The interior offers a few tables, couch, book shelf and board games. Perfect place to sit back and relax or even get some work done. The Orange, Apple, Ginger drink was super duper delicious. The ginger gave it an extra kick. Im hoping it kicks my summer cold away. Ordered the Lean Green for the Mister, a combination of Spinach, apple and pineapple and he sucked down the entire bag in less than a minute. He said it was good. Drink prices are average. They offer a few fun creations along with single juices. The small bags are $6.00. Each drink comes in a reusable plastic zip lock pouch. Kind of like a Capri-Sun. So after seeing this as a new recommended business, I decided to give it a try. I am definitely glad I did so. Everything about this juice bar was my favorite!!! First off, the decor inside is really cute and really cozy. I love the succulents on each table and also the furniture. What's even better is they have a bookcase at the back of the juice bar where you can take a book and bring one back next time. I love to read so that definitely caught my eye. I would like to say I did take a book but def have to return to drop off one of my books. Great selections might I add! Second, the cool and different thing about this juice bar is that they give the juice in a packet. I thought that was a real cool concept. The bags reminded me of IV bags/Banana bags. I kept mine to hopefully reuse. Lastly, the juice...amazing. Such a great taste and really other good juices I would love to try. I tried the Pear Me Up which comes with pears and strawberries. Finally got to try this place out and was very satisfied. Got some açaí bowls, coffee and celery juice. The coffee was okay (not anywhere like Lee's) but good nonetheless. The bowls were pretty tasty. I had an addition of some Nutella on top. Yummy! The juice comes in a reusable plastic pouch that you can reuse. It's great! After my workout, I was craving an açaí bowl and googled açaí bowls near me. I've shopped at this center for years and never knew Pulp existed! Now it'll be my go-to açaí place. Alyssa was so sweet, engaging and helpful-- excellent customer service! I got the Buttercup açaí bowl that has granola, bananas, strawberry, blueberries, and peanut butter/almond butter. I added whey protein for an extra 50 cents. I'm pretty picky about açaí, and this stuff was SO GOOD. It was perfect paired with the peanut butter and fruit. I've been seeing these pouches on IG and finally got a chance to try Pulp Juice Bar. The fun concept of having drinks in the pouches caught my attention. Their ziplock pouches seem sturdy and can be reused. Their packaging was great for a photo opportunity! They were fun to drink out of and reminded me of capris sun. I got their Honey Milk Tea ($3.75) and Matcha Milk Tea ($3.75) in their 20 oz bag. Since I had a yelp offer, it was buy 1 drink get 1 50% off. What a great deal! Their drinks are more on the sweeter side if you have a sweet tooth. I liked my honey milk tea but there was a little too much honey drizzle in the bag. However, still enjoyable once the ice melted. My sister LOVED her matcha milk tea. She said it was strong in matcha flavor but also sweet. It tastes like the Jeju matcha latte from Cafe Latte. Covid-19 Safety: They have 6 ft distance markings outside the store and inside along with hand sanitizer bottles. The payment was contactless if you used card. If you used their pens to sign the receipt, they is a "dirty bin" for you to placed the used pens into. The staff wore masks and you get your own straws for safety purposes. The packaging was cute and I like the idea of juice and milk tea in pouches. It's different and fun to drink! I started coming to Pulp Juice Bar after I saw their aesthetically pleasing juice pouches on Instagram. I'm a sucker for a good photo op!! I took some time trying to choose my drink option. Their menu is pretty extensive so there's a TON of choices. I went with the Squeeze Me & Stressless. My boyfriend got the Berry Good Smoothie. Tip: Use their check-in for a buy one get one 50% off! Drinks: Squeeze Me was extremely refreshing!! I think I'm gonna make that my regular. Unfortunately, I found Stressless to be a little too strong for my taste. I think the ginger made it seem more fitting as a juice shot rather than a full drink. But, to each their own!! Each juice has its own individual benefits. The Berry Good was super sweet & had a creamy texture to it. We'll be getting that next time too. Our wait was 30ish minutes for a call in order. A bit long, but I totally understand with the amount of people that called in & the adjustment to curbside/pick-up. All in all, I'll be coming back for the Squeeze Me soon. I've seen customers walk in and walk right back out because of the lack of customer service. They hardly greet anyone. I overheard two workers going back and forth because an online order wasn't how it was supposed to be and the worker who made the order said "well I only had an hour to do it" that was the biggest red flag of being there.( customer ordered 3 day detox) I've ordered online to give them the benefit of the doubt. Seriously never doing that again! They forgot half of my order. Ordered in person and the person taking my order said "hold on" walked to the back and never seen her again. I have been to some bad places for boba tea and this is by far the worst. Their prices are ridiculous, they took forever, and their boba tea was not good. They also overcharged me for everything I ordered saying they haven't updated the prices...even though they are written on a CHALK BOARD. I ordered Thai Tea and a Honey Milk Tea. My son couldn't finish his Thai Tea. It was so sweet, the more he drank the thirstier he got. My milk tea was so watered down that I poured it into my sons Thai Tea to try to make it drinkable. It didn't work, we ended up tossing our drinks in the trash. The only thing we liked was the actual boba which they charged extra for. Also, regarding their ridiculous prices, they sell a giant 3.9L bag of milk tea for $40!! If you buy this I guarantee your IQ is very low. 3.9L is about 131 ounces, that is almost the same as 4 large 32 oz drinks which would come out to $29. You are paying an additional $11 to drink out of an oversized bag. While I was there, I saw a guy buy one of these giant overpriced bags and actually pour it into a cup to drink SMH read more

