Do not recommend using this facility. Terrible access hours and be aware that when you move out you are required to pay for the whole month even if you move out on the 2nd of the month. Last month is not prorated. Customer service is poor. They talk to you like they are doing you a favor when you ask a question. Rates go up excessively and often. Also if you leave at 1 minute past 6 you get a notice of admonishment for violation of their access hours. They require a two week move out notice. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not abide by their "scheduled open hours". On Sundays they close at 5pm. I got there at 4:45pm to drop off 2 boxes (they're small) & they literally said they were closing early because they had to be out of there at 4:55pm. Mind you whoever that employee was, was literally yelling at me. I asked him why their hours on their gate says they closed at 5pm & he said he didn't care about what the sign said. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I'm a new customer here, haven't even been there a month but I'm definitely going to be looking for some place else. Here I am super excited to get all my stuff into a 10 x 30 unit for under $315 a month not counting the $15 insurance they make you pay that's really worthless. Horrible customer service. I submitted a formal complaint because a worker most likely Felicia (Monday 05/02/2022 @ 10:50 am) from this establishment called me to simply harass me. For no reason. Yelling at me over the phone for something she had already texted me about. When she started cursing I hung up on her! Instead of apologizing for ignoring my calls or welcoming me to the facility. She is never in the office and when she is, she ignores customer's calls to avoid doing her job. My husband sent me a picture of her picking up the phone and hanging up because I called 20 times. It was an emergency! And the worst part is that I interviewed for her job 3 days prior to me moving in. The irony! The District Manager in SF that interviewed me will be calling me about the formal complaint I submitted in writing. I could never work for a company that condones unprofessionalism, rude, vulgar and flat out nasty. The good thing is that I got the first month for $1, I'm running away and never coming back to any Public Storage. If you're reading this, don't be like me where I disregarded these negative reviews as "bad apples". The entire orchard is rotten! Trust me, I regret it. SO BAD. Go somewhere else. I promise you even if you pay $100 or more, its WORTH IT! Friday the 11th "Business Behaving Badly" Time got away from me while I was arranging my storage unit. Well I have a code to unlock the gate. So the note that I never seen until locked in reads. "Gate locks at 9pm" should read. GATE CODES DO NOT WORK PASS 9PM. BE OUT BEFORE 9PM. So my code doesn't work to (unlock the locked gate). Well the residents lights are on in the window. I knock for some help. I go out the gate to there front door and knock. No answer. So I knock on the window again. No answer and they turn off there bedroom light. Could have gone all bad. But I'm left to call the police who should be responding to more urgent calls. No common courtesy to a paying customer. No common courtesy to check if all is well. No common courtesy with a one time pass. No care for a woman & child left in the night. There are no signs to warn our gate codes do not work pass 9pm anywhere inside the gate. Put a reminder in the elevator or at the stairs or door entrance where we unloaded. Blatant disrespect and disregard is what this property manager did. What you sow, you shall reap. The officers gate code didn't work at first. But he wasn't happy about you being home and turning off your lights. read more

Beware of this storage company, once you get in the rent will increase every three months. It is outrageously expensive and if you are two days late in payment, even after renting for several years it is a $95. fee on top of rent. I pay $650. per month in rent and it started at $150. Its not worth it and a total scam. read more

There is no long term commitment, so if you need the storage for only a short time take advantage of this great deal. The first month will actually come out to be $23.00 because they have a one time set up fee. They also have all kinds of moving supplies and like Marzan W. said the garment boxes come in handy when you have a lot of cloths or shoes to move! I have been a loyal customer here since 1997 have always paid my rent on time. I rent a 10x10 and my storage is $254.00 and will go up to $274.00 next month. They currently have 10x10 units well last week they went for $171.00 and today they are going for $178.00. I wanted to see if I could get a break in my price being that they have made money off of me since 1997. In order for me to get that price I have to move my stuff that I've have in my storage since 1997 down 3 door into another 10x10 to start a new contract. Now come on what is the dam difference they could've started a new contract with the storage I'm currently renting instead of me moving all of my shit to another 10x10. They discounted my payment for 6 months and then it would go up to $274.00. The 10x20 are priced at $290.00 so this is ridiculous. They don't give a dam about their long time customers and they've received monies from us every month to keep their business running. There have not made any improvement to the building since I've been there. It's hot and stuffy inside the building. The floors and walls have never been repaired or painted. The carts they supply for customers to use are rusted and don't even roll straight. Why does the rent go up and no improvements on the inside are being made. If you lose you key be ready to pay $40 for the manager to cut the lock. Do me a favor and save you money there are cheaper, nicer, cleaner, storage facilities out their and they care about the customers. The floors are waxed on the inside. You don't have to use all of your power just trying to wheel their carts around so by the time you get to your storage you're already tired before you open you storage door. And did I mention they leak too. I am very frustrated with Public Storage because my loyalty means nothing so I will be seeking out another storage facility that will appreciate my business and my goal of getting out of here is within the next six months. If you want to go with a company that will rip you off each year go with Public Storage. As matter of fact you can have my space when I leave. My storage is the only one with lights I found out today so I guess they were charging me for their PG&E which I barely used. I was a lot more heated but I have settled down. Spend you money smart and wisely DON'T GO WITH PUBLIC STORAGE I meant to say that the people that work in the storage office on site are very polite and always willing to help with wonderful customer service. When i do go by to greet her, i notice that she is always on top of her business, and still remains with great customer service. I also notice that the facility is always clean and orderly. So I had to move under great stress and a very negative situation and I needed a place to store my things. My daughter and I looked at a unit at this location and we received great service from the customer service rep Chantra. She answered all my questions and showed us the unit. She was very accomodating and was not pushy to get me to hurry and sign up as many other places want you to do. For this reason, I went back and rented the storage unit.
