Everything was amazing! Went for breakfast and we each got something different and shared: corn beef hash was amazing, pancakes excellent, sausage (only comes in links) was good and "homemade", French toast really good, fruit cup was fresh and pretty, and on and on and on. The usual breakfasts are rendered more as scrumptious little masterpieces for the breakfast aficionado. The staff and owner must be on a mission, to set the new standard for breakfast cafes. Walking into Provisions, we enjoyed the quaint, local cabin-y feel. The cherry on top was the authentic-looking cowboy sitting at the table next to us reading a newspaper and drinking coffee. As we sat down, we were greeted by a young woman who responded to our dire need for coffee and inability to verbally articulate this need with haste and understanding. The bottomless coffee was not only provided quickly, but was also delicious, dark, and refilled often. I had the build-an-omelette (with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese) and my fiancé had the salmon and eggs Benedict with a side bowl of oatmeal. The omelette was perfectly cooked and melty all the way through the meal. The salmon on the Benedict was cooked superbly and had an almost "buttery" taste. The hollandaise sauce was perfection and not too overwhelming. The potatoes, while a healthy portion for a half order, were not as crispy as we had hoped, but was made up for with the spices and seasoning and the bell peppers mixed in. The menu is surprisingly broad given how well they prepare your food - which can take some time to arrive when busy - but is well worth the wait. Every. Dish. Is. Great. Cute, rustic, cafe in downtown Driggs. Food was delicious, a solid 4/5. The service left something to be desired. My boyfriend ordered the Huevos Rancheros, which were fantastic. A little light on egg for my taste, but otherwise well balanced flavor wise, and both sauces were tasty. I had Belgian Waffles, which come served on Huckleberry compote. I am not a huckleberry fan, so this fell short of my expectations, but was tasty. Their waffles were less crisp than I would prefer, and I wish they offered Maple Syrup. We would have gladly ordered a couple more hot chocolates than the initial ones, but as our server only stopped by at the beginning to take our orders, and at the end to give us the bill, we didn't bother to spend more money than necessary. We were never checked in on between. We will be going back again, but I hope our future visits are accompanied by more attentive wait staff. read more

Vacation is so full of hit or miss dining experiences, when you strike gold you just want to eat every meal there; that was us with Provisions. We were in Driggs for 7 days and ate breakfast at Provisions 5 of 7 days, only because we were out of town during business house for the remaining 2 days. We had coffee every day (excellent), the American Classic (classic breakfast plate), breakfast burritos, omelettes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy; a bit of all the breakfast options. We had ZERO meals that we didn't say "that was delicious" after maybe being able to finish the portion sizes. We got there between 7 and 8 every day, which seemed like the sweet spot. Don't go to a smaller sized eatery at prime "late breakfast" time and gasp when it is busy. Our first morning they were light on staff and the waiter apologized in advance; we never noticed. The service was always hustling and the food served hot and quickly. My stomach is growling thinking about it. Just go there! read more

Great breakfast joint! A few friends of mine and I are on a road trip and spent 13 hours driving through the night. When we finally arrived in Driggs we were tired and hungry so we stopped in for some breakfast before heading to the cabin. We all ordered different meals and everyone was very satisfied. The food tasted great, the service fantastic, and the diner had a very comfortable/cozy ambiance. I will definitely recommend Provisions to my friends and family. Thanks y'all! read more

My first time around at provisions a few months ago was a stellar breakfast performance. Last visit, I complemented the manager for great service, great food, great ambience. This was a different experience. Today-was possibly the worst service I've ever had. And I eat out a lot. The waitress came by to take my order-not too friendly a little harsh but she was busy so I understood. That was the last time I saw her until the check was delivered to me. In the meantime, I had to flag down another waitress to ask for a cup of coffee-the one that I asked my waitress for about 10 minutes prior. Then I was served my breakfast which was OK. I never did get my bacon then and there was no one around to ask. They upcharged me for fruit this time-they didn't do that the last time and the waitress didn't bother to tell me that there would be an up charge. They never did serve the bacon that I ordered-when I asked the waitress to correct the bill for the bacon never served, she admonished me "you should've told me". I had to yell back to her "I couldn't find you" as she walked away. This was not a satisfactory experience. I wish I had chosen someplace else. Next time I will. read more