Dear Owner, 1 - nope she is lying. She gave attitude to us when we walked in and I felt it was maybe because she was having a hard day or tired so I let it go. I was kind to her to whole time. I won't even substantiate the racial accusation with a defensive response because of how ridiculously inaccurate and judgmental this is of who I am and what I stand for - can I say she said that because I am Asian? What a low life response to a simple feedback that your employee was rude. Why would she think that when I did nothing at all except to call her out on being rude? You should be careful when you throw things out like that, especially as a business. 2 - the situation was after I placed the order, she made the açaí bowl with granola at the bottom. I noticed this and said, oh it's no granola. She didn't turn around. She had her back to me and said nothing. She put the bowl aside and just scooped another one without granola. Then she moved the granola filled bowl into the freezer for future use. She said nothing to me, didn't look at me once. This really irritated me as I found it to be so disrespectful. I held it in until she finally brought out the drink order which I had ordered WITHOUT ice. I did not request this afterwards. I placed the order this way. If she is telling you otherwise then she is lying. Check your cameras if you have any. There was another worker there at the time as well who was incredibly sweet. She saw what happened at least from when I said I ordered this with No ice. I even told her she doesn't have to remake the drink she can just pour it into a cup without ice. She let her know and came out and said oh yeah she's gonna bring it out. She was very nice. It took 5 minutes for Priscilla to bring out my drink even after I let her know there was no need to make a new one. Instead of making false accusations against your customers, you should take a hard look at the way you are choosing to handle honest feedback about your business. I can't believe you would accuse a customer of giving a false account and being racist???! You should be ashamed to even resort to that level of lowness. Take some accountability or at least refrain from accusing your own customers. I came here with my family to have a nice treat outside. I will never come here again. We were greeted by Priscilla with a frown and attitude like we were inconveniencing her by walking through the door. I sensed hostility and just ignored it until I reminded her later how we had placed our order without a particular ingredient. She had her back to me and didn't even nod her head or turn around to say ok. Other customers came in and I could see her scowling and hear her murmuring to her coworker about their orders. She also made my drink order incorrectly and didn't apologize or at the least verbally acknowledge that either. She seemed to purposely delay bringing out the correct drink to make me wait. I confronted her before leaving, as I found this level of disrespect and rudeness totally unacceptable as a decent member of society. If I were the owner of this store I would be absolutely concerned, take the feedback to heart and address this immediately. I would never place this kind of negativity in a customer facing role. Bottom line is she is representing your store values and drives potentially loyal customers away. For information purposes, 3 orders came to almost $40 and took about 20 minutes to prepare. A cute place located in the plaza with CVS and Daiso. They make juices, smoothies, bowls, and tea drinks - all beverages are served in a biodegradable bag that can be used 4 times. The bowls come in cups. The girl who waited on me was pleasant and helpful - she explained the best method for enjoying the drink without spilling. (Insert the straw into the bag when it's mostly sealed, leaving a small opening for the straw. Once the straw is in, secure the bag shut the rest of the way. You hold the bag by the two holes at the top.) I ordered a Honey Milk Tea, which only comes in one size. The tea was made in front of me and ingredients were mixed thoroughly - nice to see it was made well and with care. It was a bit sweeter than I like but it was quite good. There's ample parking for this spot and they offer punch cards if you think you'll be a frequent visitor. I rarely come by this plaza, but I would consider stopping in again in the future. read more

Ok so I didn't actually go to the place but my bro in law bought me a matcha milk tea. It was watered down. I did not even taste the matcha just some milk and little bit of sugar. I was quite disappointed plus the pouches it's a little scary to use it. What if you spill it since it does not come with an actual place to the straw.....unless I don't see it? My favorite local juice stop. Just down the street from where we live so it's super convenient. The menu is a bit overwhelming since there's so much to choose from (i.e. Cheescake factory), but I still appreciate ALL kinds of HEALTHY choices they offer to meet a customer's craving. Customer service, taste and price point were great. I'm not sure why smoothies come in a plastic cup while juices come in what looks like a blood bag. From what I could tell, they use a lot of plastic and the front was a mess of ingredients while the back "kitchen" stored all the blenders. It didn't seem like a very efficient setup. Sitting area is cute from a far but once you try to find a seat, you realize it's actually kind of a mess.
