I had this storage unit for almost a year and I had no issues. The staff throughout were total angels; especially Lacreasha, she was always so pleasant over the phone and informative. 99% of all calls made to the office by me were received by a live agent and I am grateful for Lacreasha and staff for that. She was so nice and friendly, I almost felt bad for closing out my unit due to my having to move. The price was adjusted by a few dollars only once and the facility is white and clean 24-7-365. Another story of outrageous price increases. I have had 2 units with resent price increases. The discounted rate only lasts 4 months, after that expect a large increase. Both of my unit prices were increased in excess of 50%. Additionally, there is no one on site, so good luck finding a cart and there are no restroom facilities available. If you need more than 4 months storage go somewhere else or calculate a price increases of 50-60% to determine the value of the property. read more

Predatory pricing increases. In two years, the price of our 9 x 10 storage unit doubled to $190. We vacated our unit, which was only half full. Please, please, please...if your stuff doesn't fit into your home, get rid of it. The Only Time I'd ever use Public Storage again is: (1) temporarily to put our home on the market OR (2) short-term storage for home renovation...due to flood/fire or major home remodel. If you really need storage, please look for a family-owned storage business that won't raise rates Over and Over and Over again. read more

They constantly increase their rates. When you confront them in the office they will just blame the corporate office and claim they know nothing about it. They are not interested in long term customers. I have been there 5 years and my rate has gone up multiple times and is now up 200% over when I started. read more

Absolutely the rudest staff ever at any business. No customer service at all. Snarky and impolite is putting it mildly. They are diffidently not interested in pleasing their customers. Not on premises when they are supposed to be there. Not enough carts available ever. Again, they are not interested in customer service at all! My family has been using Public Storage for about two years and it's been great. Yesterday, we discovered we needed more space and Torre was an absolute dream to help us talk through what we needed and get our new space. She was kind, patient and helpful during a stressful moment. The place is well lit, clean and easy to navigate. I love that it's so close and I can quickly run over and grab seasonal things as needed. I like the layers of security and always can move things big and small very easily through the space. read more

Horrible customer service. Manager is always gone. Never there when the "be back" sign says. Waited around for over 45 minutes for the manger to return from her lunch at 3:30. Bathrooms are DIRTY! Water fountains are DIRTY! There has been a spill on the floor for at least 4 days but no one has don anything hung out to clean it up. I'm glad I only have a couple more days here. read more

Do not expect great customer service and be prepared to hear about how the person on staff is the only person. Also be prepared into forced purchases of a lock and insurance. Can only use their "special" locks and either no if your insurance covers the storage unit or they will force you to purchase a plan. I recommend going else where if you can. This is one of the best facilities I've been at. Super clean and easily accessible. The office staff is friendly but small. Be sure to set an appointment if possible. They are FANTASTIC at communicating and returning calls. I'm so glad she took the time to go over my needs with me.The recommended storage unit was the perfect size. Payment options are available online and have a super convenient AutoPay Option. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. So far so good. We were very stressed about water damage in our home due to the freeze. We needed to move most of our furniture out to have repairs done. I called and Garry was very helpful in finding the size storage unit we needed that was closest to our house. Nettie was very helpful in helping us reserve our unit. The woman manager of this place is incredibly rude. We reserved online at a discount rate and when we came inside to complete the paperwork, she stated we could not have the discount. Why have the discounts posted online if you are not going to honor them? I even tried to contact the district manager - Michelle England - but she did not return my call. No surprise there. Don't trust Public Storage. If you rent here, do expect your rent to increase shortly after moving in. No customer loyalty at all. Also expect the terms of your lease agreement to change in their favor then tell you that they sent you an email to notify you of the change and there is nothing you can do about how it is way different than when you leased. This is a greedy company focused on extracting as much money from customers as possible. Buyer beware! Look elsewhere read more
