These people are crooks..Please do not trust the information shared by customer care executives. During my booking tenure, i had called customer support 3 times. Every time i asked if i iwll be charged on monthly basis or daily basis and everytime i was informed that i will be charged on daily basis. But as soon as completed my booking, i was charged for whole month and when talked to executive, they informed me that they have mentioned in their agreement that customer will be charged on monthly basis. I've been renting there for 4+ years. They just keep going up and up and rent. My rent started at $60 and when I received at notice that they ere raising my rent to $231 I decided it was time to move on. Plus, they closed and locked their restrooms in 2020 due to covid. They have yet to reopen them. They keep theirs/c set high so it gets very uncomfortable in the storage area. read more

the no-human kiosk experience was very smooth, I was able to get someone on the call to answer all my questions. the price is affordable for a 5x10 storage, and signup process quite straight forward. Going to no on-site attendants or managers, and telephone computer menus only, ruined the appeal of Public Storage. They are the highest price of storage companies, and now with the worst service and amenities. If they give you an attractive quote, just know they specialize in the bait and switch. BEWARE the "bait and switch". I rented a 10x20 unit on the 2nd floor last August (2022) for the "Online special" of "$1 first month and $183/month after". Well, after 3 months of autopay, they raised the rent to ~$250/month (that's ~$3000/year) for a small storage unit on the 2nd floor! I complained to the attendant and she was able to return my rates to the advertised $180/month....for 2 months.....) Now it's back to $250/month, and the new attendant asked for a discount that was immediately denied. I had to call the "800" number to beg for relief. The woman there was rude and unsympathetic. Said she would "end the call" if I used another "curse word"....I said "they raised the 'damn rates' again, and now it's $3000 a year". So I cancelled this ridiculous "storage" scam. They can find a new sucker to exploit, but not me. I'm building a shed... read more

I have visited many storage places in the area, until I came to this location; I didn't need to look any further. I made an appointment online, got a great discount, and Tiffanee called me to confirm the appointment. We met up, she showed me the unit, and walked through the policies and procedures. I was pleasantly pleased and signed a contract with them. The place was well lit, clean, Tiffanee was knowledgeable and friendly, and the online special provided me a good deal for my storage. Additionally, I like that this location is almost out of the way and you would not know that it is back here unless you looked for it. Overall, a great experience for rental of a storage unit. From the moment I submitted my request online, I received a call within 15 minutes. This was very convenient to schedule my time to come to the storage location. The on-site manager knew who I was when I walked in and treated me and my 7 year old daughter very nicely. I have been extremely happy with the climate controlled units, but especially the service. Susan is incredible. She delivers a level of patience and kindness rarely seen today. We are thankful for this and would recommend this location to anyone in the area - especially when they are running the first month for $1 promotion. We closed out one of the units and the closeout process was effortless and free from any hidden charges. My one piece of advice would be to check with your existing home insurance company to see if your existing coverage extends to storage units, because they require some level of insurance and you can save $12 a month by not signing up for their recommended provider. read more

The storage facility itself is great, but the ownership and management is abysmal. My bill cycle has been 2nd to 1st every month. I was here for 18 months during a recent move, and they hiked the rent 4 times - from 60, to 65, to 75, to 80 and that was enough for me. Upon moving out on good terms I was met with an obnoxious lady saying I'll be hit for a full month of rent as I moved out the first day of the month, and there is no pro rating. I called corporate and the district manager pleading my logic of the billing being 2nd-1st and me thinking I timed it perfectly at month end. Regardless, I explained I was a good tenant for 18 months with them and this is a sure tactic to leave a sour taste in their customers' mouths and make them look elsewhere the next time they need to rent. I put multiple calls to different levels of management and all were as abrasive as the last.I would not recommend this Public Storage or any company wide after having dealt with their terrible customer service and management team. I will now have to dispute the charge with my bank and deal with more stress over this because they wanted to 'stick it to me.' read more

Let me start by saying that I have been a renter at this facility for about 4 years. I needed to get an additional storage unit, so decided to go with the same location. It is easy to get into and the access hours are pretty good (I wish the gates were open a little later than 9 pm, but I can live with that). My process of reserving the new unit went very smoothly. Yesenia was great during the entire process. The one negative thing I can say is about the price. I figured that since I currently rent a space at this location, they would offer some sort of discount on the second space. Nope - I'm not even eligible for the promo of 1/2 off the first month's rent. (Come on - at least offer 10% off the second space.) I was disappointed about this and even thought of taking my business elsewhere. However, the convenience of having both units at the same location outweighed my disappointment. And if weren't for the wonderful customer service provided by Yesenia at the front desk, I may have gone somewhere else. read more

The climate control is a real asset to protecting our stuff so its not freezing in winter and baking in summer.
