Could be better. I order boneless BBQ chicken wings, fries. Cannoli and four slice cheese pizza and the only thing I Dinah was the pizza. But at least I only had to pay 11 for but I would only buy pizza from now on read more

Pronto Pizza - Cannoli. Boneless wings fries and pizza - Pizza Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Still waiting for my order, nearly two hours and 2 phone calls to Pronto!!!!! When we placed the order they gave us an expected delivery time of one hour. Which, considering it is 1/2 mile away, doesn't make too much sense. Sorry I did not look at the reviews before...then I would not order. Also, no phone call from them saying that there will be a delay. No phone call and no text. Totally outrageous considering they have the nerve to put a delivery charge on the bill!!!! I guess I can expect cold food too. Last, last, last time I will order from them. I put a very big sticky note on my computer to remind me, "DON'T ORDER FROM PRONTO." I don't know anything about the other locations...are they better or worse????? read more

The pizza is excellent, especially for a "chain" pizzeria in Brooklyn where only the strong survive. The rest of the cuisine is also very high quality - the pasta, the chicken, whether parmigiana, francaise, or marsala is well prepared and very tasty. They definitely have restaurant quality food available for delivery or pick-up! Where they sometimes fall short is in delivery on busy nights. For example, we ordered two heroes and a salad. The delivery boy showed up with only one hero which was disappointing. He had to call the restaurant, return to the home base, pick up the rest of dinner and return some ten minutes later. They need an employee who checks to see that each order is packed completely for delivery. read more

They always have good food and great service. When I order through grubhub, they are much speedier than the estimate. I will continue to order from there. read more

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Leaves my food on the floor in the front! Didn't ring the bell or knock! And figths with me that I'm 3 miles away to deal with it!!!! If I paid in cash I'm sure the bell would ring! I wonder if that's how they feed their family! Outside off the floors!!!! $65 spent on garage not even mad Bc I'll never order from them again! read more

I used to love this place but am not sure what has happened. Their food quality has gone down greatly. The past 3 pizzas we have ordered have come falling apart and soggy. Need to shape up. read more

I am very disappointed with this place. I've been a customer for many years. Food used to be very good but not anymore. I will never come back here again. After ordering some pizza I had very bad flatulence and diarrhea. My stomach was upset for three days. They use some horrible oils in their pizza, my whole family was disappointed! Everything tasted dry and old. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

How hard is it to make a pizza that's not soggy in the middle? A total waste of money. Nothing worse than a soggy pizza. Blah!!! Skip This place. Not worth the $14 I spent at all. Anyone know an excellent pizza place in BK? read more

Great neighborhood joint. The regular slice, buffalo chicken slices are amazing. Also the penne a la vodka and chicken parm are delicious as well. Staff is friendly and deliveries are always on point! Highly recommend. read more

Avoid Pronto Pizza! We tried this because of Groupon. The Groupon was $11 said it was for up to a $20 value for a classic pizza. When I ordered the pizza I was told the Groupon is only good on a regular cheese pie. The menu price of a regular cheese pie is $14. To add insult to injury I was told I had to pay extra for toppings. When I pointed out that the Groupon said it was up to a $20 value and asked to speak to a manager I was told by "The Boss" that he can't make any money on the Groupon if he accepts it for more than a regular pizza.. This is deceptive as I would not have purchased an $11 Groupon for a $14 pizza. Now to the Pizza. It was less than mediocre. The sauce did not have much flavor and the sausage was the most flavorless sausage I ever had on a pizza. The pizza at those places in the city that have $1 slices is far better than Pronto Pizza. read more

They have great spinach rolls and other types of roll. Their pizza is great. Friendly service as well.

