I wanted a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon, and most of my regular places were booked until Monday. I called this place randomly, and they had me in the chair in just over an hour, which included my 40 minute drive. There were 8 pedi chairs and 8 manicure stations, and while all the techs were busy, fewer than half the stations were in use. I should have heeded the warning. When I got in the chair after a 15-20 minute wait after check in, it was another ten minutes before my tech arrived. I asked for the basic package and she insisted I needed the $5 more package for callous care. I'm not gonna argue over $5. She started working on my feet like a metalworker attacking a rusty pot. It didn't mater how much I jumped or flinched, she looked up, I said "That hurts" and she and her colleagues spoke in Vietnamese and chuckled and she went right back to it. This happened over and over. It was not the worst pedicure I ever had, where the eczema spots on my feet were actually bleeding, but it was pretty rough. I asked her to take some length off the nails, rather than just trimming the sides. She didn't. I'll have to go to my regular spot in less than a week and actually get my nails trimmed. The calf and foot massage were very thorough, and the only reason there is more than one star. No hot towels. It'll do in a pinch is you just gotta have work done, but don't expect to enjoy it. read more

Came here because I received a text for 10% discount for my birthday. I was not impressed with the quality of service my first time but decided to give them a second chance with a different nail tech. This review if for pedicure only. Apt/checkin: the apt and checkin process is so smooth. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and asked what you need (I witnessed this with everyone who walked through the door). I made an apt earlier that morning and was able to be accommodated for an early afternoon apt. When you step in there is a pad where you enter your phone number to check in. Service: I was not pleased with my nail tech the first time I came. Poor and messy cuticle cleaning and massage and sloppy polish. This time my tech was better. Attention to detail with cleaning. Took care and went over cleaning cuticles multiple time and really worked on my heel dryness with the stone. Still some issues with polish final looks. It's a bit uneven and lumpy as you can see from the picture. She struggled a bit during the process too. if you're doing gel though, they have sooo many color options to choose from! There is a bit of a language barrier but all my needs were met with a bit of repetition. The gentleman that seemed to be the manager was very attentive and friendly. I almost left my kindle behind and he returned it to me before I left the salon. Trustworthy and friendly! Only downside it that it seems you have to get lucky with who your nail technician is so if you find a good one try and go to that same person every time. Price: the salon was nice enough to send a 10% off coupon for my birthday via text. I probably would not have given this place a second chance had I not received that text. I paid about $45 for the mostly basic pedicure with non gel polish. This seems expensive for me but it seems to be normal pricing in North Carolina. Overall at least this time I felt it was worth the price tag. Ambiance: love love the massage chairs! Very comfortable and great after a workout! Everything was very clean and sterile. New packages were opened for tools used on my feet. Soak tubs were plastic covered and tech wore masks and gloves. The decor is very appealing and gives an upscale feel. Please get another eyebrow waxer!! Your latest waxer attempted to do my brows and I didn't like her attitude so I told her that's ok I'll go somewhere else. She promised she could do my brows like I wanted her to. She ended up giving me a half brow! I have to look at this until my brow grow back. On top of that she was coughing all over me while doing my brows. Pure nails please do better, y'all charge too much money for it to not be right and I come from Raleigh to give you my service! Great service! I am new to the area and wanted to give them a try. Clean salon and nice staff. I wasn't able to get all of my gel polish off at home, but they had no problem accommodating that need! In and out in 45 minutes with a great gel manicure on my natural nails! *appointment started right on time!* I prefer to have my nails drilled before gel is applied and they buff with a file - that is the only reason for the 4 star! The staff is super friendly and definitely execute exactly what you're looking for whether it be nails, toes, etc. They also had me in and out so I was able to make it to another appointment on time because of them. been here before and its been decent. however went today and had the most unpleasant experience. Extremely rude staff. Showed them the color and design I wanted and one of the female manicurists goes "I don't know, you have to find the color". I say there are 1000s of colors can you point me in the right direction? She just sits there and pretends to look and then says someone else can do your manicure, I'm busy. I just paid for my pedicure and left. Do not go here if you want to deal with rude staff that are very obviously speaking negatively about you in their language. Many more nail salons to pick from in the area. read more

i went to this spa recently and they started on my pedicure almost immediately. however, after i informed my technician that i'd like acrylic on two toenails she ignored me the first 3 times i mentioned it before almost beginning to paint my toenails with polish. another employee intervened and clarified what i wanted and my technician abruptly left my station and began preparing working on another customer without any explanation. i waited 10-15 mins for another technician to start on my pedicure again before they almost gave me the incorrect thing i wanted before i clarified again, and they seemed a bit annoyed with me. i was told when prepping my feet that two acrylic toes on an classic pedicure ($32) is an additional $15, so im already paying about $50 for a passive aggressive service. however, she did prep my feet well and removed all dead skin, scrubbed inbetween my toes, in my heels and just above my ankles. she shaped my toenails nicely as well, so this was worth the visit. the technician who completed my pedicure did an average job of applying the acrylic and painting. overall i'd give this place 3.5 stars if i could. read more

I called prior to my visit to ask about pricing and they told me everything would be $69. When I arrived, I picked out a dip powder color and asked if they had matching polish for my toes and they told me I would need to find my own match and handed me another palette of colors. Disappointing because most places have a match for dip, gel and polish nowadays. Anyway, I sit in the chair and there must have been a malfunction because the faucet literally shot water into my face. Someone else ran up to the man next to me and wiped him and his chair down meanwhile I'm sitting there dripping wet. After that, I got my manicure and asked for a almond shape. I left with bulky round nails with so much built up product on the sides my nails literally looked circular. When I checked out, they told me the total would be $73. Very disappointing experience and I think they should have definitely taken part of the total off and NOT charged me MORE than what they told me it would be over the phone. read more
