This place has substandard customer service. I counted a good 15 times they disappointed. Find someplace else! Run away! No internal lights in unit, no carts after 6pm, stock answers to everything and they are overtrained and rarely think for themselves, one minute they ask for an ID for a 2nd cart and 15 minutes later they say "one cart per person." They gave away my second cart while I ran upstairs for my purse for a second ID. No access to bathrooms after 6pm. Run away!! They play games and omit important information in your opening tour of the place. read more

Someone broke into our unit, at first we thought things just fell but when we went back to get something we realized we were missing a big container. We have our own lock but it didn't have any damage on the lock, in fact it was lock but when we open it boxes and suitcases were open. Looks like they were able to open it with our code. read more

Amazing customer service highly recommended. The lady at the front and the manager are great ppl. I messed up and reserved 2 units to switch into and they were able to keep my reserve price and cancel the other plus get me my money back for the reserved unit I bailed on. Very pushy and adding extra fees. I thought this would be better place when the rate sounded reasonable the first month you move in. Then all the additional cost and threats over the phone, no matter what you explain to them every month regarding all the additional fees. read more

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give then zero. These people are thieves. They're nice on the phone, but have attitude once you sign up. The $1.00 first month, really isn't. As soon as you pay it, they come up with other fees, and give bogus excuses. Their district manager doesn't return calls, and you will be harassed for the duration of your lease. Find some place else to lease!!! Run away from Public Storage! There will always be another option for storage, just don't use them! read more

Easy rental process. I did run into a few issues with payment but it only took one phone call and some very helpful employees to resolve it. When I finally moved in the following day I was delighted to find a very clean and secure facility. They keep it fully contactless and follow social distancing guidelines. I had an appointment for 10:30 am today and someone called the night before to let me know that they would not be there until 11:30 am due to a meeting. I arrive at 11:30 am and wait 20 minutes for someone to open the office. There were other people there who needed help and had been waiting for 90+ minutes. No apologies or kindness when the two young women arrived and they took their time getting to us. J------- showed us the 5 X 5 locker with reduced height at 4 feet and the lower one was not the size promised and the upper locker started at chest level with no steps or stairs to access it. I told her that we would prefer a regular 5 X 5 locker and she said it was twice the price I was quoted and said that is fine. When we get to the computer it is nearly triple the price, plus they add monthly insurance, processing fees and you have to buy their special locks. I questioned the locker price and she was not kind and could care less. We left and were very unhappy with the bait and switch and lack of customer kindness. We ended up going to another storage facility where we were treated kindly and fairly. read more

The lady who rented to me had the personality of a snail, I was on time for my appt. but she needed to leave in a hurry right after me. She told me upstairs she was the manager but she was not, she handed me a card with another persons name on it. I did not realize that after I moved my boxes all in they did not fit the right way as a usual 5x10 due to a set metal bar placed by them I lost about 2 inches of space on the right side, so I would suggest for you to measure your space right away! After 6 months they raised my rate 22% (really!) so I moved out. read more

I literally never leave reviews, but this place is worth the review. They are the worst business I've ever interacted with. I moved out in January and I guess I left my lock on, so they are trying to charge me for all of February. Why in the world would I pay for a month when I moved out? Just because my lock was on it? They called me a few weeks ago and left a voicemail saying they have an important matter to discuss. I called back like 5 minutes after 3 times and left a voicemail and I never heard back. It took them about 3 weeks to get back to me, probably to get me to pay more money. I told them I'm not paying because I already moved out and they said they will send it to collections. I will be calling their corporate office to settle this. read more

She refused to acknowledge the problem, work towards a solution, or put me in contact with someone who could help after stating that she could not. read more

My boyfriend and I got a storage at this place we were told that as long as the storage was emptied before the 1st of the upcoming month (October) we wouldn't have to pay for another month. We have had a crazy month and we both get off work late but we had the storage empty and the key in their drop box by September 30th at around 5:15pm the next day October 1 one of the workers called my boyfriend to confirm that they received our key and that they had to speak to the district manager to waive the fee since the garage was emptied and key returned before the first which was the deal and told him they would give him a call back. They never called him back and instead charged him for another month which is $140 after already paying $140 for the first months rent. We have been trying to reach the district manager all day to get this figured out but have not gotten an answer at all and have been give the run around by employees. We are very unhappy with this situation especially because we went out of our way to finish emptying it out on time so that we wouldn't be charged for another month. They also don't allow you to use the little moving carts after the office closes so we had to carry everything out. Save your money and look else where with better service! read more

So BEYOND disappointed with this location. I had a reservation to move in this Saturday, which was confirmed with a phone call from one of their employees. I received a phone call from Ashley on Thursday telling me that my reservation was no longer good for the unit that I reserved because she had just sold it to someone else. I had reserved a unit on an upper floor because it was cheaper. She told me that she only had one other unit my size available but that it was on the first floor and cost more money. How do you sell a unit that is already reserved and then want to charge more for it?? If she knew that the unit was reserved, she could have sold the other person the unit that was available on the first floor. VERY disappointed in their customer service and their ability to sell a unit that was already reserved and try to upset me on another unit. That's not the right way to do business!!! read more
