This is awesome! I knocked my phone off my table at about 2:45, scheduled an appointment just after 3, Raul showed up promptly at 3:50 (exactly on time) and had my phone fixed by 4:15. Definitely turns a devastating accident into a minor nuisance. The price is perfect also! Not to brag, but I've cracked a lot of screens in my day and the price is on par with anywhere else you could go, except cell savers comes to you! Thanks y'all! read more

After seeing the review almost immediately after I wrote it the owner of the company contacted me and offered to make things right about the charge. She realized that I was charged to much and worked diligently to make me happy, which she did. You could not ask for better customer service and if I have an issue again I will be calling this company. read more

What a great company! So convenient especially for busy working folks! My husbands phone stopped being able to charge late Thursday night. We both had to work Friday and scheduled to go out of town Friday evening. Did not know how we were going to find the time to get it fixed. Then I remembered my sister mentioning CellSavers. I looked them up and scheduled an appointment for them to come to my work Friday morning between 9 and 10 am. I got confirmation texts with info on who was going to be showing up to fix my cell. At 8:45 am I got a text from Nick that he was 10 minutes away. He arrived, was very nice and friendly, got straight to work, found the problem, replaced the charging port and was done by 9:25 am. Phone fixed and I didn't have to run around and miss work! Worked out perfectly! Will definitely use again! read more

The guy who came to fix my phone was so nice and professional. He was very quick and my phone looks like new again! Coming to my house was awesome. I have a one and a half year old and it's hard to take her anywhere. This is an excellent service and I would recommend them to everyone. read more

All I can say is WOW! I thought it was the end of the road for my iPhone 6, but thankfully because of Puls I now have a beautiful phone that looks brand new! I am usually pretty good with phones but one rough tumble face down on some gravel left my phone in awful condition with a home button that was hanging on by a thread. I scheduled my appointment in the evening, after I was home from work, and Raul was there promptly at 7:00. He was a pleasure to chat with as he replaced my screen and I felt fully comfortable that he was doing the best job possible. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a phone repaired. read more

The screen of my 6S Plus was broken. I searched in Yelp and found this place. I called at 6:45 pm, for a quote and my phone was fixed by Raul and 7:30 pm. Excellent service, great communication and very happy with the results. I highly recommend them/ I will tell all my friends about them/ read more

Wow! So much easier and cheaper than the Apple store! The CellSaver's tech arrived at my apartment less than an hour after I requested a repair, and fixed my cracked screen in about 10 minutes! It only cost $85, and the phone looks great! read more

I highly recommend this service. You book it online. You choose your window and they come to your home. Raul Jauregui 512-422-0249 arrived precisely at the beginning of my window. It took 30 min and he was very professional. It only cost $79 to replace my mangled screen. That is cheaper than anywhere in town that I found! He was very thorough. Don't use anyone else! read more

I got my cracked iPhone screen swapped out with a very low-quality replacement for 100 dollars. Beyond just looking worse, the screen drove me crazy with its erratic behavior. Half the time I was scrolling, the screen would think I was trying to click something or would just ignore presses altogether. I contacted them about at least a partial refund and never felt like I was talking to a human. I ended up paying the 150 dollars+ to Apple for a legit replacement that doesn't drive me bonkers. Save your money. read more

I used this company 3 weeks ago to repair my dishwasher handle. Technician was pleasant and showed up as scheduled. I was charged $257 for the work. The same handle broke again 3 days ago. It is guaranteed so I'm not expecting to be charged again under their 90 day policy....HOWEVER...no technician has shown up for 3 days. Twice the company called me 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. Today, I had to call them an hour after the no show appointment, which the technician himself rescheduled. After speaking to customer service, nothing has been resolved. No supervisors available either. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you want to be completely aggravated and ripped off. read more

Super. Raul came to my door, took my iPhone, fixed it in his car while I waited in my house, and for a reasonable price. This is really good service. read more

I have used CellSavers on several occasions. The service via the website and the HQ staff is fantastic. Such an incredible convenience to go online, drop in a repair request and have an appointment with a tech scheduled within minutes. Even better... they are a house call (or office call, or coffee shop call etc.) based business. They come right to you. Both techs I have worked with here in Austin (Brian and Raul) have been absolutely on point. They were both technically knowledgeable and skilled and also wonderfully personable, prompt and caring. They both gave plenty of tips and insight into the best use and protection of my technology. I have already told several friends about CellSavers, Brian and Raul. read more

Interface is fantastic, communication even better. Came on-site to repair boss' cell and couldn't have been better. Fair price comparatively, great if you have a common iPhone or Samsung. read more