SUPER SLOW DELIVERY/NOT TOO PRONTO My Amazon delivery came quicker. I ordered pizza at 545pm and its now 7:10pm and the delivery has yet to arrive. Last time I will order from them!!!!! Normally order from Knapp st pizza but decided to give them a try . WRONG CHOICE. read more

Tried Pronto for the 1st time, their pizza was not bad, I would go back, and try other things. Thank you Pronto for being open in a crazy time read more

Came here twice in two weeks, that says it all! It didn't disappoint us. First time was a friday 2 weeks ago and I got the chicken alfredo slice and a regular, my friend got a vodka and regular. It was good!!! The alfredo and vodka slice was not heavy and was actually amazing bc we were hesitant. The regular was great too nice and thin. We reheated it the next day and it tasted just as fresh! Second time I went in for to go was this past sunday woth my cousin and we got two grandma, two regular and a buffalo. Yet again, it did not disappoint the grandma slice was amazing (I love fresh mozzarella), regular was good yet again and the buffalo, my mouth was on fire so if you love spice go for it, it was good but too spicy for me and my husband but it's that type of food that's like your guilty pleasure. I love eating it but my mouth feels like its on fire lol. I love pronto, thanks for great food and service! read more

The pizza is ok. The sauce could use some work. Crust is nice. Not the best in the world, not the worst. Rice balls are ok. Once again, not earth shakingly good. Nothing to do a dance over. read more

This place is the worst place I have ever seen there rats running around one time I got pizza there was a cockroach in my pizza so I just got up and left I would never go to these people again I should have sue read more

The pizza is the equivalent of something you would find in the Midwest where they are not supposed to know about pizza. The accompanying food is even more atrocious, including their soggy rice balls, and Heros. What TRULY makes me not want to ever order from them again, is the customer service. They speak to their customers as if they are below them, and when they make a mistake, their pride doesn't allow them to admit it, and they argue with you. Save yourself the time and energy and avoid this place. Don't worry, they will be closed PRONTO! read more

Best pizzeria hands down!! Been a customer over 15 yrs & they never let me down. Everything is so damn good which makes it so hard for me to choose but love my margarita & house pie read more

Food was ok-chicken parm, baked zitti-service non-existent BUT the reason for the BIG negative is when I checked the receipt at home they add on a 4% surcharge if you are paying by credit card! No mention of this anywhere! read more

Well first time to order for delivery and in the middle of my order put me on hold and after waiting for how many minutes cut me off. Good first impression. read more

Sent me antipasto without salami or provolone. I called them; they said they'd send another one. They never did. Will not call any more.

The delivery I just got has made Pronto officially the worst I've ever eaten. The zucchini sticks were burnt and you can just tell the fryer hasn't been cleaned ever. Cold pizza with nearly rancid bacon. Never again will I order from them. Try TKO Chicken folks, way way better. read more

We just ordered from them and they forgot part of our order, some of the items were thrown haphazardly into the bag and were crushed, the food was cold and not good. When we called about the part they forgot they said it would be right out, an hour later we called back and they said it was too busy to send it out and they hung up on us when we asked for a credit. Never ordering from here again read more

I've ordered from this place many times, always l0ving their shrimp parm heros and fried calamari. Until now..... I think 5/18/12 will be the last time I'm ordering from here, at least on a Friday night, which seems to be the reason for the poor service and food quality. Where to begin.... it took 1hr and 20 min to get our food. The delivery guy pretty much greeted us by saying he brought the wrong soda and he can't bring the right one it would take too long. When we opened the food it looked terrible. The garlic knot special was so burnt they looked like little charcoals (if you can post pictures I will). The calamari was cold and no marina sauce for it. The cavatelli with meat sauce was terrible. The cavatelli were so over cooked they almost dissolved in your mouth. The meat sauce was a little on the sour side and seamed like the meat separated from the sauce and were in little rough dry chunks and rest of the sauce a bit watery. We also got a cold antipasto salad which had barely any actual salad, just some oddly cut up lettuce on the bottom. We did call to complain and he offered to take the food back, but we said we waited so long that we were eating some of it and just called to tell him how upset we were. After another inspection of the garlic knot special we decided it was not edible and called back. They brought us a new order in 35 min and we exchanged it for the burnt food. Just sad because we were always so happy with their food in the past. I hope they get it together on the busy nights and produce the food we know and love. read more

Apparently "vegetable wrap" means extremely greasy veggies, and breaded, fried eggplant. Skip if you're health aware.

