Shannon, Justin and crew were nothing but gracious, punctual, hardworking and understanding of my family's circumstances. Ours was a small job in NS, involving carpet demo and floor installation in the living room, and 3 bedrooms (over the span of 4 days). The biggest red flag in my family's home/project was a bug infestation that they were just getting over, yet Precision Flooring had tons of empathy, especially the crew. Thankfully the minimal sightings of bugs never got in the way of the project. Justin came the next day to measure, gave an estimate that night & set up the install date. Precision Flooring even picked up the materials we choose from the company we ordered from. Easy peasy and seamless for us! The crew did a great job removing our old poorly installed floor, and did the install expediently! The issues we had with our old flooring are gone and the new floors look beautiful! Not only do the crew work efficiently, but they really are detail oriented and super polite! The best part is that they didn't leave us with a trash bin full of rubbish and the crew swept and vacuumed the debris. Quote is made and estimated contract is forwarded to you by email in a timely manner even wth a big football game on tv. Appreciated their tech savvy and responding quickly to my questions throughout the process until the job was done. I was so put at ease at my first meeting with Shannon, the day the job began with suitcase in hand, we were flying the coop and putting our little ferocious guard dog( joke) in the kennel. Our doggy camera is always on 24/7 so I got glimpses of the men working while we were in South Korea and Japan for 4 days which turned into 5 days away cuz the coronavirus scare was making last minute passengers book flights out of there. Before we returned, Shannon sent me photos of the completed flooring in 3 rooms. As soon as I deplaned in Honolulu the photos were beeping off my cell phone.. I had issues with the flooring coming up in my kitchen and living room. Shannon came in and quickly went to work grinding and leveling the floor to ensure the boards would not come up again. The initial quote was to put the floor leveling compound throughout but after Shannon checked the floor, he recommended only spot patching and grinding down the high spots and they saved me quite a bit. This was the third time having this floor replaced and I could not be happier. The whole Satisfaction Floorong team was very professional and completed the job on time at a very competitive price! These guys did an amazing job on my floors. I'm a bit late with the review, it's been almost a year since they've installed it, but after all this time everything is exactly as they installed it, perfect. There was a few small issues afterwards, like a couple of my doors that were removed weren't closing properly, but i messaged them and they came promptly, on the weekend even, to fix everything quickly! Super nice guys, work hard, fast, and do things properly. They did a bunch of extra stuff that I wasn't expecting like taking out my appliances and applied flooring underneath. They helped me choose a really nice looking waterproof hard surface material that looks like wood, and it looks beautiful. I always get compliments on my place. I definitely recommend Precision Flooring for all of your flooring needs! We just moved into a new townhome and the previous tenants did not clean or take care of the carpet. We have a baby on the way soon and wanted our carpet changed as soon as possible. With that being said, here's a summary of my experience with Precision Flooring: 1. Response Time: 10/10; Requested a quote for carpet removal/replacement which was sent to multiple companies. Justin S. was quick and actually the first one to respond. He got me scheduled on the same day for an initial appointment to take measurements and an estimate. He was also available by phone and quick to answer any questions we had. In addition, he understood our situation with a baby on the way and we wanted new carpet installed as soon as possible. With that being said, he had us scheduled that week for the demo/install! Pretty awesome! 2. Productivity: 10/10; The quality of work was outstanding and definitely met our expectations and within the time promised (1.5 days). I personally do not like to write reviews but Justin asked me to give them an honest review after our project was finished so here is a quick update on our review of 6/6/2019. After the positive experience working with PFI on our rental property, we've decided to have them give us another quote with two options to re-do our home's flooring with the same material. To be fair, we did say that we are not in a hurry, but a competitive quote is a must. According to Justin, this quote would be easy since all the materials were the same etc. Well, the quote (with only one option not two) came in two weeks later and the price was jaw droppingly high, needless to say it was not a competitive quote. Justin said he appreciated our patience, he took time to try to bring it down to a reasonable price for us and he was backlogged with projects. We replied back immediately with some questions - that was three days ago, Justin has yet to respond. One would think any business would love to have a repeat customer and maintain the consistent level of professionalism, good customer service and competitive pricing that is crucial to grow a business, not just a quick one shot deal - but maybe not. CALL BACK= same day (more than likely within the hour to get the general information and set up next time to further the quote and possible job) WAIT TIME=NONE, they ended up waiting for me (which is a bad habit of mine I say sadly) QUOTE, ORDER, SCHEDULE= Seamless. Property measured, samples displayed, product picked, and voila! I'm on their scheduling book. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION= Seamless. They entered the property, removed the old, installed the new and left.l They left my floors in great condition EVER! HIDDEN VALUES= (1) I received a call saying the existing padding is still good and new padding would be optional if I wanted to save a few $$$. (2) My dishwasher broke; causing water to seep into the bathroom closet; newly carpeted. They helped me with suggestions on how to fix rather than to install new carpet to replace the new wet carpet (3) Humble Pie! They are so nice and humble words cannot express. Justin and his team were amazing from start to finish. My husband and I are first time home buyers so we didn't know what to expect when getting new floors installed. We stressed to Justin that we were on a tight budget so he gave us a few different options. Instead of purchasing planks that PFI offered, we were able to buy our planks from Home Depot since it was within our budget. We didn't have anywhere to store the planks so one of the installers was nice enough to pick it up for us. Turns out, we bought planks that were not thick enough so the morning the crew was over to begin the process, the installer went with me back to Home Depot to return the wrong planks and pick up new ones. They were very patient with us! We definitely will request their service again when we are ready to get our bathroom floors redone. read more

They even went to the trouble to remove (and put back) the toilet and bathroom vanity.
