I had only been to Fat Pants once and today I decided to check out their food. Of course, I ordered the Reuben, with tots on the side. :D The Reuben was huge, the corned beef tender and flavorful. I was impressed that the sauerkraut had been heated on the grill, with a delicious caramelization to boot! Lovely, gooey cheese, beautiful marble rye, and plenty of sauce made this a delightful meal. The tater tots were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I wasn't as thrilled with the Elote dip as I found it kind of heavy and rather bland. The chips were incredibly thin and crispy and an absolute home run. Bottom line, this was a hit and I recommend giving them a try!

I love getting together with friends at fat pants! It's been a tradition of ours for awhile. Today, we visited and had one of our not so pleasant experiences. The male bartender asked for my friends order, then as she was speaking... just walked away not listening anymore. Then screamed from across the bar how he's busy and that's why... overall was just an odd experience- one which we havent had before. Other than that, we enjoyed the scurds, always a great staple! And we had the nachos, which arent really worth it, but get the job done. I could compare them to something you'd probably make at home! I was sad to see how many chips had nothing on them, and I wish they were layered. For beer, I had the AMAZING pumpkin beer, highly recommend. My friends got the sour, also amazing. All of the drinks really are great. Will still continue to come back and have a wonderful time, but wanted to call it out! Loved the holiday spirit inside too!

Wonderful brewery with plenty of options! Met a friend down here and was amazed at the food options, of course the beer as well. I had the fatty patty and it was solid!! It had tons of flavor and definitely enough food. For beer I had the Lil Red and it was smooth and satisfying. It's a little bit of a drive but I'd definitely be up for another trip here.

Had an event to attend in the area amd a co-worker suggested Fat Pants for lunch. Its in a sort of industrial area, so if you think you're in the wrong place, you're probably not. The interior made me think I was stepping into a metal concert, but with a coffeeshop vibe. Found a place on the comfy couches. I love chicken sandwiches, so I decided that's what I was going for. I got it with a bourbon BBQ glaze and a side of veg and hummus. Love places that have some healthier/different options besides chips or fries for sandwiches. The sandwich was great, although the sauce made it a little sloppy. Tried the Desert Blond ale. Was light and refreshing. Will definitely stop again if I'm in the area!

Tots with the Fatty Patty sauce--YUM!

This place is awesome! We walked in an hour before bingo started, and it was pretty quiet. We only had an hour, but by the time we were ready to leave, the place was packed! We got a big round table and played cards with our kiddos while we had a few beers. We ordered some tater tots (yum!), and then one of the staff members brought over free popcorn and slushies for the kids, which totally made their day. We are absolutely going back to try their food next time, because the menu items sound delicious and the food we saw going out to tables looked great.

I've been here a couple of times and have always had a great experience. The bartenders are amazing. The lines to order can be super long at times, but we always fly through it so fast! The Blueberry Sour is impeccable and I have my eye on their Blue Raspberry hard seltzer for the next visit. There's a food truck built into the brewery and they have great live music too! Excited for more visits on their patio this year!

Good brewery with kitchen and full bar. Good vibes. I recently attended for a beer pong event that was held in the annex. They have a separate bar and restrooms. Good layout and good choice of menu options and many beverage choices.

    Their blueberry beer...so good!

The service is amazing--especially the manager, she is so sweet. The food is a little pricey but delicious. We love the set up and all the beverage choices. We live 40 mins away but frequent often as it's such a gem.

The menu here always has something for everyone! I love to be able to order different things to share and their menu makes that easy to do. The Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect dip, it is cheesy with just a little spice and comes in a cup big enough to share with multiple people. The totachos are good but as a nacho lover I would get the nachos every time! The nachos are by far easier to eat with your hands too. I recommend the pork and chicken on top of these. The pickle pizza is a MN delicacy. The pickles are some of the best pickles out there! Fat Pants is always hosting events and is generally a fun place to hangout! Another plus is on top of the beer they offer, they also have wine and cocktails on the menu!

$90.34+ Unauthorized Fraudulent charge.. This WAS our favorite brewery in the SW metro for years. Today bought 2 beers at bar with cash. Ordered chips guac at food court, an obnoxious older woman took order. Kept talking and talking and said she was on the EP city council and percent of sales go to the city of Eden prairie, wanted a big tip. She added a big tip, I complained, she says I have no choice the computer made add tip. $11+tax charge.. She added another $90.34+ dollar transaction posted to my credit card. Filed Fraud dispute for refund... Fat Pants claims they have no record of the $90.34 to my card. $90.34 was some else's bill. They said TOAST CC software may be to blame?

Prices are reasonable. Their draft beer selection would satisfy all with the extensive variety. The food was just ok, I tried the flatbread portion of the menu. The service is nothing exciting. Just adequate and ok. But nothing to make you feel like you're special. Bottom line a good place to have a few drinks.

We had a very pleasant stop here when passing through Eden Prairie for the first time. The place is larger than it looks from the outside, with several spacious rooms set around the bar and kitchen. It wasn't crowded or loud on a Saturday afternoon, which we appreciated. My husband ordered using the QR code at our table; the drinks came out in about two minutes, and the giant pretzel was about 10 minutes after that, so perfectly reasonable waits. Everything was tasty, too. I kept looking at their food menu on the screen about the bar and thinking that the salads and some other appetizers sounded good. I definitely wouldn't mind coming here again!

If you are ever in the southern burbs check out Fat Pants in Eden Prairie! I've been here a few times now. We've sat inside at a booth with pillows and had a grande time. This past visit we sat out on the patio on a humid summer eve after some rain showers passed through and saw a rainbow! I enjoyed a hard slushie with actual spirits in it. Perfect for summer and a nice way to include more friends who might not love beer. My friend enjoyed the Cream-Sota ale. It had been awhile since I had been here last and was impressed with all of the food choices too! It was a nice mix of young people, families, and us middle aged ladies. No servers you go up to the bar to order, but that worked out pretty well. Definitely need to keep this on my list when I'm in the area.

I didn't see any N/A options besides water which is a bummer but I could have missed that. I believe they also had cider and some wine as well. To start you go up and receive a card that is attached to your tab. You then scan that card before pouring yourself a glass or tasting from the beer well and it automatically adds the pricing for the ounces you poured to your tab. The brewery itself is really spacious! Multiple levels, each with a different vibe which I love. When we were there there was live music on the top level and the lowest level was giving chill speakeasy vibes. They also have food options which is nice. We ordered the cookies with milk and they were warm and gooey but took quite a bit of time to come out. Definitely a place worth checking out!

I really enjoyed the tap wall gimmick, bc I could craft my own flight, get a little bit more of something, etc etc. I didn't love that of course I got a lot more foam that way, but their charging system seemed to account for that. I really liked the variety of glassware available at both tapwalls to facilitate tasters, tulip-poured beers, etc. There was even ice available to pair with the tap cocktails. I did not get pizza, but I sure wanted to based on the smells. This would be a great place to hold an event, and honestly pretty reasonably priced (especially during a well timed happy hour). OK, so why four stars? Bc they do one thing that I can't agree with -- adding mandatory service charges. So you walk in, get a card, and serve yourself the whole time. But, unless you check out in person and change it, you'll be charged a 20% tip. No. I agree with living wages, but in a restaurant where I as customer literally do everything, just pay your back of house staff, price it into the per ounce, and don't sneak nonsense into my tab. I profoundly object to a service charge when there is no service involved, and doubly to requiring it unless I want to wait in line for 10 minutes.