Always have had good dinning experience. Today not the case. The place was pretty busy. I understand that, a young man brought us water and menus. The waitress took are order. We proceeded to sit there for 45 minutes. I was ready to walk out!!! Instead I found the gal that took are order I asked her where are food was. Her response was the were very busy and our Order should be up soon. My response to her was when she took are order she should have let us know how long await it would be. We are in town with our grandson (14) and he's not a fan of going out to eat. We went here for breakfast June, 2019 and we all loved it. My husband & I stopped here for breakfast on the way to Grand Teton NP from Alta WY. The food was excellent - I had very imaginatively prepared Huevos Rancheros. The eggs and tortillas were layered with pinto beans, a delicious chorizo (not the crap you get at the grocery store) and diced jalapeños. Pleasantly spicy, not overwhelmingly hot. I had them with green sauce which I wish there was a little more of. Hubby had the Salmon Benedict with a gluten free bun rather than an English Muffin which did not disappoint. The hollandaise was homemade. The thing that prevents me from rating this 5 stars is that service was slow and kind of disjointed. read more

This place used to be a lot better when it was ran by the owners before. It has gone downhill over the years, the place is dirty, the waitresses don't have a clue about the menu, and when asked they say they don't know, instead of, "Let me go find out for you". They are only still in business because there aren't many places like it to go in town. There are always dead flies in the windows, tables are always sticky, the waitresses have a hard time keeping up with busing the empty tables, inside and out. Don't even get me started on the filthy restrooms. I will probably never go back to this place. Disappointing. read more

Was great little place. We enjoyed the dinner. Lots of burgers and steak and seafood. FYI 5-9 they do dinners now thurs to sun. My wife had her favorite fish and chips which she said was very good. Overall this lunch experience was just OK. My boyfriend got lucky and ordered the chiquatillas, which the server said was the best option on the whole menu. I got the soup and sandwich special of the day which was a Mexican style chicken soup and I thought the sandwich was going to be a chicken sandwich but it was served to me as a grilled cheese with tomatoes on it. I asked about where the chicken was and she told me that there was no chicken it was only in the soup. Communication was obviously misunderstood. The quality of the food was OK nothing too special. My wife and I moved to the Teton Valley about 18 months ago and Provisions has become one of our preferred spots for breakfast and lunch in Driggs. The food has always been delicious, with fresh ingredients and careful preparation. The daily soup specials are a treat as well, perfect to warm you up after a morning up at Targhee. In addition to excellent "traditional" breakfast choices (the Eggs Benny's being one of my favs) the chef does some great Mexican dishes as well. I love the Machaca Plate and get it almost every time I'm in for breakfast. Provisions probably does the best Reuben in the valley, each ingredient is measured appropriately, so the pastrami/sauerkraut/thousand island ingredients do not overwhelm the other and the marble rye is lightly toasted. So good! I really like the Ortega Burger as well, fresh sliced ortega chili adorn the burger for a real "Santa Fe" favor and the bun tastes like it was baked just minutes prior. Provisions makes my kind of fries as well, perfectly fried and that's it! No extra salt, or that spicy dry seasoning that other places may put on their fries, yuck! Let that potato be tasted and not "covered up" with unnecessary seasonings, in my opinion. I just add a little ketchup and Provisions' fries are the perfect compliment to my meal! read more

Sub par food. Nothing spectacular (we had breakfast.) Poor customer service. The restaurant was busy, but not busy enough to excuse the server. She was snarky about splitting bills. (Understanding that splitting bills can be difficult we agreed to figure it out amongst ourselves but the server was almost rude about it.) 20 minutes between drink refills with the server waking by several times. Asked us how the food was only after it was gone, during a quick walk by. Dropped off a check without a single word. Won't be returning. I used to work in a restaurant and I value service. Food can be sub par if the server is attentive. However almost no redeeming qualities existed to this visit. Bummer. Oh and she messed up the check. Wow. read more
