It is rare for me to take the time to reveiw a business, whether good or bad, but I have been so impressed with the exemplory service I have received from the staff at public storage, I wanted to give them the recognition they deserve. Reggie has gone above and beyond since day one, when despite the fact that I arrived ten minutes before closing to open a unit ( not considerate on my part) he was gracious, informative, and stayed almost a half hour past closing to help me. My car also broke down at the facility one day, and he was very considerate of my predicament. What impressed me most was that he was able to convey company policy to me in a way that, even worst case scenario of towing my car, he would handle it in an empathetic and proffesional manner. I dont know about you, but using a storage unit is usually an unpleasant affair. Yet the friendly staff never fails to put a smile on my face and ive become accustomed to a short chat or wave every time I come by. Wendy is also a great customer service rep. She has helped me with billing questions, and she always returns my phome calls promptly. She also takes the time to know her customers, so i know that when I see her making her rounds like clockwork, that the security of the facility probably means more to her because shd knows the renters. Thats reassuring to me. I would recommend this facility to any one, evem if it was out of your way to do so. The facility is secure and clean as advertised, but its the staff that makes this the place to go. So thank you guys!!! You have no idea how much you make your business, or how youve made my day read more

Hello, I am changing my review. For one reason, and one reason only, JIM. I was at my wits end and losing my mind with worry over losing the things that meant so very much to me. Things that are impossible to replace and worth nothing to anyone else. I posted several negative reviews on all the Kent Public Storage's I could find on here. The same post every time. Hoping that someone, anyone, would be able to help me not lose these precious memories. Along comes Jim. I had spoken with him previously and he had helped me try and keep my unit from going to sale in the first place, sadly there was a bank error, and I was unable to make the full payment after my partial payment was denied. I did not blame anyone within this company for my own issues and miscalculations, my issue was with how it was handled afterward, and now I have been lucky enough to be helped and tomorrow (THANKS TO JIM!!!) I will be getting all of my sentimental items back!!! Thank you so much!!! read more

This is the second time I have used this Public Storage site and am excited I was able to score a space again this year for my Subaru. The first time I used this site was in 2012 and it was an excellent experience largely due to the helpfulness and knowledge of the manager, Reggie. Whether on the phone or in person, Reggie instilled in me a since of confidence that allowed me to feel very comfortable with the accommodations he provided for my car. I was very glad that he was still working here as my decision to seek out this particular location had a lot to do with the chance to work with such an excellent member of you staff again. Reggie's professional and personable nature is a great asset to this Public Storage location. read more

I have to say, the negative reviews in reading here... Must be from people who demand treatment beyond that of a customer/business professional relationship. My experience with Lindsy is both phenomenal and pleasant. She insured that my storage needs where met, but always thoroughly and quickly answer all questions regarding public storage policies and hours of operation. Lindsy's infectious smile and positivity eased my concerns and left me feeling confident that I'm leaving my personal belongings under strict security and a constant watchful eye. Great job Lindsy, I look forward to working with you for years to come. read more

I was extremely happy with our storage unit, they were very clean and well lit. But I was completely impressed with the customer service we received from Reggie, not only is he an extremely intelligent person, he was professional, knowledgeable, humorous ( my husband and I both love talking to him ), he always has a smile on his face, and an hello as you walk through the door. I would not only recommend this Public Storage, but I would definitely store my items here again. Thank you for running a successful business and for hiring exceptional people like Reggie, kudos to you Reggie, very deserving. Thank you. read more

We have been looking for storage for our motorhome and one came available at this location today. Bill and CJ at this location made it easy to make our decision to store with them. It was exactly what we were looking for and they helped us at every turn and treated us like family when we arrived to view the space. They explained everything perfectly and we left feeling we were in the best place possible and could not have been happier. Bill is a top notch manager of this property and made our experience the best we could have hoped for. Thanks again Bill. read more

Awesome staff, super convenient location, and attention to detail round out what's been a great experience the past six months at this Public Storage! The friendliness and professional attitude of great guys like Reggie and Andy make every trip worthwhile. For someone who only comes in a couple times a month they always remember me and make a point to give me every opportunity to get the best value I can. You can find storage units anywhere, but you'll be hard pressed to find a better group of honest, down to earth, good people than you'll get here. read more

The entire Public Storage system is very well constructed and easy to use. The staff when you are the site of discussing status on the phone are professional and engaged. One thing I cannot stress more (from someone pulling a trailer up and down the road) is to be sure which location you are headed to as there are multiple locations on the same road. I pulled in 3 incorrect ones, struggled to get the trailer turned and finally went to the right one. Not a fault of Public Storage - my fault for reading the signs instead of believing Google. read more

Do not give these people your business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, it's diabolical how little f*cks these people give. I'd love to think you guys care about your reputation but you probably thrive knowing most don't have choices. To anyone trying to vet a new storage place PLEASE read every 1 star review before moving forward-- their team, their management, their corporate office, no integrity and no ownership, simply pathetic. Not that you care, you'll probably celebrate but you've lost a customer for life. read more

I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs. Reggie, the site manager goes above and beyond to first understand your needs and then gives you ideas on what storage unit would best fit your needs. I wish we all could have people like Reggie around us all the time. The customer service is second to none. The Best! Way to go Reggie. God Bless!!! read more