Do not use this company. They are not local. They just hire contracted labor who are part changers. Person they sent said needed a new evaporator fan. Would be back at 12pm to replace. As they tout same day service. But never showed then when I called said part was in back order fro over a month. I found the part on line and purchased for next day delivery and scheduled them to come put it in. Never showed called and gave me automated recorded new appointment time at least 3 times. Finally told them to shove it. They were supposed to send me back $50.00 of my service fee as a good will gesture. This was back in April. Still hasn't shown up. Don't use this subtracting company!!! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. They sent a 3rd party technician to fix my refrigerator. I talked to them this week because it's still not working (after paying $653.79 for a new compressor). Puls told me they won't warranty the work because "they" didn't do the work. Doesn't seem to matter that I scheduled the work through them, and they hired this technician. What a rip off! Beware if they send a 3rd party company to do your work! read more

This is my first time getting my screen repaired because my phone never breaks. I love my 6Plus so instead of upgrading I decided to fix it. I scheduled an appointment in the middle of the night and got a confirmation for the next day in minutes. My schedule changed the following day and my location. I rescheduled for an earlier time which they accommodated AND met me at a new location where I was hanging with friends. Raul was friendly and fast. The repair took less than an hour and it was just like new. He even tested it before and after. It was the best $119 I've ever spent and my phone is good as new! Thanks, Raul! read more

Cell savers is an amazing service! Raul stopped by and it only took him about an hour to fix my phone. What I loved about my experience was the convenience, a friendly tech and the reasonable price! He was very open to show me what was wrong with my phone! I would defiantly use this service again and I highly recommend Raul! read more

This is the greatest thing for busy parents or professionals, because they come to you and the repair is fast, affordable, and done right. There are no lines and the service is friendly. Raul came really quickly, was helpful and accommodating. He also did the repair quickly and efficiently. I am completely thrilled with the service and have the use of my phone back! read more

Dropped my phone and my screen was a mess. I was able to quickly get an appointment scheduled and within another 20 minutes, my tech was here. Raul was not only extremely knowledgeable, he was also very pleasant and organized. He did all of the checks and then replaced the screen and checked everything again. All of this within like 15 minutes. Overall I was very happy with the service. Scheduling was quick and easy. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this service! read more

Easy to schedule using your computer. Within an hour I had a technician come to my home to fix my phone. He was respectful, professional, and fast. The cost was actually less than I have paid in a repair shop. He accepted card or cash. SO CONVENIENT! I would recommend to everyone. read more

Denise was the nicest guy! I loved talking to him and he made the experience of getting a phone fixed actually enjoyable. It was affordable and I would definitely use it again! read more

One star is honestly too many. I scheduled my first appointment with Puls this past Sunday. There website informed me that there were available openings for the next day so I scheduled an appointment for Monday. Monday morning rolls around and they called me to inform me that they were unable to send a technician to my area that due to high demand but they would still honor my discount if I were to reschedule. To make a long story short, they used this same excuse with me FOUR different times within this past week. Each time telling me that "it would not happen again" and that they would "ensure a technician would be available for my next appointment." If you have the time to wait around for atrocious customer service to come around to help you whenever it is convenient for them, then Puls is the company for you! I, however, would not recommend this company to anybody. Take your business elsewhere and pay the extra few dollars for a better experience. read more

Raul was great! He's helped my wife and I multiple times now with our phones. Always on time, works quickly and does a great job. Plus he's very nice and helpful dude. Highly recommend cell savers. read more

Raul came to my work place within 30 minutes of filling out the online service call request. He was efficient and personable! I researched prices and these guys were cheaper than anyone else that I found. read more

A few months into having the screen the whole bottom half doesn't work now what a waste of time & money should have gone somewhere legit .

I had been looking for a convenient way to fix my screen, and visited a few places that wanted me to leave my phone with them for a few hours WITH my passcode, which made me a little uneasy. Turned to Yelp again, and thankfully found CellSavers. Raul was on time, professional, polite and quick! You can't beat an option who will come to you AND is cheaper than others for the same service! read more

We had them mount a TV. The whole process was very easy and took an hour! Price was very reasonable. The tech that came out (Thomas) was very professional and friendly and got the TV mounted quickly. I'm glad we chose this service! read more

Awesome service! Smashed my screen and had it fixed within the hour and I didn't even need to leave home. I am in the Washington DC area (Arlington, VA) and my tech was Joseph. He met me in the lobby of my apartment building and fixed my phone right there in 20 min. (I have 2 big dogs, so the lobby was an easier place to meet). Joseph was very professional - prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would absolutely use CellSavers again and I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

This company is AWESOME!!! they had a cell repair man at our hotel within an hour of me placing my service request. Our repair man was Raul Jauregui, he was very friendly, imformative & professional! He met us in the lobby of our hotel and fixed my cracked iPhone 6 screen in less than 30 mins. This company takes the stress out of one of THE most stressful things: breaking your phone. The uber of cell phone repair!! I am SO pleased. Pricing is very realistic as well. I payed $109 total for the service. If I had gone to a store to have them fix it it would have been that or more. So I'm glad I found CellSavers! This will always be who I recommend to my friends/family/anyone who has a broken phone! read more

