Their staff is very Professional, Courteous and Friendly, and is willing to do what it takes and more, to earn your business. The property is kept very clean and it is the most cost effective solution I have found, and I have used many different storage places in the past including a few Public Storage locations, Mini-U, Security Self-Storage, as well as other CubeSmart locations, and the one at 67th and Federal Blvd has been, by far, the best. The only reason I may consider going elsewhere for my storage needs is that I have the largest unit this location has to offer and may need a larger space in the future. Act fast, as their units get rented out quick, and some units have limited availability.

Yes- I used my insurance, but did not realize there were different levels of value and only received $2K back. I absolutely HATE this business and have made sure to tell others to NEVER do business with them- as they are dishonest. They increased rates just 2 months after I moved in. The grounds were FILTHY with litter, trash, and crappy vehicles. After now reading others' experiences, I wish I would have hired an attorney and SUED them for having bad security cameras- appears most don't even work! What a sham. I am so upset- as one thing stolen was my Fiesta Ware dish set/collection I'd been collecting for more than 20 years. I had recently moved to Colorado and needed things stored for a few months. They didn't care, AT ALL, about my extreme sadness. I hate thieves- and was counting on this business to protect my goods. But they didn't. And I'll bet nothing has changed.
