Unfortunately, the printer was a beast at 440 lbs. and we had no way to unload it at Jag. Instead, we drove to a moving company, which had a forklift for the job. A storage facility in this area should absolutely be prepared for the kind of rain and flooding Houston regularly experiences. After this happened, I decided to move my vehicle to a different storage facility with better conditions. Since I would no longer be using my space for the final month of my contract, I asked if they would refund or prorate the remaining time. They refused. So not only did this facility contribute to expensive damage to my vehicle, but they also showed zero flexibility or customer care afterward. Very disappointing experience overall.

Gaping hole in the chain link fence at the rear of the facility large enough for people to crawl through. 2. NO lighting at night at any of the public or indoor storage areas. The light fixtures are there but why are the lights not on? None of them seem to be activated by motion. 3. Mentally/emotionally challenged man wanders around the entrance to the facility and sits or lays himself on the property of Storage Sense, right in front of the office. The manager doesn't seem to care. 4. The security gates are repeatedly left open during the day and are not closed. So basically anyone can drive through the facility. I told the manager about this and she said she was unaware of these security issues. 5. Management seems completely oblivious and/or doesn't care about any of these safety and liability issues.
