The drink selection is rather small: two standing coolers of mostly soda and energy drinks. Thankfully they had bottles of water. The majority of this store seems to be last-minute items for a cruise such as toiletries. However, they have a pretty good area where you can sit at a bar overlooking the street. The store is pretty small though. The restroom is weird: you have to go out the back door and walk down to another office. It's odd. Plus, the door locks behind you, eek! Thankfully there were two of us so one was able to open the door. The stairs to get to the store are a bit hard to navigate with bags. A bit steep, so be careful.

!!!!!!VETERANS DO NOT USE!!!!!…read more I wish I would have looked at the reviews before hand. This team was out of Killeen. First they gave me a window then changed it. Then they send two young kids to move my stuff. They slide my 250-300lb dresser down concrete stairs on its top. I witnessed it about half way down. So I'm thinking no problem, surely negligence is covered. NOPE! Janella with Flex's Claims Team said my 97lbs dresser would received no coverage. I'm 6' 1" and 210 pounds, do you think I needed help with a 97lbs dresser. Bottom line this place is trash and they employ trash. -Retired, Disabled Combat Veteran.

A lot of my things had to be thrown out, thousands of $$ in damage. Cube Smart was not helpful at all, they said it wasn't their problem. The movers who helped me move said I was the 3rd person in a matter of weeks that they've helped move from this storage unit that have had rat infestation problems. This company and staff know fully well about rats at their facility and still rent out. This has been a nightmare. They are in the business of storing people's valuable, and they know fully well they are rat infested?! I ask why hadn't they reached out to any of the clients, I was told that they DIDN'T WANT TO ALERT THE CONSUMERS. I was reminded that my insurance wouldn't cover the damage. Needless to say I didn't get my "How'd we do" email......go figure.

Rented a trailer one-way, and despite there being half a dozen other closer u-haul places near me,…read morethe "central system" had me go all the way down here to pick it up. My first time renting a trailer and the people were extremely nice. Since I was traveling to a very rural area the system at first wouldn't let me choose a drop-off point. I got an email later that the lady was able to choose the location we talked about, so that saved me some time when I finally did drop it off. Even though it was raining off & on, the guy there was kind enough to bring the trailer out front and hook it up to my truck. We walked around and made sure the lights worked and the tires were good and all that. They answered all my questions about what I should do, what numbers to call, what if something happens, etc... Very polite and personable people. Would definitely rent from them again. The location is on the feeder heading south just as you pass under the beltway. Not the best location but if you've ever traveled 45 in that area you've probably passed it a million times.
