One year warranty on termite control for $680! They said it was because of the chemical they used. Well the chemical they used was ineffective. I have a block home, no earth to wood contact and have termite tunnels coming down the ceiling and walls in an area they "supposedly" treated. It's not even been 2 years. Go somewhere else. I finally got termites. I found them behind some trim while cutting out some soft wood at my garage service door. I tried putting chemicals into the soil to see if that would work. Few weeks later they showed up at my back patio. So I figured I would try again but then they showed up at another location. As a home inspector I have always recommend using Protection Termite. Now I had the opportunity to hire them for myself. Scheduling took about 5 minutes. The treatment tech came out on the scheduled day and time. He asked me to show him around the exterior and point out my concerns. After he told me he was done I walked around the exterior and everything was in acceptable condition. We did not choose this company. Our home inspection company selected Protection termite Control to do the termite inspection. The service was ok, I thought the fee of $55 for inspection was a bit high. They did find termites and when I called to inquire about going with them for treatment and asked if the inspection fee would be credited toward the $500 treatment, the answer is no. Most company would to this. All well then, they lost my business. I will be using another company for treatment. read more

I got the name of this company from a family member who is, also, a loyal customer. We had an inspector named Dalton come by our place today. He was punctual and professional. He called 20 minutes prior to arriving at my house. He did a very thorough inspection of our property, inside and out. He was able to answer all of my questions and he was very honest which I appreciated. The price of our treatment is reasonable especially for the size of my house. Update... I called the company for another evaluation. It's been a while since our last evaluation and I didn't get as good of a service this time. It was the same inspector who came but he only stayed for 10 mins and left. I still give 3 stars because his initial inspection over a year ago was good. read more

I learned of them as they did a termite inspection for a new home we purchased. Try also gave us a free pest control treatment. We scheduled the treatment which I gave them one less star for because they only work during the week which is hard because we needed to be home. The window was between 9-11 and he was right on time at 11. Did a great job spraying and explaining our homes areas of concern. Seems like a reasonable price for monthly service. I am not sure if there is contracting involved? We will defiantly consider using them again! read more

When we first bought our house, we didn't realize there was a scorpion issue... Luckily, Brian has been a big help in keeping them away. Brian is super knowledgeable and friendly. He is good at educating us and helping maintain the bugs away. As much as I don't like bugs, his tidbits of knowledge make this monthly maintenance pretty interesting. It sounds like it's the busy season for termites (monsoon season). We have the five year warranty and seem to find tunnels popping up every year. Bill came out a couple weeks ago after I discovered a long tube in my entryway. Prompt, courteous and quick. I later found more tunnels in my pantry and Guestroom. Tim came back to drill and spray again. on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Hopefully it takes care of the problem this year, and we don't see any more tubes! Although it worries me that we keep finding termites, it's nice how quick the company can send a technician out. read more

My husband and I have used Protection Termite Control since we moved back into the valley 5yrs. ago. They are the best!!!!!! Brian is excellent, does his job and is on his way. I think the entire office knows how psycho I am about scorpions. Even if I THINK I see one (which I don't) they know I'm going to call. The representative sent by the company was not friendly and randomly sprayed areas of our home, there was no consistency. He was supposed to spray in our backyard as well and did not. Brian is absolutely the best, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very, very thorough. I use them for pest service and I purchase yearly Termite Warranty from them. With warranties you never know if they do what they promise until you have to use which I actually had to use couple of times and they were always quick to schedule inspection and then service to remediate the problem. This is my 3rd year that I purchased their Termite Warranty and today, November 15th, 2018, I started my 3rd year of pest quarterly service with the company and my usual and great pest inspector/tech Brian. 5 stars 100% and they deserve it!!! read more

Terrible service. Ordered them to do termite eradication and they did a complete termite treatment and gave us a one-year warranty guaranteeing there were no termites at the property but yet would not mark a clear termite report. They held up the sale of the property causing Buyers and seller thousands of dollars. read more

These guys only charge $50 for a 1 year warranty, provided you have no current termite activity. I have had termites several times in the past and they still only charge $50 to bring the home under warranty. So glad to have found them. read more
