Cool space - a lot bigger than I expected! They had an amazing looking frozen espresso martini. I opted for a light beer, and you can pickles / olives if you'd like (score!) it was pretty loud in the front room, not the best acoustics. They had a make shift pizza kitchen out in the open too which looked a bit out of place. Tons of board games and even a golf simulator - you could spend a good deal of time here! Would stop again if I'm in the area.

Hackamore is an amazing brewery! They have a large and open interior space with plenty of seating options. In addition, they provide board games, arcade games, and there is even a golf simulator that you can rent time for. You can truly make an evening out of coming here, especially with their dog friendly patio! We tried a few hard seltzers, sours, and one dark beer and enjoyed them all. They do provide some non alcoholic options as well. Overall, if you are looking for a brewery with fun, laid back vibes and good drinks - this is a great spot for you!

Great brewery! Big and spacious with arcade games, a cute merch store, and slushes! The patio looks great for warmer weather too! They have pizza is your hungry as well as a variety of snacks. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area!

Came across this brewery on a random drive-by one day and it definitely needs to be talked about more!! This place was hopping on a local bingo fundraiser night but the service was speedy and there were plenty of seating options (couches, booths, tables, and high tops). Some other highlights were the variety of drinks and food options: pizza and charcuterie inside and a food truck outside. (There's possibly more options, but I didn't look into it too much since we stopped by after we had already had dinner.) I LOVED the Triple Berry Sour drink and am eyeing one of their alcoholic slushies for the next visit! There was also a golf simulator, darts, and even a generous wall of board/card games available! I loved that you could look into the brewing room, as well. Such a fun place!

Wow wow wow. This place is spectacular. The space is absolutely stunning and features golf simulators, a small arcade area, huge horseshoe bar and swag shop. All of the beers are incredible and they have something for everyone. For food, there is a pop up kitchen from The Salsa Collaborative serving up tacos, burgers, and other small bites. Hackamore is 100% worth checking out. I can't wait to visit again.

Hackamore Brewing has a nice big space! HB is brewery visit #281 for me. A flight of five included: Can Crusher cream ale was a good one. Clean, refreshing, light and well done. A great cream ale. Ok, chocolate covered coffee bean cream ale was up next. I got more coffee on the nose but the flavor was definitely chocolate and coffee. I love this one! Let's Go Hazy had a nice fruity hop flavor. The Potbelly oatmeal stout immediately made me think of Pulp Fiction. I'm pretty sure SWPFTD does not want a pot belly as Fabienne did in the movie. Regardless, the oatmeal stout was pretty good. Saturday Morning Cartoons double fudge cereal stout! Now THAT is a mouthful. I can't say I loved this one but I didn't hate it either. There is a lot going on here. It's sweet and does taste like a chocolate cereal but I'm not sure it worked for me. YMMV of course. I got a little taste of the Grandmas Kitchen, a strawberry rhubarb pie sour. This had a lot of strawberry aroma and the flavor followed it nicely. I'm not sure I picked out the rhubarb specifically but it was really good. Light and a little sour but not overly so. This is an excellent sour. I enjoyed this one! Hackamore Brewing has solid beers. Stop in and enjoy them! If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! https://www.yelp.com/collection/-8iscFkpiiCI563-FDfwGg and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you! I hope my confidence is not misplaced.

Well, my wife and I took our second trip to Hackamore and the pop-up restaurant wasn't open when we got there at first. We came back three weeks later and ordered some Pamera take-out, about a mile away and brought it to the establishment. The place inside in spacious and cool. They don't take cash. What? Okay. They only had two beers on tap and in only ten ounce glasses, a cream ale and a sour. The beers were both great, but I wanted to try an IPA. A good problem to have that you were too busy to have more than two beers on tap, but get some "Guest" beers on tap while you have people making special trips to try your place. I might come back in a few years when the restock their supply. Plus they charged a dollar for their stickers. You want me to pay for free advertising?

The newly opened @hackamorebrewing is the new place to be on the West side. There is a lot going on for them. They have @thesalsacollaborative cranking out phenomenal food, a merch wall of PGA quality swag, and an actual golf simulator. The space is huge and perfectly designed. And now let's get to the main attra, beer. They are starting out with a set of solid core beers ranging from a Lager to cream Ale to Hazy IPA to a Strawberry Rhubarb sour. Count me in. I was able to try only one beer while there, but it was wonderful. Can Crusher: A Cream Ale that checks all the boxes of a year round beer. Whether knocking it back after mowing the lawn or enjoying a cold one after a long day of work, this should be your go to. Light in body, with a pleasant corn flavor and mild honey sweetness. It is a crushable beer with flavor that will make you enjoy each sip. Congratulations to the team at Hackamore and wish them all the success on their endeavor. And make sure you go out and support them, you won't regret it. _________

Amazing space, huge inside, and well designed. They have a golf simulator, some really high quality merchandise, often have events/food trucks, and have a nice variety of beers. They covered many styles on my visit including a Pilsner, Dopplebock, cream ale, hazy ipa, fruited sour, pastry stout, a few different seltzers, and a dark ale. Something for everyone. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The beers were good quality, nice job with being one of the newer Twin Cities breweries. Their hazy ipa was better than most new breweries produce in their early efforts. Lots of potential to get even better as they continue to establish themselves. Highly recommend a visit!

The staff and service have always been great when I've come in with family/friends. Definitely some of the best beer in the Southwest Metro, and they have Parlour Food Truck every Thursday - Sunday, with a rotating food truck on Wednesdays for Trivia. The patio is dog friendly, and the whole taproom offers elevated adult vibes, while still being accessible for families. Oh and there's a golf simulator...enough said!

Brand new spot in Chanhassen! Great tasting craft beers, friendly attentive Customer Service, and a fun lively atmosphere. Games, TVs showing showing Sports , pull tabs, live music and an amazing Golf Simulator. Highly recommended. #14 Lager is my fav!

I didn't order food this time, but it looked like other's had decent meals. I really liked that they partnered with another local business to host an event (Studio SLVR) and that they offered a seltzer option. They even had different flavors to choose from to "make your own" seltzer which was really fun. The space was big with a good crowd.

The vibe is extremely "yacht rock" as you would expect from Minnetonka and the clientele tend to match. That's not good or bad, really, just how something to be aware of. Dog friendly inside and out but the taproom proper is pretty tight. Luckily they've got an enormous patio when the weather is nice. They're known for their IPAs and lagers but everything they put out is top notch. "District 5" is a fantastic lighter option but if you see a barleywine on tap you would be doing yourself a disservice by skipping at least a taster. The only thing is I wish there were more restaurants around because food truck prices are getting pretty out of control.
