I contacted the company, explained the issue, and was assured it would not happen again--yet the unauthorized billing attempts continued. The operation is unprofessional, disorganized, and consistently inaccurate. Employees repeatedly provided conflicting, incomplete, or incorrect information and appeared unaware of what was happening with my account. After the move was completed and paid in full, the continued attempts to obtain additional payment are unacceptable and appear to be improper and unauthorized. I am now pursuing the matter in small claims court. I strongly recommend not using this company. My experience has been an ongoing failure from start to finish.

The Cubesmart claims the cameras were not working for the trailer & that the inside storage items were stolen by a contractor whom they had replace the doors. Great American Insurance, who is also a joke, denied the claim because the workers at Cubesmart said it was done by their contractor. Therefore Great American Insurance would not pay and Cubesmart continues to say there is nothing that they can do. Poor Management, Poor Leadership, Poor Care of customers. After 5-6 trips to the storage, I have not heard from Jane, the district manager or the owners of the unit, & the daily staff never call back. If you want your items safe find another facility, because if things happen no one will step up! If you have items in the facility go and check on your items, they will be gone and no one will alert you!

Bryan/Ryan put in the wrong number for the unit, I had apparently put my things in a 5 x 15 unit. I received a call last night instructing me to come in and sign a lease for that unit, but when I got there I was told to either rent another unit and lose my $110 for the two I have paid for or they would remove my things from the unit. I think they are on drugs or something because they both claimed not to remember me even though I had spent a considerable amount of time with each of them.

I called back up and the straitened the unit number but even though they told me the free month was on the account it was not. Each month I called up to find out why I was still being charged the manager Arleen said she will get it fixed this went on for 2 months she never called back to say it was not on the account. Today 5/31/23 I called and it was escalated and I guess she was trying to CYA and called and said it was never on my account I should have been told this before getting charged two month and going through the song and dance that it would be fixed.
