As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

We rented a 10x10 storage unit for a great price - very competitive to other storage centers, and Black Canyon Bargain Storage has better reviews than all of the other storage places nearby. The manager (owner?) is extremely friendly and helpful. She was training another employee the day we went, and both were friendly and went out of their way to talk to us and explain the different storage options. The storage unit itself was clean and the perfect size for storing all our boxes. You're given a lock and key that's yours to keep, as well, which was really handy because we didn't have a lock yet. You can add another lock yourself for additional security. All in all, very happy we chose Black Canyon Bargain Storage. It's a great price, great location, and the staff is friendly yet also vigilant about the people coming and going.

DO NOT TRUST PUBLIC STORAGE!!!…read more Here are reasons why: 1: They will raise your rental space price at any given moment, 2x, 3x (my case: went from $65-70 a month to $210) and it will be at their leisure and does not matter how many times it is done during your rental (every month in some cases). 2: They will charge you a full months of service for even if your cancel on the 1st and or the 2nd of the month, on month to month rentals. 3: Customer Service is a .25/10 4: Location management has no true abilities to offer customer service satisfaction or ability to offer customer service satisfaction. 5: Call center representatives are: disrespectful, rude and have no true understanding of customer service. 6: Call Center Supervisors are unsympathetic, do not have any compassion, and truly do not care to satisfy the customers. We have been reliable customers as we have been here for years and as we have grown we have moved to larger and larger units. As soon as we moved to the largest unit the ladies in the office who were previously very nice will no longer receive our FedEx deliveries but will instead go out of their way to refuse them and send them back or give us 24 hr access. It would seem they no longer value reliable customers. If this Extra Space Storage wants to improve their customer service these ladies should be fired.

I showed up to drop off some things and she greeted me when I arrived, showed me how the entry process worked and walked me to my unit. Was super impressed with the level of service from Michelle. I was able to pull my car into the secure facility, grab a dolly and move my things quickly and securely to my storage unit. I know there are a ton of "storage facilities", and prices are pretty similar. But for the level of service, I'd definitely recommend Extra Space. And ask for Michelle!

They charged me for the full month after I moved out which was $150 for a 5x10 unit. No one at the facility answers the phone and you always get voicemail. When I called corporate customer service to discuss an adjustment to the last bill they said there was nothing they could do because I had moved out and my account was closed. This is an unacceptable way to manage customer experience. Especially when there are so many other options.
