Excellent food, first rate. Right on the main drag, parking may be down the street or on one of the side streets on a busy day. Had it not been for the slightly runny clam chowder, a solid 5. The fish tacos, way out here in the middle of the Tetons - frozen, but very fresh Mahi - was simply excellent. And such generous fish portions for the 3 tacos. The home made chili sauce had great bite / zing, and so good we got extra! On lightly grilled corn tortillas, lovely. Staff are super friendly, and greeted everyone with a genuine smile. When in Driggs/Victor or just driving by, give this one a hit, you won't be disappointed. Worst restaurant ever! Sat outside for about 45 minutes with our name on the list. Saw people walking in and not coming out. Checked on our wait and our name had been crossed off the list. We were told they weren't seating anyone else or taking any more orders because their kitchen was backed up and they have a large catering event later today. They said they called everyone on the waiting list to tell them, but they did not. They never called our party or any other party waiting outside. They just crossed our names off the list and went about their day. They were telling us this all while people were walking up to the walk up counter and placing orders. Breakfast is my favorite meal to go out for, and Provisions is a great little place for breakfast in Driggs. Prompt and friendly service, reasonable prices, good atmosphere and delicious food. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. The sausage gravy was delicious! Just the right amount of flavor and pepper. And they even poached the eggs exactly as I requested (which is apparently difficult based on experiences at other restaurants). My fiancé said the French toady was so good it didn't even need syrup. My parents live in Swan Valley and it's definitely worth the drive. We'll be back! read more

If I could put negative stars I would. Husband and I come in with our two children and we were left sitting there at the table without any service for half an hour. No offer for drinks besides the water that was placed on the table at the beginning. Every time we asked if we could order they said "they would be coming". Yet, the waitresses passed by our table numerous times cleaning up tables near us, etc. We refused to wait any longer, hungry children and all. We left without eating. I had a craving for a burger and got a nice one here. I got the bacon blu burger. The cheese and bacon were outstanding. The burger was itself a little dry (handmade though) and/but it was served on a nice soft ciabatta which made up for that. It's just that I like a juicy messy burger. It was really tasty though and the bacon was nice and chewy. I also had the lentil bacon soup which was homemade and yummy. At the end they brought me a peanut butter cookie which was a nice treat. This is clearly a spot for locals. I ordered a burger (with a fried egg on top) and it was good BUT the breakfasts coming out looked GREAT. Holy cow, the pancakes were thick and big and the omelets looked amazing. We sat out back (check in through the front first) and of the six tables four were clearly locals. The menu for breakfast items was sooo long! I didn't go through it because I was set on lunch. I opted for the side salad instead of fries (they also offer sweet potato fries) and it was good as well. I would say, skip this place if you are looking for a quick bite. Everything here is made to order and the restaurant is popular. We didn't mind sitting outside waiting for service and our food but if you are impatient, move on. read more

Interesting menu for breakfast. Did not see lunch menu and not sure they really service lunch. First impression was not so good since the music was so loud could not converse with hostess. My wife and I commented but it was not turned down the best we can tell. We sat kind of off to the side so it was not so loud but still not easy to talk at the table without raising our voices. Food was good. My wife had a standard Denver Omelette that she said was good. I had what was called an Ortega potato bowl. It was not as I expected which was a baked potato with all the ingredients on/inside. No it was breakfast potatoes covered with the ingredients. It turns out it was good and glad I had it but I do think it would have been better in a baked potato. The service was good. Bathrooms were clean but small. Be careful because all the doors including the small hallway door open on and if folks entering forcefully open the doors and you are in the way it will be uncomfortable. There were 2 separate unisex bathrooms. I used the one on the right and for the life of me could not find a way to lock the door. An unsuspecting customer walked in on me and was surprised and very apologetic. I fully expected at least one intruder so it did not surprise me. My wife used the bathroom on the left and apparently it had a sliding lock. So overall it was a good place to eat breakfast but you need to be careful using the bathrooms. read more

I had a very authentic Huevos Rancheros as did my friend John. Nicely prepared with tasty green salsa. My wife had a custom omelette, very generous portion (4 eggs?). So the service ( 1 start) and why I'd recommend not to go there unless you've got nothing to do for a period of time. They were understaffed and under trained (or inexperienced). Pleasant when you go them to the table but our server made dozens of unnecessary trips to kitchen as we watched to drama unfold. One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. We were shown to our table and as soon as I sat I knew it was not going to be good. There seemed to be lots of customers just waiting for checks and tons of new customers just around. After 15 minutes of just sitting there with no waiter coming to the table, we asked the person who sat us if they could a least give us some coffee. She obliged but couldn't take our order since she was not our waitress. The waitress seemed to be preoccupied with typing into the iPad. In fact for the 35 minutes we sat there that was all they did. We reached our point of realizing this was not going to work, when another customer also came in to ask when some was going to be able to serve them. The level of disorganization and terrible waitressing was one for the books for me. So, finally we just gave up and left. Terrible, terrible experience. read more

We were looking forward to trying this place! It sounded so delicious! We were quickly seated and got our drinks fast. We ordered the short rib Benedict, chilaquiles, and two kids orders of pancakes. After we ordered we literally didn't see our waiter for the rest of our meal. We had bottomless coffee that was never refilled nor did he check in with us. The Benedict was only ok. The hollandaise was too thick, the egg was slightly over cooked, and the short ribs were definitely over cooked. The bright spot was the chilaquiles. Just slightly spicy and a good depth of flavor. Could have been slightly improved with thicker chips to stand up to the wetness of the dish, otherwise it was tasty! The kids loved their pancakes and fruit. My family and I ate here this morning. I love the small town feel of course. There was a wood burning stove that made it feel very homey. The service was perfect. Everyone was friendly. I had the chicken fried steak breakfast. It was very good. For something that is fried, it wasn't heavy or greasy. It was perfect and so was the country gravy. The home fries had good spices on them as well. My husband got a 2+2 with French toast. He said it was all very good. My kids were super excited and filled with their chocolate chip pancakes. First time visiting Yellowstone. Stopped off here after a desperate search for coffee on the way, but the food looked so amazing that we ended up splitting a breakfast plate. The pancakes were huge, fluffy, and the best we've ever had in a restaurant. Almond milk latte was excellent, thankful for the dairy alternative without compromising quality.
