My husband and I have used Protection Termite Control since we moved back into the valley 5yrs. ago. They are the best!!!!!! Brian is excellent, does his job and is on his way. I think the entire office knows how psycho I am about scorpions. Even if I THINK I see one (which I don't) they know I'm going to call. Always, always pleasant on the phone and ALWAYS accommodating when I have to change the appointment. Wouldn't use anyone else. I do not suggest this company, you'll get better service using a different company. The representative sent by the company was not friendly and randomly sprayed areas of our home, there was no consistency. He was supposed to spray in our backyard as well and did not. Again I recommend using a different company this one is not good. read more

Terrible service. Ordered them to do termite eradication and they did a complete termite treatment and gave us a one-year warranty guaranteeing there were no termites at the property but yet would not mark a clear termite report. They held up the sale of the property causing Buyers and seller thousands of dollars. read more

Great company, honest, reasonable prices, office personnel are all friendly and efficient. Big shout out to my service guy Brian Ladehoff. Brian is absolutely the best, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very, very thorough. I use them for pest service and I purchase yearly Termite Warranty from them. With warranties you never know if they do what they promise until you have to use which I actually had to use couple of times and they were always quick to schedule inspection and then service to remediate the problem. This is my 3rd year that I purchased their Termite Warranty and today, November 15th, 2018, I started my 3rd year of pest quarterly service with the company and my usual and great pest inspector/tech Brian. 5 stars 100% and they deserve it!!! read more

These guys only charge $50 for a 1 year warranty, provided you have no current termite activity. I have had termites several times in the past and they still only charge $50 to bring the home under warranty. So glad to have found them. read more

Protection Termite has been wonderful to work with. I was referred to them by a friend and I know why. They are very helpful all around. The office ladies were knowledgeable and friendly. They are great with answering questions. The inspector( Dalton Pulley) was on time, called ahead and very knowledgeable. He answered questions and was very professional. When it came time for my treatment today Conrad Canez was the same. He called ahead, was on time and very professional. He cleaned up after he did the work AND filled in the cement where he drilled. They scheduled an initial inspection, we agreed to the work to be done, and they arrived on time as promised. Professional, courteous, great communication before and during the inspection and termite treatment. They explained thoroughly what they would do, then did it, answering all my questions. They had a new girl on the phone who isn't fully trained yet, so after a 8.5 minute phone call, I had to hang up and will have to try again later and hope someone with competence answers. read more

Protection Termite Control was hired by my realtor to complete a termite inspection in June 2016 to complete a home sale in which I was the buyer. This company did a terrible job indicating and returning a clear inspection report stating there were no termites. We have been in the home less than a year (about 9 months now) and discovered in the last month active termites. This is unsettling as the termite inspection came back clear and should not have if the termites are already active. In addition, upon inspecting their warranty, we discovered that Protection Termite Control will not perform a treatment and will only "spot treat" if there are active termites within a year of their inspection. We hired a different company to inspect for termites this month and discovered that there is a significant amount of termite activity that pre-dates our ownership of the home, which means that Protection Termite Control did a terrible and were negligent at their job to clear the home for sale. If we contact Protection Termite Control, all we will get is a spot treatment, which will not eliminate the termite problem, but instead prolong the issues of needing an official treatment. This company should have 1. found the termites and the tubes behind the water softener and water heater and 2. not cleared the home for sale until a full treatment was done before transferring ownership. At this point, we do not want this company involved in our treatment as they are not trustworthy. We are asking for compensation to cover the nearly $700 we have to come up with to treat our home for termites so we can maintain the home's structure. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they are clearly negligent and do not care about performing proper termite inspections. read more

I saw the "catchy truck" at the recently build house next door and walked over and met Michelle. I asked if, "since she was right next door would she take a quick look at my place". I knew I had termites and the house had been previously treated - she confirmed both. I got her card but I always call around for quoted. The usual suspect with the big advertising budgets wouldn't even give me a ball park quote but I was able to discern it was north of $800. After 6 calls and two hours it was clear that these folks way more responsive and transparent than their competitors. And I believe in LOCAL BUSINESS FIRST. They were on site for over 3 hours and were extremely thorough... careful with my pups... just good guys as well. And, at the end of the day, they charged me half of what the big corporate guys wanted and $200 less than the next best quote. But they didn't do it on the cheap. I watched much of the job. Happy to write this review. And I gave the man a tip... he earned it! read more

We use Protection for our pest control and they are awesome! We got our first pest spray free since they did our termite inspection when we bought our home. We tried two other pest control services before we used our free service due to a friend's persistent referral and we were not satisfied. They were always late, overpriced and flaky. When we scheduled our first visit with Protection, they made a great first impression. Steve is our technician and he is friendly, punctual and professional. We haven't had issues with bugs since he has been coming out. We have seen dead bugs around the house, but nothing breaks the perimeter! Great price! Great service! If you like to spend all morning waiting for a technician to arrive for service then this place is for you! My roommates and I sat at our house all morning waiting for the tech to show up for our bi-monthly scorpion spraying. Once the time window was finally up, normally they show up so we gave them the benefit of the doubt, I called to check what was going on. Apparently the technician had fallen behind and without even thinking to inform us, decided to not service our house today. After another thirty minutes of the office contacting the technician and what not I finally was told we were not going to get serviced today. Let's see... where do I begin? From the beginning, where the joke started. For my very first appointment I received a call from the technician letting me know he would be at my house in about an hour. Well, two hours passed so I decided to call the technician to see where he was. He was very confused and said, "what do you mean? I just got done spraying your house." I had to help remember that he in fact did not spray my house. The technician then said, "well my day is over do you mind if I come spray your house tomorrow?" So the next day the gentleman came out and sprayed my house. I had signed up to have them come spray my house every other month. I had to call and remind them to come the second time and to be honest I'm not sure they came another time. I noticed that spider webs (black widows) had started appearing on my back patio again so I gave them a call this past Friday to see when the next schedule time they were coming was. The gentleman who answered the phone told me 6/23. Well, no call no show on 6/23 or 6/24. I called today to find out what the deal was and another person tells me I cancelled my plan the last time they came out in April. I assure you that no one came in April and if magically they did, I certainly didn't speak to anyone. If I had, why did the person on 6/19 tell me they were coming on 6/23 if I had cancelled in April? You're better off with a can of Raid. Don't waste your time or money. read more
