It is now on Waiwai Loop right next to the rail station and Lagoon Chinese restaurant. They have a few parkings in front of the store. Once you enter the store, I was like "wow", the display are so nice. There are so many choices, everywhere you look, it is like a dream bathroom or kitchen display. The people who work there are also very helpful. I showed them the video of my toilet valve issue. They explained to me the steps that I need to do to change the valve. They even bring out a sample valve to show me how to do it, such information helps me a lot when I do my repair instead of reading through the manual. If you need bathroom stuffs, this is the place to go. They also have plumbing services, but it will cost me $100 to have someone change the valve for me. Since I did valve replacement before, I end up just do it myself. Go check this place out.

We got the upgrades (crown molding, soft and self-close hinges, glass door, magic corner). I worked with Mena, she is intelligent on the design and she gave us much helpful advice. She told us how to save money in the kitchen by the design and finally, we had a great deal from her, much cheaper than Home Depot. We had just bought new major appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, range) and a granite-composite sink.... Pacific Craftwork's crew installed everything PERFECTLY!!! They even mounted our new microwave/range hood, straight out of the box. I couldn't be happier with how the project went!

False urgency and a hidden broker relationship led to a 14-week delay so far, and I'm still…read morewaiting. In late March 2026, I paid a 75% deposit of nearly $10,000 for 6 custom Acacia doors through Pacific Craftworks after their broker told me March 26 was the last day to secure a spot on a shared container arriving the week of May 27. Only after signing the contract did I learn that the broker does not actually work for Pacific Craftworks -- the agreement was with his separate company (Studio Pacific). In text messages on March 26 and April 8, the broker confirmed the doors were estimated to arrive at the end of May and stated that my order had been "processed and scheduled for production." Immediately after those messages, communication collapsed. He stopped providing meaningful updates and began sending long, vague responses that contained no useful information about production or shipping status. After 14 weeks, I still have not received confirmation of when the order was actually submitted to the manufacturer in Vietnam, nor any reliable ship date. I followed up multiple times directly with Pacific Craftworks, including sending a formal demand letter. Despite being made fully aware of the situation, Pacific Craftworks has taken no meaningful action to resolve the issue or hold their broker accountable. I was told they could not assist. This experience has caused significant delays to my condo renovation. Even while in Vietnam, only about an hour from the factory, I was not permitted to visit to check on the order. I am still hoping to receive the doors, but after 14 weeks with no confirmed timeline and Pacific Craftworks refusing to take responsibility for their broker's conduct, I felt it was important to share my experience publicly.

I contacted several other local kitchen cabinetry/door businesses, and this place responded right away. I met with Jon At their showroom for a consultation and was pleasantly surprised by their vast variety of materials, styles and customization options. Jon was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining the distinctions between the different materials. I love that they only sell actual wood and really stand by their work. I've saved up for a while to purchase my vacation home and would absolutely only go with suppliers whom I trusted and whom I felt could deliver within my time-frame and quality expectations. Traveling back and forth from CA to Hawaii has been a bit rough, but they really bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. My mahogany kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities are more elegant than what the 3-D pictures (sent to us by the design architects)could possibly have conveyed. I am very excited to see how my sliding lanai doors turn out!

We chose a quartz that was in stock to save time, so I cannot image what the time-frame would have become if we'd special-ordered something. Summary of some (not all) of our experience: 1. They were back-logged from accepting more orders than they could handle. 2. First measurements were incomplete. 3. Edge was not correct, but re-doing would add "about 3 months" time since they were so busy. They refunded fee we'd paid for the edge, but we have to live with it. 4. Did not fit properly and piece was missing, then took several more weeks for another installer to be available to put in the forgotten piece. 5. The people in the shop were all very nice, but the owner was never on-island and they had to wait for "the boss" to call in to schedule things or decide remedies. They need an on-site manger with some authority. In the end, we are satisfied with the countertop appearance but the hassle and 20 week process would prevent me from recommending Stone Concepts.

My son and I had the pleasure or ripping out the old kitchen, I can't begin to describe the joy that I experienced doing the destruction myself. Hard work, but worth every sweaty hour. When the time came to put in the kitchen, John Cook was completely ready to go. I believe it took them only about 4 days or so to install and double check the entire thing.
