What a great company! So convenient especially for busy working folks! My husbands phone stopped being able to charge late Thursday night. We both had to work Friday and scheduled to go out of town Friday evening. Did not know how we were going to find the time to get it fixed. Then I remembered my sister mentioning CellSavers. I looked them up and scheduled an appointment for them to come to my work Friday morning between 9 and 10 am. I got confirmation texts with info on who was going to be showing up to fix my cell. At 8:45 am I got a text from Nick that he was 10 minutes away. He arrived, was very nice and friendly, got straight to work, found the problem, replaced the charging port and was done by 9:25 am. All I can say is WOW! I thought it was the end of the road for my iPhone 6, but thankfully because of Puls I now have a beautiful phone that looks brand new! I got my cracked iPhone screen swapped out with a very low-quality replacement for 100 dollars. Beyond just looking worse, the screen drove me crazy with its erratic behavior. Half the time I was scrolling, the screen would think I was trying to click something or would just ignore presses altogether. I contacted them about at least a partial refund and never felt like I was talking to a human. I ended up paying the 150 dollars+ to Apple for a legit replacement that doesn't drive me bonkers. I used this company 3 weeks ago to repair my dishwasher handle. Technician was pleasant and showed up as scheduled. I was charged $257 for the work. The same handle broke again 3 days ago. It is guaranteed so I'm not expecting to be charged again under their 90 day policy....HOWEVER...no technician has shown up for 3 days. Twice the company called me 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. Today, I had to call them an hour after the no show appointment, which the technician himself rescheduled. After speaking to customer service, nothing has been resolved. No supervisors available either. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you want to be completely aggravated and ripped off. read more

Such an incredible convenience to go online, drop in a repair request and have an appointment with a tech scheduled within minutes. Even better... they are a house call (or office call, or coffee shop call etc.) based business. They come right to you. Do not use this company. They are not local. They just hire contracted labor who are part changers. Person they sent said needed a new evaporator fan. Would be back at 12pm to replace. As they tout same day service. But never showed then when I called said part was in back order fro over a month. I found the part on line and purchased for next day delivery and scheduled them to come put it in. Never showed called and gave me automated recorded new appointment time at least 3 times. Finally told them to shove it. They were supposed to send me back $50.00 of my service fee as a good will gesture. This was back in April. Still hasn't shown up. I talked to them this week because it's still not working (after paying $653.79 for a new compressor). Puls told me they won't warranty the work because "they" didn't do the work. This is my first time getting my screen repaired because my phone never breaks. I love my 6Plus so instead of upgrading I decided to fix it. I scheduled an appointment in the middle of the night and got a confirmation for the next day in minutes. My schedule changed the following day and my location. One star is honestly too many. I scheduled my first appointment with Puls this past Sunday. There website informed me that there were available openings for the next day so I scheduled an appointment for Monday. Monday morning rolls around and they called me to inform me that they were unable to send a technician to my area that due to high demand but they would still honor my discount if I were to reschedule. To make a long story short, they used this same excuse with me FOUR different times within this past week. Each time telling me that "it would not happen again" and that they would "ensure a technician would be available for my next appointment." If you have the time to wait around for atrocious customer service to come around to help you whenever it is convenient for them, then Puls is the company for you! I, however, would not recommend this company to anybody. Take your business elsewhere and pay the extra few dollars for a better experience. read more

This company is AWESOME!!! they had a cell repair man at our hotel within an hour of me placing my service request. Our repair man was Raul Jauregui, he was very friendly, imformative & professional! He met us in the lobby of our hotel and fixed my cracked iPhone 6 screen in less than 30 mins. This company takes the stress out of one of THE most stressful things: breaking your phone. The other day I had the unfortunate luck of a drunk girl throwing my phone and shattering it. The first time my iPhone had ever shattered. As I'm leaving for vacation next week I didn't have time to try to get a replacement nor the funds for an entirely new phone. I googled this place from a friends suggestion and within an hour a guy was at my work (!!!!) and fixed it while I was busy at the restaurant for an extremely reasonable price of $99. Raul in Austin is a 5 Star Tech and the service is very convenient and professional, but something is up with the screen repair parts. I'm on my second screen. The first was possessed! It randomly opened things, came on and was fairly inoperable for web searches. My second screen is better, but the same browsing issues occur. The screen is overly sensitive. I lament not understanding that it would have been better to spend the extra $50 and go to the Apple store. It will be annoying to have a phone like this. This business is absolutely terrible. I have had three different people come to fix my broken screen. The first guy gave me a defective screen, so I used my warranty. The second guy brought five screens, and none of them worked, so he just left with no fixes. I then had to write ANOTHER request for a warranty fix. The third guy was terrible. Not only was he creepy and saying atrocious things to me, but also was super rude and refused to fix my screen until he got a call saying it was a referral. It took forever! It was supposed to take an hour! And then he tried to claim it was MY FAULT. Terrible employees, terrible screens, terrible service. Honestly, I rather buy another phone. I am so frustrated. I would love to write a review on how the service was, how my tech was, I wish I could write more than simply they haven't done anything because they have now cancelled with me FOUR TIMES. I am at the hospital with my friend who has stage 4 cancer and isn't doing well at all. She has been here over a month and I have been staying with her, I don't want her to feel alone. The other day, while I was picking things up off the bathroom floor my phone dropped. Broke the glass of my iPhone 7 plus. I don't have the money for this but okay, I needed it fixed so I found the service online and I signed up. First of all this was at 3pm and they could come by 6pm what?? That was freaking awesome! I booked it. At 6 pm I think the tech is calling me and no, it is not, it is them calling to cancel which was upsetting but then they said they could come at 9 pm, alright! I can do that! Then I was having people tell me that I don't know who is coming to fix it, and I'll be outside in a dark parking lot with a tech I don't know etc etc so I call to see if they will meet me inside the hosp for sure and I am told they need to cancel anyway. Ok fine. We do this two more times ya'll. I was expecting them right now, between 9 am and 10 am, and I get a call from a lady who barely speaks English, (my only issue with this is it is harder to voice your issues if the person can't communicate and they cant reassure you either which is customer service 101) She talks right over me and tells me she is sorry to inform me but blah blah She is reading from a script btw which is not comforting. I told her this is ridiculous this is the four time, are you guys real? Are you guys going to ever come?? Seriously? She says that there are few service techs in SA right now, and she is sorry for the inconvenience but can she reschedule for TOMORROW, NOT TODAY, BUT TOMORROW. I told her never mind, just cancel it. She kept saying we only have a few techs. I know the company is based in California but they are the ones that give you the windows to schedule an appointment, why on earth would they do that if they aren't even filling a fraction of those appointments? With everything that is going horribly wrong right now, it would have been really nice to tell yelp all about how this smartphone repair company saved the day for me, and because of them I could still take pics with my phone and would be able to continue capturing memories as I can during my stay. It really would have been nice. Now I am off to figure out where a repair shop is and how long I will have to be there. :( P.S. I almost forgot, when I asked if them canceling so many times would result in them discounting their service or giving me a coupon of any sort, I was promptly told no. Go figure. read more

This is an incredible service. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I called sprint to see what I needed to do to get it replaced. Sprint told me that it would cost $200 and take a few days. When I said I had been paying for insurance on my phone they said well the $200 is the deductible. I called Cellsavers and they came to my office within an hour and a half and fixed my screen on site and only charge me $99. Customer service beyond belief. read more
