As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

We have been reliable customers as we have been here for years and as we have grown we have moved to larger and larger units. As soon as we moved to the largest unit the ladies in the office who were previously very nice will no longer receive our FedEx deliveries but will instead go out of their way to refuse them and send them back or give us 24 hr access. I showed up to drop off some things and she greeted me when I arrived, showed me how the entry process worked and walked me to my unit. Was super impressed with the level of service from Michelle. I was able to pull my car into the secure facility, grab a dolly and move my things quickly and securely to my storage unit. I know there are a ton of "storage facilities", and prices are pretty similar. But for the level of service, I'd definitely recommend Extra Space. And ask for Michelle!

I've used U-Haul for decades with many different types of moves…read more I reserved a trailer a week in advance through the website (BTW, I've never had much luck with app) and was hoping I could pick up near my home. In typical fashion, the assigned pickup was 10 miles further away dealing with commuter traffic. This location is an actual U-Haul facility. Big facility and nice staff, but soooo understaffed for the volume of rentals and returns. YOU WILL WAIT, so plan ahead. Even though I made the reservation with all important information, everything had to be re-entered as if I was a walk-in. After the paperwork was completed and I was ready to go....the trailer was not clean and no pads were supplied. As a side note, U-Hauls new texting/emailing system is far from effective. So much errant and delayed information. Pretty much useless. The value based on price and customer service is terrible. I just wish there was better options for one way moves.
