I have been renting here since July of 2023. I originally secured this storage because they were running a great rate for a 10x20 drive up storage unit. It was priced at $170.00. My mom had recently passed away so i even condenced her storage and put it in with my things as we were to be homeless for a few months waiting for our new place to give us keys. After 4 months the rate increased almost $100. They provide little to no warning about this. I would have never taken my things there had i known that the "good deal" that they advertized was so incredibly short lived. I am terminally ill and am physically unable to move out of there. Since then my rate has gone up every 6 months. It is now 381.00. Yet new customers are stil able to rent my same spot for less than $200. In addition to their price gouging, my unit was broken into. I had a bunch of family airlooms stolen. We caught the break in with in 48 hours of it happening yet they have zero survailence footage of my unit getting robbed. Their insurance that is mantatory extra $15.00 is a joke. It covers nothing. I am so pissed i am at a complete loss yet i still pay them religiously every month because im not about to loose my things that mean so very much. This place is jacked up. They took advantage of me. Had an amazing experience with the staff at this location .. Cathy called me to set up a time I'd be in for my unit.. she was super positive and flexible with times. After renting the unit I called several times during business hours for more information about getting the rental lock. I finally had to leave a message but i didn't get a call back until the next day which push my move in by another day which costed me time and money. The facility was dirty with trash everywhere. Homeless people with tents camped on the other side of the fence. The gate was opened and unsecured. There was trash in the unit when I first opened it with exposed wires in the unit. The unit ddoor is damaged at the bottom. The unit description said you can fit up to three bedrooms in it with large furniture but really only able to fit one maybe 2 rooms worth of stuff in it. The light in the unit didn't work and there was barely any lights outside. No wonder they give an online discount because if I would have seen it first I would have never rented it! The first chance I get I'm moving to a different company. I don't know if all there facilities are like this one but this one is horrible. read more

If you have to have storage, this location and personnel are THE BEST. They will work with you on providing the best storage for your needs. This storage site is the best you can ask for ! Moving is hard enough but Doug the property manager is awesome makes the transition smoother then expected . He makes sure you are well accommodated with what you need and size of storage . Some dude is living in unit 112 on the back end of the lot. Makes you wonder if the employees are even paying attention to the units. Dude has a bunk bed a curtain and even a cat living with him. On the plus if you are looking for cheap rent in Denver you can't beat the 5x7 prices. read more

Doug the property Manager is the very most pleasant and very accommodating manager I have ever delt with when using Public Storage services. Even though the cost of renting these units continuously rises in cost, I find myself feeling that My personal belongings are safe and the property is well maintained by him. Doug is a good property manager. We stored some stuff there, it worked out well. There were no rodent problems, these are good non-temp controlled lockers. I would use them again if I need more space/storage. read more
