. My last blood draw with Bill was in September 2025. Labcorp said that frozen plasma samples for two tests in the large order were missing, so I emailed and then texted Bill to see if he could confirm drop-off or whether they just needed to be redrawn. I honestly assumed it was a Labcorp error. After two weeks, he let me know he was out of the country for a few months without reliable cell coverage. I gave him grace because I know he is in high demand and the circumstances were extenuating. I had the blood redrawn by another phlebotomist and planned to continue booking with Bill once he returned. Since then, I have tried to book new blood draws via text, phone, or email, but Bill has not responded. Google reviews indicate that he has completed recent appointments and responded quickly to schedule, so it doesn't seem like he's still out of the country. For homebound patients like myself who rely on mobile phlebotomy for care, this lack of predictability can be challenging. It would be really helpful to have clearer communication about his availability -- for example, an out-of-office email auto-reply, an updated voicemail greeting, or a note on his website indicating whether he is currently accepting appointments and the best way to reach him. Overall, Bill provides 5-star high-quality care when reachable---- the only limitation has been the difficulty reaching him and uncertainty about availability. I've been trying to book with him again and would really like to continue working with him if he sees this! I hope he is able to reconnect.
