Chicken bowl and a prickly pear margarita
    Stacy A.

I love that the Puralima chain keeps opening new locations in our area! Although, admittedly, the Edina location had pretty slow service. I tried the prickly pear margarita but probably won't get that one again. That flavor only comes in the slushie form which was a bit unpleasant to drink and a bit sour. Their kids meal are a great option for kids, and I always love the bowls I get here!

This location just opened super recently and it's gorgeous! I love the decor and the flower bar that you can make a bouquet at! We were served immediately and the staff was kind and efficient. Our meal was $22 (i got guac which was extra). The only things i could critique was that, my bowl didn't have much rice. It honestly was more guac than rice. Which don't get me wrong, i appreciated how much guac they gave since it's an extra charge. The other thing would be that you can only pick three options without paying extra. Which, is kinda frustrating because they have so many good toppings and to add everything i would like on my bowl would get expensive. However, everything tasted fresh, well seasoned and delicious! Definitely prefer this place over chipotle by a long shot. I've visited the other Puralima locations and it has always been consistent in quality and taste. Which is why i prefer it over Chipotle! This is a pretty common restaurant for my boyfriend and I and will continue to be! Glad there's another location!!!!

    Bugs/spider webs

Our bowls were good however the restaurant needed a cleaning. I feel that it has been neglected. Bugs and spider webs were in the corners of the main dining room.

So excited to have such a delicious, healthy option in Edina! And perfect timing - these margaritas are the perfect summer vibe.

I love boba and a little alcy boba is so fun and unique (in the US at least). I also love that there is an option for food there as well, though I haven't actually tried any of it yet. Just nice to have food option! I went for the Valentine's specials that were donating part of profits to Immigrant Law Center of MN (woohoo go Tii Cup for doing what you can!). We came during trivia so there was a bit of a wait to be seated, but we got in after 30ish minutes. We just waited downstairs, which was nice because same building obviously. I got a cocktail that I cannot actually remember anymore (a good reminder to do reviews ASAP) :( I remember it was fruity (strawberry?), light, and yummy. My friend got the Golden Raspberry Beret which was more whiskey heavy. I liked it though, good amount of raspberry and cream and the popping strawberry boba were sooo good! The place itself is just too cute with its cozy lighting and plants! I can't wait until it's nice out again and we can sit on the balcony.

Stopped in for Valentine's Day special drinks at the bar, we came right when trivia was happening on a Sunday night so it took a while to get a table but we were able to wait downstairs and get some regular boba drinks. I got an Ube Twister with Coconut Snow and added Lychee popping boba, completely delicious. About 30-40 min later we got seated upstairs in the bar after being added to the waitlist by phone number. Super cute place, very cozy and low light. My drink was something with Japanese whiskey, raspberry, and popping boba. A bit heavy on the whiskey for my taste but my friend's fruity little cocktail was much better. Sadly we were seated after the kitchen closed so we didn't get to try any of the food, but will definitely be back!

This breakfast burrito is packed full of everything you could ever want including wagyu steak (instead of the traditional bacon or sausage, so it's not greasy at all), avocado, eggs, potatoes, and cheese. It even came with a side salad and salsa to dip it in! For $15-16 it was a large portion and easily was 2 meals. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready quickly at the counter but the restaurant also looked cute inside so I would be interested in stopping in for a meal sometime too! My spouse and I split a Caesar Salad. She ordered the Crispy Tuna Tacos which are always fantastic. I devoured the Blackened Shrimp. The dish had a piquancy that added the perfect amount of kick. I loved it. With jazz on Wednesday evenings and unique menu specials, the Waterbury will grow sick of my face. It's a great restaurant.

I came here a few days ago during their "crabby hour" from 8-10 pm and we all each ordered our set of a truffle fries, a Granada slider, and a mahi mahi taco. The fries were incredible. They were super crispy, cooked perfectly and I love truffle with fries. The best part however was the aioli that came paired with it. It had a citrusy, umami flavor that was just so incredible I would have taken a whole jar home if I was able to. Absolutely perfect and can make any dish. The Granada slider was also awesome. It was bigger than I expected and included that wonderful aioli again, along with some greens, the patty, manchego cheese, and bacon. It was delicious and once again that aioli is just perfect and it was a much larger amount of food than I was expecting. I also had the mahi mahi taco as well which was good, but not my favorite. I'd probably try something instead of this again next time. Also, the staff is super funny and really awesome. We had Cassie (sorry if I got this wrong) and she was super kind, made a lot of jokes, and even gave us a tour of the theatre when we asked if we could take a peak to see what it looks like. Incredible service, we had a really great time with her. We all are definitely going to come back soon, and maybe even come for a show! But the food alone is worth a visit for sure in my opinion. I strongly recommend the Granada Slider and you have to get the truffle fries with the aioli. A side note the menu is a little confusing as they are transitioning menus so be patient as the staff have no control and the food is worth the confusion.

It had a 1920's art deco vibe which I love. We had a reservation but the host seemed to struggle to find it, almost even questioning the validity of it even though I showed her proof they texted confirmation. Thankfully they gave us a table right away anyways. The restaurant is attached to a theatre so it gets really busy prior to showtimes and the service becomes slow or non existent. At one point it even seemed that they forgot about us and the manger noticed so she made sure to get our food to us. The server later apologized and was very kind but I couldn't help but notice she took the time to chit chat with coworkers while we waited. When the theatre performance started it loudly traveled into the restaraunt through the walls. While it didn't bother me I can see how this may bother others. I'm actually glad we went because we learned about the theatre and would like to attend a show sometime. I just wouldn't recommend going to the restaraunt unless you are seeing a show there.

The service was genuinely friendly and pleasant throughout our visit, which went a long way. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. I tried the NY Strip special, which was fine but nothing memorable - exactly what you'd expect, no more, no less. The oysters were disappointing for the price point; the quality just wasn't there. The mushroom bruschetta similarly underwhelmed - it felt like it was missing something to make it stand out. The bright spot? The drinks were solid and well-crafted. I wanted to rate this higher based on the atmosphere and service alone, but at the end of the day, the food has to deliver. With so many great options in Minneapolis, Nightingale needs to step up its culinary game to match its lovely setting. I'd consider returning for drinks, but probably not for dinner.
