Mi Pueblo has become my go to Mexican restaurant!! I have eaten in several times, but I love to get take out from here. The service is kind, the wait is short, and the portions are always big enough for some extra to take home or share with a friend if you are looking for a light meal. Their queso is more flavorful than other local Mexican places and they always put chips and salsa in the to go orders! I have yet to come with a larger group, but have noticed seating for large parties and they also have a patio for nice summer nights.

I love Mexican food and this didn't disappoint. I haven't tried too many Mexican places but the enchiladas were yummy and fresh, and the portions were also pretty big. Chips were thick and crispy and I also like the salsa.

I had the Taco Salad with ground beef and it was the perfect size. The ground beef was nicely seasoned but overall the salad needed some crunch. I like the Salsa Rojo on it and the avocado was nice and ripe. My critique is that it's all just soft, mushy texture. Some fresh peppers would have been nice. I crumbled some of the yummy tortilla chips on it and ate every bite. Again, the Queso is nice and thick and has a little bit of heat; it could use a little more.

My wife and I were out for our weekly new restaurant Saturday lunch and we decided on Mi Pueble. What a hidden gem, stuck in a strip mall in an old bank site I believe. We entered the establishment and it reminded us of a Mexican restaurant in Mexico, it just needed the horizontal space air conditioner attached to the wall. Our server approached us and asked what I wanted to drink, as he had a handful of a basket of chips and a jar of salsa. Nice touch. I ordered a big Pacifico, reminiscent of Mazatlan. I ordered the fish platter with fish, shrimp scallops, the whole shebang. I think it is called the seafood alambres, It was delicious and came with a perfect guacamole salad with rice and bans and some tortillas. Everything was cooked perfectly, maybe a little "Minnesota" spicy, since there was hardly any spiciness to anything. It would be nice if you could order heat level. I ordered a Large Pacifico. My wife got the shredded chicken and shredded beef tacos. They were wonderful as well and my wife made homemade tacos for me with all the fixings. We had a big box of leftovers to bring home. Service was amazing and family friendly. Great place.

Fun drinks, great queso dip and an excellent Popeye Quesadilla. Our server was super helpful and speedy. We will come here again. They also have a food truck!

What a cute restaurant in a little Eden Prairie strip mall! It is bigger than you may think because it takes up about three storefronts and has a lot of comfy booths and tables with different sized seating options. Our server was fantastic, he was attentive and prompt, also pretty funny - great service! We app enjoyed our food, too! The menu has a large number of choices and it was hard to pick! I went with my favorite Mexican food - enchiladas with molé sauce and these did NOT disappoint! A large serving that I could not finish! I also had a house margarita and if I wasn't driving I would have had another! I plan to return! Yum and fun!

I tried here for the first time and it was good. Some of the best I've had since living here. I got the strawberry daiquiri, it was chunky from the ice. Definitely needed more blending. Also, did not have much strawberry flavor but also not much liquor in it. The chips & salsa is good and has good flavor. The cheese dip is good too and I would order it again! I ordered the chicken fajitas, it's a good amount of chicken but not much flavor. The tortillas tasted fresh. I would go back. The server was very attentive and checked in frequently. My bf ordered the burrito Mi Pueblo and he really liked it. It's huge!!!

A local Mexican food joint that isn't flashy, but always hits the spot. The interior can be a bit confusing with tables in a variety of rooms, but a fun environment. They've been struggling to staff enough recently but the staff they do have go above and beyond. We had Alan yesterday, and he legitimately RAN to get us things when we asked. We weren't even in a rush :) so friendly, and have a genuine care for their customers. Drinks are tasty, albeit not super alcohol-forward like some Mexican spots. The blended strawberry margarita was pretty sweet and I missed the kick of tequila. Menu is pretty standard, but has a few fun items! I had the Rancheros Enchiladas and was really pleased with the portion. Tasted good and I appreciated the sides (not a bean fan and it didn't come with beans). Prices are really reasonable for this area as well! A great spot to get Mexican food if you're in the area and looking for an inexpensive dinner that tastes great!

