Went here for breakfast. Service was spot on. Was greeted and seated. I must have looked tired because was asked by 3 different people if I wanted coffee. Opted for the chi tea. Okay food and horrible service. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food. The waitress said "We'll do our best" when we asked if we would get our food before needing to leave by 1 pm to catch a flight. Honestly, the waitress seemed a bit challenged. Huevos rancheros were breakfast perfection: eggs cooked exactly as ordered, tortillas soft & fresh, and all covered in flavorful tomatillo sauce with just the right amount of heat. Strip Steak with a Caprese Salad was the special (two of us had this); the steak was cooked perfectly to our specifications and nicely presented. We ate here on our last morning in town after 5 days of skiing. It is a friendly place, with lots of seating, and our breakfasts were awesome. We had an omelette with feta and ham, one with bacon and cheese, and a breakfast burrito with ham, Swiss cheese, and mushroom. It is a great place to sit down and get comfortable. Service was fast and friendly, and happily substituted sautéed spinach for potatoes for one of us. read more

My local go to breakfast joint. This place isn't anything fancy - your standard american breakfast fare, but everyone needs one of these as their go to staple. The food is consistent, eggs cooked the way you ask, coffee sucks as per regulation in a diner. Service is good as well. I am deducting one star because, as is the way of the world, the price has gone up in the past few years to the point where a basic breakfast (two eggs, one slice of the cheapest whitebread toast, two little sausages, and some potatoes) and a coffee will run you $18 bucks if you tip properly. They also did a big re-design of the dishware a few years ago where the prices went up AND the size of the place halved. This just seems to be how everything is going these days, but sadly ill be frequenting it less as this kind of pricing is just bit shocking to me and hard to stomach paying for literally the cheapest food items money can buy. read more

I love breakfast places, so maybe I'm a little biased, but the food quality was great here, reasonably priced and most importantly I enjoyed hearing about our waitresses' back story. Provisions looks so promising and the place is cute and it's not bad. My sense is that they cater to the one time visitor. Their food is very ok. The kids liked it for lunch and also for breakfast. I wasn't impressed by either of my meals, though both were perfectly fine. I wouldn't come back given so many other great choices in Driggs. read more

We waited in a (short) line for 10 minutes, twice (walked out to try a different place, which was closed for the day, then came back and tried again). A customer who had been seated then walked out without her order being taken, and we did too. After being there for 20 minutes, we were never even spoken to by a member of staff. Just went in to get a coffee Togo but was denied because they were "too busy" and couldn't make a simple Americano even though they had a lot of open tables and waitresses standing around doing nothing. Don't recommend this place at all. Wish I could give them zero stars. read more

I stopped to eat at provisions two weeks ago and it was a great stop. I ending up getting the vegetarian burger and it was very good. The fries were delicious and the service was great. I would reccommend this place for lunch/brunch. read more

We had a table for 4 and the food was great. The service was less than you would expect in a business that depends on the tourists that come to this area, or maybe they don't like the tourists. Olivia was our server and seemed to be way to busy to take care of us. Refilled coffee at the table next to ours and didn't check to see if we needed refills. We did and when we asked for refills seemed put out that we asked. Maybe she was having a bad day, we'll never know because bad service negates good food for us. There are to many other choices. read more
