I thought I was getting a good deal, but the tiles were low quality. They sell 20 MIL wear layer luxury vinyl, have a lot of grey and white colors in stock on Oahu, supply matching color transitions and pieces to install lvp on stairs. No Aloha. I entered store dressed very casual and asking for quotes/ estimates. 2 staff in store and none acknowledged me as I entered. It appeared that they didn't want any business from me. Poor customer service and establishing rapport especially from the "CEO" Bory that want to do business in Hawaii. There is room for improvement for this company. Though stars show differently, Bory didn't seem very knowledgable. I had asked probing questions on material, labor, make design, and different aspects in flooring as I wanted to know what they offer from a face to face stand point. Bory and his company FAILED in ALL phases of a business. Borys answered my call immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me to assess my project right away. I wanted luxury vinyl flooring throughout my entire condo. He came the next day, and was extremely knowledgeable about floor, in general, and specifics to my apartment. I received a quote from him that same afternoon. I had some questions, and he was able to answer them immediately. The pricing is very competitive, and I loved the options of flooring in the showroom. They had exactly what I was looking for. They submitted the paperwork to my building management right away, and were always very punctual about getting back to me. On my start date, the crew arrived right on time. The entire crew, led by their foreman, Russell, were amazing! Russell sent me updates (with photos or video) throughout the days, explaining what stage they were at, how much leveling they needed to do, if any, and asking questions about my preference for little specifics, where I had an option to do one thing or the other. Communication was excellent! Always extremely professional, polite, and very clear. When it was all finished, they did a wonderful job with installation. I couldn't be happier. The floors look terrific, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring options and installation. And when it came time to pay the balance on my bill, I decided I wanted to buy a few extra boxes to have on hand for the future, just in case I ever removed my built-ins and decided I wanted to put the floor under there. I was away on a nearly 2 month long trip and when I returned I needed to get the 22 year old living room carpet replaced before I brought my elderly mother back home from her stay at senior care.