The other day I had the unfortunate luck of a drunk girl throwing my phone and shattering it. The first time my iPhone had ever shattered. As I'm leaving for vacation next week I didn't have time to try to get a replacement nor the funds for an entirely new phone. I googled this place from a friends suggestion and within an hour a guy was at my work (!!!!) and fixed it while I was busy at the restaurant for an extremely reasonable price of $99. I couldn't believe it. My phone feels brand new and the service was impeccable. I've already told all of my more clumsy friends to keep this company in mind instead of having to wait days for a replacement that is usually terrible anyway. Thanks so much!! read more

Had a great experience with this service. Scheduled appointment online. Got confirmation of time and tech's contact info. Received text when rep was on their way. Arrived in a timely manner. Raul was friendly and courteous. Got right to work, and within 15-20 mins my phone had a new screen. Added the option for a screen protector. Will definitely recommend this service to others! read more

Raul in Austin is a 5 Star Tech and the service is very convenient and professional, but something is up with the screen repair parts. I'm on my second screen. The first was possessed! It randomly opened things, came on and was fairly inoperable for web searches. My second screen is better, but the same browsing issues occur. The screen is overly sensitive. I lament not understanding that it would have been better to spend the extra $50 and go to the Apple store. It will be annoying to have a phone like this. The overall service is great though! read more

This business is absolutely terrible. I have had three different people come to fix my broken screen. The first guy gave me a defective screen, so I used my warranty. The second guy brought five screens, and none of them worked, so he just left with no fixes. I then had to write ANOTHER request for a warranty fix. The third guy was terrible. Not only was he creepy and saying atrocious things to me, but also was super rude and refused to fix my screen until he got a call saying it was a referral. It took forever! It was supposed to take an hour! And then he tried to claim it was MY FAULT. Terrible employees, terrible screens, terrible service. Honestly, I rather buy another phone. I'm going to use a different service for sure or just go to Apple. Seriously- this service is the worst. read more

Puls is great! They pop up as the first repair service on google which speaks volumes on the company! The appointment is easy to make, they come to you and their service is fast and affordable. Great over all experience! Thank you Nick! read more

this service doesn't even deserve the 1 star. i am very dissappointed in the way my experience played out. i immediately got the confirmation email after i registered online and it said that my technician would be here between 9-10, but it is almost 10:30 and he is still not here. i am upset because i had to move around my schedule to make this work, and he just didn't show up. i do not recommend this service to anyone who doesn't have much time to sit around and wait for an hour and be stood up. very disappointing. read more

I am so frustrated. I would love to write a review on how the service was, how my tech was, I wish I could write more than simply they haven't done anything because they have now cancelled with me FOUR TIMES. I am at the hospital with my friend who has stage 4 cancer and isn't doing well at all. She has been here over a month and I have been staying with her, I don't want her to feel alone. The other day, while I was picking things up off the bathroom floor my phone dropped. Broke the glass of my iPhone 7 plus. I don't have the money for this but okay, I needed it fixed so I found the service online and I signed up. First of all this was at 3pm and they could come by 6pm what?? That was freaking awesome! I booked it. At 6 pm I think the tech is calling me and no, it is not, it is them calling to cancel which was upsetting but then they said they could come at 9 pm, alright! I can do that! Then I was having people tell me that I don't know who is coming to fix it, and I'll be outside in a dark parking lot with a tech I don't know etc etc so I call to see if they will meet me inside the hosp for sure and I am told they need to cancel anyway. Ok fine. We do this two more times ya'll. I was expecting them right now, between 9 am and 10 am, and I get a call from a lady who barely speaks English, (my only issue with this is it is harder to voice your issues if the person can't communicate and they cant reassure you either which is customer service 101) She talks right over me and tells me she is sorry to inform me but blah blah She is reading from a script btw which is not comforting. I told her this is ridiculous this is the four time, are you guys real? Are you guys going to ever come?? Seriously? She says that there are few service techs in SA right now, and she is sorry for the inconvenience but can she reschedule for TOMORROW, NOT TODAY, BUT TOMORROW. I told her never mind, just cancel it. She kept saying we only have a few techs. I know the company is based in California but they are the ones that give you the windows to schedule an appointment, why on earth would they do that if they aren't even filling a fraction of those appointments? With everything that is going horribly wrong right now, it would have been really nice to tell yelp all about how this smartphone repair company saved the day for me, and because of them I could still take pics with my phone and would be able to continue capturing memories as I can during my stay. It really would have been nice. Now I am off to figure out where a repair shop is and how long I will have to be there. :( P.S. I almost forgot, when I asked if them canceling so many times would result in them discounting their service or giving me a coupon of any sort, I was promptly told no. Go figure. read more
