Website says contact them for a free quote! We call them, and there's an automated message saying text or email them. We texted - and no response. Waited a few days, and we thought maybe their number was not working, so we emailed them via their website. No response. Not even sure if they're still in business, but I'm seeing a review here from May of 2026? We had our entire home flooring installed by this company some time ago. I remember how quick they were to reach out when they wanted our business / $ but when we needed follow up assistance, no reply at all. Even if it was that they can't help us - they can still respond. I have reached out to a few other flooring companies and they were professional enough to respond to our inquiry. They completed both outdoor tile removal, re-leveled, and replaced with new tile, AND indoor tile and carpet removal and replaced with new tile and engineered wood, all in less than 2 weeks! I highly recommend this company. Chad and Kiya installed vinyl plank flooring in our home last week. They did a tremendous job and completed everything sooner than expected. Referred by Home Depot. Two bathrooms were to be remodeled. One bathroom was a standing shower while the second had a tub. The job was done by two apprentices alone. We requested saving the bathtub as it was original to the apartment. Initially the tub was "protected" by a piece of cardboard. A dropped item damaged the original tub. The contractor purchased and installed a second one as the work was progressing. The replacement was damaged when "protection" was a silicone liner. The workers broke the replacement tub. A third tub was purchased and installed as work progressed. The third tub was "protected" by a piece of plywood on the advice of a senior installer who refused to stay and supervise the work. Our tile choices for the flooring in the shower as well as accent in the wall were rejected by the contractor repeatedly as they could not work with anything that did not have straight edges. We chose mosaic, pebble, etc and all were rejected as they did not have the equipment to cut and install? We chose, purchased and arranged delivery of items. We basically acted as the general contractors. Photos were taken and things pointed out that needed correction before they could move forward. The job was slow, grouting of tile floor in the vanity and toilet area was poor. The workers were nice but just inexperienced. read more

Home Depot contracted them to install vinyl flooring in the house. Just over one year after the installation, the planks began to come apart. To date over 30 of the planks are now broken. Home Depot sent out an inspector who stated the product was not at fault - it was the installation and he clearly stated they did not follow the manufacturer's requirements (no moisture barrier and installed to close to walls with no leeway). Home Depot has denied any responsibility and we are now stuck with a $7,000 job that will need to be completely redone. The blue tape in the pictures are the planks that are coming apart. read more

Chad had laser measuring equipment; the estimate was quick, very detailed, and reasonably priced. When I had questions Ms. Tiffany explained them immedieatly and adjusted the work order as requested. The project was done in record time, and I "happy cried" at the result. The floor looks amazing! Chad and his team were professional, on time, polite and cleaned up the work area and returned all the unused supplies (was a dream to work with them). Our family needed to replace our worn out carpet in our rental condo. I was happy Home Depot connected me with Aloha Bath & Flooring. I had a tight deadline as I live on the mainland and I was in town for just a couple of weeks. Home Depot told me it would take about a week for someone to get in touch with me, but I was pleasantly surprised that Kalani called me the very next day to set up an appointment to take measurements in the condo. Once I went back to the mainland I had to get in touch with Kalani to set up the install date and he was able to squeeze me in right away. Kalani and Chad took care of the floor installation and it was really nice having them in our home for the week as they did their job. Each time they left for the day they made sure the condo was very clean and did not have any debris. They were even kind enough to help me move my bed back in so I didnt have to sleep on the floor every night. Although I had just met them, I felt 100% confident and secure in leaving the premises while they did their job. These guys were complete professional very friendly and just plain pleasant. Pono and crew were HORRIBLE. Pono books many jobs at once and tries to rush everything. Some days he didn't show up at all (causes he working other jobs). Other days he showed up to the job site at 3:30 pm (yes that is not an error). So it will take weeks to do a 1-2 day job. Would never use them again. Shame on Home Depot for referring them. I totally remodeled my 1997 dated carpetted bed and bath project and brought it into a contemporary 2018 and beyond. The lifeproof flooring they installed was an amazing transition. Aloha Bath and Flooring was contracted thru our flooring install and purchase with Home Depot. Jeff and Joey were in our home for 8 days ripping up tile and carpet and laying vinyl and baseboards. They showed up each day within the window that was provided to us, set up an expectation each day as to what they'll be working on and what they'll start on the following day. This allowed us time to move our goods and furniture out of their way along with find a place to stay while they did tile demo. They were both very professional and respectful, I couldn't not have asked for a better team. Having two small children and two dogs they went above and beyond to ensure their areas were clean, and very conscious and intentional. Jeff and Joey were even kind enough to entertain my toddler asking 20 questions. Once the project was completed they showed me which items I would be able to take back to Home Depot for a refund. We were originally planning on replacing carpet with ceramic tile, replace kitchen cabinets, replace hot water heater, re-do powder room and have some electrical work done. James the company owner came out and spent hours with us going over what we wanted to get done. He gave us an estimate in a timely manner. His pricing was very fair and less expensive than what Lowe's quoted for similar work. He helped us find good quality and affordable cabinets and helped us get a great price. At every opportunity he made sure that we got the best deal. As most people know there's a certain markup that often occurs with contractors, but not here. After much thinking, talking to James and others we opted to go with vinyl plank flooring. It was a great decision as it is easier on the legs and less costly to install. The revised estimate came in and we saved some additional money. Aloha did the demolition and each day when they left our home they left it as clean as possible and ready for the next work day. The crew James uses are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The job was completed on time and within budget. No last minute surprises. James has access to quality and knowledgeable sub contractors in electrical and plumbing that were also top notch. We are planning some additional work on our 90's eta bathrooms in the very near future. We plan on using Aloha again. We HIGHLY recommend them! read more
