Originally they were to arrive at 12 pm. I requested they come at 1 pm due to roommate moving out as well and to make Amaya Movers had room to work. Mr Carlos Sosa stated he could come at 6:30 am, 12 pm or 5pm/6 pm. I agreed to 5 pm. The movers were stuck on another job at 5 pm and I was told they would arrive soon. At 6 :30 pm I was told they were 5 minutes away. They arrived at 8:30 pm. Because of this I missed another appointment. They request you pay $190 as soon as they arrive to guarantee they get paid for 2 hours. I requested a stop at my storage which was 2 minutes along the way to my new location. I was told $40, agreed to $25 extra. The movers were very young, but very careful with items. They drove slower than Mr Magoo. I was unable to put stuff in storage and now have to hire someone else to come get the items that do not fit!!!! Was told it was my fault for not sticking to the 12 pm time. WOW!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Then they send two young kids to move my stuff. They slide my 250-300lb dresser down concrete stairs on its top. I witnessed it about half way down. So I'm thinking no problem, surely negligence is covered. NOPE! Janella with Flex's Claims Team said my 97lbs dresser would received no coverage. I'm 6' 1" and 210 pounds, do you think I needed help with a 97lbs dresser. Bottom line this place is trash and they employ trash. -Retired, Disabled Combat Veteran.
