I am writing this review to help others that may be affected by this. They have no policy regarding helping anyone that is having cash flow issues and it's business as usual for them. So, if you have been laid off, or cant work sue to the pandemic, you better pay your EZ Storage bill! Peace and good health to everybody!

First time ever getting a storage spot. I gotta say Daryl and Debbie made sure everything was easy…read moreand smooth. They were on top of everything that I needed and made sure everything on the paperwork was clarified. Ill admit i dont read those so I do appreciate Debbie taking the extra time. They could see I was tired and exhausted and just wanted to get this over with(I had alot of stuff...2 trucks) Although the price may seem steep to me, they helped save me money I guess by making sure I just needed one unit rather than two, so im not complaining. This place is awesome! Thanks again!!!!

Like others have said: bait and switch pricing…read more Price on my unit doubled after 6 months. I asked if we could work out something not quite double, but that I wanted to stay and the surprise rate didn't work for me. Dude on the phone said nah, they'd be happy to rent it out to somebody else for double. Bet: Be your own guest for that, asap. Pulled all my crap out of there in 5 days and was gone. I didn't actually need the unit, just wanted the extra space during a home renovation. Feel really bad for folks who do need their units and have to face this predatory behavior. The people who actually staff and work this location are lovely.

The facility is nice, and the person working inside is very helpful when you first reserve a unit…read more Sometimes lights are out and it's hard to see your items, but other than that we have no complaints about the unit. However, it feels like a bait and switch occurred with the cost. This is a month to month company, and you had to pay 4 months up front - that's fine, the online price with the required insurance was about $100 a month. Now, magically, after those 4 months have passed the price went up to $167 - almost double the price. I contacted them and requested a decrease and it appears they put it down to $141, but it still feels very arbitrary. Once you are "trapped" and have loaded your unit, they jack the price and say it's "market conditions." That was pretty disappointing. If the price gets jacked again, we'll be moving out and finding a different provider for storage.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with DC Pro Movers was extremely disappointing…read more I even attempted to address my concerns privately before posting publicly, but I never received a response. One of the movers appeared to be intoxicated during my move. He was an older, shorter Hispanic gentleman, and every time he came near me I could smell alcohol. This made me very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and whether this contributed to the delays during the move. I was also charged a fuel fee for a move that was only 0.3 miles away, which felt completely unreasonable. On top of that, my final bill nearly doubled from the original estimate. I was charged approximately $350 for packing supplies even though I had already purchased and provided my own tape and wrapping materials and placed them in each room for the movers to use. I even have photos documenting this. When I questioned the charges, I was first told there was a misunderstanding and then told the supplies "weren't seen." Despite me clearly communicating that my own supplies were available, the movers chose to use company materials anyway. While I understand charges for sofa covers and a TV box, one of my smaller TVs had already been wrapped and I specifically stated it did not need to be boxed. They proceeded anyway and charged me for it. The most upsetting part was feeling pressured to pay the full amount before my belongings would be unloaded. After reviewing everything afterward, I truly do not believe the charges were fair or transparent. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve this professionally before posting this review, but the lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing -- unfortunately, that was not my experience.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!…read more Awful experience. Their system didn't show my reservation so when I got here I had to start a new reservation. I ordered a climate controlled unit. That was not at all climate controlled. There were no carts to help move. Floors were extremely slippery when they became wet from the ice. There were no rugs. The lights did not work. There was thick ice outside the building so it was dangerous to be unloading things. Water damage was obvious in the ceiling a little bit away from my unit. Then after a month I see i was charged twice. I then went to the app and I see that there is two units listed. I attempted to reach the manager or anyone at this location for several days and finally got a return call to someone who told me that I had to prove to her that I had not rented the first unit. I tried to explain to her that you cannot prove a negative. And that it was their app that made a mistake. I explained that you can see that the plastic tie is still on the other unit had never been used. She told me that this was my problem and refused anything further.

Not a single word of notice was given to me despite the location being aware of the circumstance, they had placed small and essentially useless packets in the corners in an attempt to repel them. Doubtful I'll ever use a public storage unit again, I will definitely NEVER go back to this location.

Everyone on the team was courteous, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. Ell was very helpful and have a thorough explanation of the rental process and she did it with a genuine smile that you could feel that she was happy to assist without any hesitation. I was able to get the units I needed in the time frame I was looking for. I have to say that it was the team work between Josh and Ell that made that happen. Josh assisted and was able to find the units that were becoming available. He and Ell made this process such a delight when I was expecting it to be somewhat stressful with the time frame I had. Not only was this experience a breath of fresh air, but it continued each time I was at the facility. The maintenance and care of the facility is just as nice. Each time I have made a trip to my unit I see all of the crew doing something around the facility and each time they make eye contact and greet you with a smile. Josh was painting on one occasion and stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me and say good morning. You do not get this kind of acknowledgment anywhere these days and when you do it's definitely recognized. Thank you Josh, Ell and the other extremely kind and helpful maintenance helper that all I can remember is he has been with them for 4 years . I didn't want to get his name wrong. Keep up the great work and keep smiling . We need more experiences like these.

I can't fully express in words how sincerely I discourage anyone from doing business with this…read morecompany. I have never been so disrespected and just generally slimed as a paying customer to a service provider. I had a great experience in the first half of my process with CityStash when my things were collected for storage. They weren't the most professional team, they bumbled around and were rushing, apologizing for knocking things into walls but never stopped rushing. That said, they were good, kind people and I was happy to look past a little damage-free klutziness. When it came time to have my things delivered, the situation went south quickly. At the very end, I think possibly even after my delivery window, I got a call saying they were running late and hadn't even picked up my things from the warehouse to be delivered. I had been calling the main line for updates but didn't get a call back for hours, long after they would have known they wouldn't make it within the delivery window. Again, while it was annoying and could have been handled better, these things happen and I was willing to look past it. The delivery was finally made about 7pm and the movers again arrived flustered and rushed through the process, again banging into things and dinging walls. I assured them it was no big deal and not to worry, I understood sometimes life goes wrong. Once they had finished putting everything in the house, they let me know they had misplaced the specific hardware to reassemble a major piece of bedroom furniture - dresser with attachable mirror. I was told they would collect new screws from Home Depot and see me "first thing in the morning," calling me about an hour before they arrived. The next day I waited until 11 before I began calling, again waiting hours for a callback. This is when I began to get frustrated. When the owner finally called me back around 4pm, he said to me: "I don't know who told you that or why, but that was never going to happen." After exercising a healthy dose of patience and understanding through this, I had now taken not one but two unnecessary days off of work and a snarky remark from he business owner was the last thing I wanted to hear. Two full days later, the job was complete beginning on Tuesday and ending on Friday. The owner will likely be surprised by this review, though I'm not sure why. I clearly communicated my frustrations and he took little to no responsibility for the issues, blaming everything largely on the team he had sent in. When he wasn't blaming his team, he was all but shrugging his shoulders at me. While they certainly were part of the problem, my real grievance rests with him, who handled the situation with the grace and professionalism of a kindergartner in a boardroom. I was refunded $35 for the over half of a week of inconvenience, which perhaps was more insulting than no acknowledgement at all.

I only had about 8 items and they damaged one and completely destroyed the other one. When I…read morereached out to them about this they told me it was basically expected that my bookshelf was going to break during the move even though it was in totally fine condition when they picked it up. They also said they would come try to fix the dresser that they damaged, but they never committed to a time to come and eventually started ignoring my emails. The concept is great but if they are going to carelessly break things then that is worse than them not moving anything at all.
