I used this company twice. My first experience with them they damaged one of my end tables and…read moredragged my king mattress on the ground and I am fortunate I had a thin cover on it . The only response I got was send me a picture of the damage but no follow up with replacing or fixing my end table so i let it go. My next move I requested a two bedroom move and all of my furniture didn't fit on the truck not to mention they showed up late . The main issue this time was I had three televisions to move and they damaged two of my55 inch televisions but will not take responsibility for replacing them. I have called emailed and sent text messages but I am not getting anywhere with replacing my items . I heard everything from let me talk to the owners and send me estimates but never a follow up when will they take blame for smashing my screens on my televisions . It has been since December 13 and I haven't gotten anywhere .I f you decide to move don't even think about calling them because you will totally be dissatisfied . AVOID frontier van lines! They are extremely unprofessional, rude and shady. The managing…read moresupervisor, John Stanford is egotistical and refuses to put the paying customer first. They have not called us regarding the status of our move for the past month even though our stuff was supposed to arrive 2.5 weeks ago. When you tell John that it is courteous for a moving company to inform their customer of where their stuff is, he responds with "we are operating within our protocol to not inform our customers until 1 day prior to delivery"; this type poor business etiquette and customer service should and WILL be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Frontier Van Lines should not earn any business. They are taking advantage of their customers during a stressful time. If I could give them 0/5 stars, I would, but I'm forced to give them something. 1/5 stars is giving them way too much credit.
