That means a lot of customers have no idea their belongings are sitting in excessive heat and humidity in the middle of summer in texas unless they visit their unit regularly. Their items could be damaged, moldy, or deteriorating without them even knowing. The worst part is that they never notified affected customers. People pay extra for climate controlled storage, and failing to tell them that service is not being provided so they can protect their belongings and find other arrangements is completely unacceptable and in my opinion unethical. Staff has no idea when and even if this is going to be fixed. It's been 2+ weeks and no update

Also every tenant that ive ever known of to have a unit here has been robbed not once or twice but several times and never said anything to them because after the first time that they do nothing and the second time that they do less why bother reporting anything. The cameras dont work and neither does the automatic gate thats always automatically open all day and night so anyone could just walk right up and cut your lock and get whatever they want and nothing will ever happen. When my unit was robbed the manager told me oh well call your insurance company have a good day and hung up on me. Thats some outstanding customer service right there at least now they require you to have insurance when you rent a unit. This company was not transparent with their rates. Additional guys showed up without my knowledge,…read morean additional moving truck showed up, again without my consent, & without even my knowledge until I noticed 2 trucks arrive at my new house. There was no estimate offered or maximum charge for the move, as (I discovered later) they're required to provide. There was no communication surrounding the moving supplies, their cost, no itemized list of supplies provided, only an arbitrary "supplies - $350" written on the invoice, nor even provided after the fact upon request. One of the company's partners, Scott, was unwilling to provide answers to my billing questions, it was difficult to complete a sentence without him interrupting me & making legal threats. The movers also destroyed my $5k mattress. When brought to Scott's attention, he blamed me for not inquiring about, nor purchasing, additional insurance coverage. The information, he claimed, was provided to me - it was not. There's a line to initial on the contract, to acknowledge receipt (which is blank), & that I was expected to flip through & read everything on the clipboard. I was expected to rummage through someone else's clipboard without any reference of its existence. Regarding the destroyed mattress, they offered me $150 for it. When it became clear that communicating with Scott would be unproductive, I requested to speak with someone else from the company but it remained unacknowledged until Scott suddenly ended the call. I've unfortunately had to consult with legal counsel to determine how to best further pursue it. This matter currently remains unresolved.

They immediately got me into my new storage unit, it was very clean for an outside unit which I was impressed. Way better than other larger companies I have used in the past. Compared to other major storage companies in the area they were priced the best for the square footage they provided. The owners are super friendly and will even help you unload things into your storage unit if needed. Luckily the alarm sounded and they only took my things out of the trailer and dropped them back down before running out. Then today I came to finally retrieve my trailer since owner hasn't put up any security cameras in the back area where people who actually have access to get inside are the ones STEALING! I noticed I was missing my lawn blower and some fishing rods. Long story short just avoid this place. Nothing was done to fix this issue nor did they care because they personally didn't loose anything.
