Office always smell like cigarettes, never answer the phones or have office open. Claim they send correspondence about rate increases yet nothing seems to be changed or "updated". Also have people that cut locks and steal out of your units and when you report over $15,000 stuff missing they can't even be diligent and send over videos from cameras investigators request. Most importantly don't ask for district manager information or corporate. They refuse to give it to you. On top of them having and accessing late fees yet during COVID they should be a little more understanding especially if your husband just gets out of hospital.