    Margarita was good!

Great Mexican lunch. We were a party of four with a small child. They were accommodating and service was fast. Margaritas are big and delicious. On thursdays that have a special with pitchers of margaritas. Chips and salsa were standard. Fajitas were delicious. We will be back!

The location is super convenient just off 494, and they had amble parking even while it was packed inside! They had some food options inside, but nothing that consisted of a full menu, some snacks, pizzas, etc. They also had a food truck there, which we regretfully didn't try with dinner reservations later that night. But there is something here for the hungry stomach! The beer was delicious. They had a good selection consisting of IPA's, sours, seltzers, some lights, ears, etc.! I had one of their IPAs and was thoroughly impressed as well as their Düsseldorf which was awesome. They had some NA beers and plenty of sodas for those that don't drink or the kids who are with. The service was top notch. The gentleman that was working in particular was super friendly and talkative. Helped choose drinks, and even offers some suggestions for dinner which we took him up on! There was also live music and the perfect kind for a mellow saturday night. Very spacious, and well thought out room plans. Would absolutely visit again!

The birria beef was flavorful, but there was a little too much avocado crema for my taste, and the consommé didn't have much flavor, which was disappointing since that's usually one of the best parts of a birria dish. My mother-in-law ordered a rice bowl and said it was huge but had way too much rice compared to everything else. My partner had the Alfredo, and that was probably the favorite at our table. It was creamy, tasted great, and I liked that they used cavatappi pasta instead of the usual fettuccine. We skipped appetizers and dessert this time. Overall, the food was decent but didn't really wow me. I'd give it about 3 out of 5 stars. The Alfredo was a pleasant surprise, but the loud atmosphere and a few misses with the food would make me think twice before coming back during a busy event.

The staff here was very friendly as well as the guests and the food. Food prices were pretty fair the drink prices were a little Sky High for what they were. Wait times were not bad at all and I do love the amount of interaction that is involved with the store with all the games that are also featured here too. My one big gripe about this place is that the games itself are overly expensive and I understand that they give you "bonus credits" for what you spend when you initially get your card. I only put $10 in but I only played a few games since that's all that I could afford. Mainly I just enjoy playing all the pinball games which I was sucker for. It's got a great sports bar atmosphere but expect to possibly spend about $80-$100 if you're coming here with friends . It's a fun time but it's enough to break the wallet a bit

We ordered the Candied Bacon flight to share; the menu listed the bacon flight flavors (whiskey jalapeño BBQ, roasted chile brown sugar, honey mustard, 4-pepper blend) and the 8 large, thick slices looked inviting but we had no idea which pieces were which flavor. *Management Suggestion: Get little toothpicks or flags so diners know what they're tasting!* That said, while I tried two pieces I thought looked good and I enjoyed them, RC munched through them unaware they were different flavors, lol. My take: they were ok. I also ordered the French Onion soup as I love trying different restaurants' take on it. Five stars for the soup, it was absolutely delicious. A thick piece of crusty bread topped with melted cheese that dripped over the crock topped rich, delicious caramelized onions and just enough beef stock to be able to call it soup. Banging. For our mains, RC ordered ribs with a side of Buffalo Brussels Sprouts. The ribs had good flavor but were definitely not fall-off-the-bone; more like saw from the bone. We both love Brussels but the beef-tallow fried sprouts with Buffalo sauce and caked in melted bleu cheese crumbles were not good. If you don't like Brussels, you might like these because any sprout flavor was overwhelmed by the bleu cheese. For my main I tried the braised Short Rib Ravioli, generous ravioli in a very rich cream sauce then topped with (I think) bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. I ate one raviolo and it wasn't for me. I thought the filling was bland and the sauce didn't meld with the flavor. I didn't eat it, the manager came to apologize and ask if I wanted something else, but RC was close to finished and I declined. Good on them for taking it off my bill without me asking. Service was five star, atmosphere nice, although the huge flat screens everywhere were a distraction lacking sound or captions. The bourbon selection looked great and I momentarily wished I could try some! :D