7 dollars for 1 slice of salami and 1 slice of cheese , scratching of he list of places I order from , what a rip off and disgrace and it's also low grade prison salami on a hero . read more

Pronto is consistently awesome. I remember the pizza as a child and it was the bomb. Might be why I was able to eat 4 slices in one sitting at some point. Since I moved back to Midwood I order pizza, calzones, consistently. The regular pizza is nicely greased and always mouthwatering . The staff is friendly and cooperative. The delivery is always timely. YUmmm read more

Not a fan of the pizza like it wasn't made with love definitely lacking flavor. They do offer gluten free pizza which I never tried but can imagine might taste worst than regular pizza. read more

Been here several times. Pizza is good. Service is good. Today, they even helped me to my table with the food I ordered. Place is clean. Street parking but I've always found a close spot. Recommended. read more

Great local pizzeria that has recently added an appealing oak dining room. I stop in regularly for their "Vegitable Lovers Pizza". It is so packed with freshly sautéd vegis that one slice is enough for me. They have many quality pies including whole wheat and old fashioned, with fresh mozzarella cheese. You won't find a better variety of individual slices anywhere. The service is friendly and there is a large staff to keep things moving. Twenty some odd years ago, my car had a flat tire in front of the place and one of the owners ran out to help me with it. I figured I should give them a little business after that. My family has never stopped enjoying Pronto's. They make good hero sandwiches, calzones and have pasta and standard Italian fare too. Diagonally accross the street is Michael's Bakery. Hit that place on your way out. You won't be sorry. read more

Ok, probably it's my problem but I just don't like they put the whole slide of tomato on the top instead of chopped them .

First time in the Pasta Combo... YES I SAIIIID "PASTA COMBO"!! My indecisive mind could not be more delighted, and my tummy could not be more satisfied. The food is so good that my eye ducts opened up, thought I was gonna cry. I love the fact that they have SO MANY options. Their fettuccine alfredo is so delightful that I had to order that for myself too. The gentleman the dropped off my food was so kind that he helped me close the door so I wouldnt drop the food, or hit my hand. I am completely amazed by them as a whole. Added bonus I got my food before an hour marking. Im very impressed. Great Job Pronto! read more

Over the past year my colleagues and I have ordered from Pronto at least 1 or 2 times a week. We typically have good experiences, although today was the complete opposite. We placed an order at 12:44pm for two wraps. One hour and 45 minutes later our food was still not here and we are only 15 minutes away from their pizzeria! After countless calls with the delivery man who did not understand a word of English, we decided to give up and say forget it because at that point it was over 2 hours and I'm sure our food was ice cold. The girl on the phone didn't even know what driver had our food nor did she care to help us. Not only am I upset that Pronto couldn't even deliver our food being that we are loyal customers, but they didn't even call us and apologize. Our facility will never order from them again. Ridiculous. read more

I love Prontos! Been going here for years and I've always had great experiences. Pizza isn't too oily and their sauce is better than a lot of local places. I've had sandwiches from here that were pretty great too. Delivery time is pretty standard and I've never been left waiting too long. The staff is nice and it's clean. read more

The food is awful.. The service is terrible the people are nasty. They rush you when they ask u what you want.. I just don't need that.. The pizza tastes like cold.. And it's just not worth my time or my money.. Never again! read more

Horrible. I ordered the chicken rabe sandwich for delivery, first off the girl on the phone didn't even know what I was talking about. I saw it on the menu online but I told her if she couldn't find it on the menu that's fine I was gonna order something else. She just told me to describe the sandwich which I did. I ended up getting grilled chicken that had bbq flavoring, I never eat BBQ flavors so that was a disappointment, then the broccoli was just steamed it wasn't broccoli rabe. It just was just awful. read more
