Great experience! Would highly recommend. Called and they were able to come out the next day within the time frame given. Did a clean install, no questions asked and paid me for getting it replaced as promised. Crew did great work and answered any questions I had afterwards. Will definitely be using Prolite again in the future. read more

After calling a few places to get my side passenger window replaced I settled with Pro-lite. It was a quick and easy process. I called them up and explained my situation. They confirmed that they could do the next day. Perfect. I gave them my insurance information and we did a quick three way call with MetLife to file claim. Install day the job was completed and tested. Great experience. read more

The is the second glass claim I have had in the last year. Prolite Auto Glass by far performed way better then the last company I used. They were able to track down my correct windshield in a matter of minutes and had me scheduled for an appointment two days later(rain in forecast for next day). Office staff was great! Install tech was knowledgeable and efficient! No hassle and will definitely use them in the future! read more

Great job!! Came to my house On Time, then gave me a debate check right there on the spot!!

Scheduled for today afternoon, oh yeah. They called me today to reschedule, because they don't have a technician that can accommodate my appointment. Then why schedule it in the first place. Stay away. They left me without ability to drive for longer due their unprofessional attitude. read more

Very happy with Prolite Auto Glass. They were responsive, timely and easy to work with. They replaced my windshield and they came to me. They handled the insurance. The entire process was seamless. Would definitely use them again in the future. read more

Prolite called me to reschedule my appointment then called back later and said they couldn't come out. Please don't use this company if taking a day off work means anything to you. Office manager SHE was VERY RUDE! read more

They showed up at my place of business and rearranged their busy schedule to accommodate me. Work done well and rebate check issued on the spot. I also had the chance (unfortunately) to "test" the quality of their glass. On my way home I got stuck behind a big gravel truck, and, sure enough, a rock came flying my way and hit low and dead center in my windshield...it sounded like a shot! Amazingly, no crack, just the remnants of the piece of gravel that hit me. Now *thats* some strong glass. Thanks Prolite! read more

They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. The girls that answered the phone knew what they were doing and even got my insurance company on the phone to get the approval. They came to my work and handed me my $115. rebate check right there n the spot. They were referred to me by one of my co-workers. And now another co-worker is getting her windshield replaced also. Would recommend! read more

I will never use this company again! I just had these guys come out to replace my windshield and I am not happy with how things went. They called me and said it would be 5-10 minutes and showed up like 2 minutes later and when they did show up they were already looking at my windshield touching my car before they even told me they were there. Which I do not appreciate at all. I mean that's really sketchy. Yes I was expecting them, but that's still not ok to start touching my car before telling me you have arrived. I called shortly after the techs had left and the manager was very dismissive saying it was normal that they do that! This was supposed to be a warranty replacement but one of them pointed out the tiniest, like pencil tip sized mark under where the wiper blade sits and he insisted it was the reason for the crack. I tried explaining to him that I didn't agree with that because that mark was not there previously. He looked at me and dismissively pointed out the mark again. I hate to say this but I am honestly wondering if one of them made that dent purposefully. We know we weren't hit with anything and a dent that size shouldn't make a crack like that out of no where. Its not so much that I am saying they are wrong, but more so the fact that they were doing something with my car before announcing they were there.. that is just really suspicious to me and I do not appreciate it at all. The initial pricing is great, but the service I received today was very sketchy. I won't be a returning customer, that's for sure. read more

Our windshield cracked due to the heat and cold change and we made an insurance claim and when we went to schedule an appointment they scheduled us one a week out and they called us and told us to drive all the way to Mesa from the west valley because our windshield had to be "recalibrated" our windshield has 0 sensors and the rear view mirror doesn't have any either. Due to being at the hospital and getting home real early we had to reschedule. They scheduled us for another week out and this time they could come to us because we actually don't have any sensors (like we told them the first time) and when the day came they canceled because they have the windshield on the east valley and they need to order the windshield from the west valley so they rescheduled us for ANOTHER WEEK OUT. All these issues could have been resolved if they traveled to us in the first place like they said they could when we first called them. Very frustrating because I'm driving around for almost 4 weeks with a cracked windshield. read more

The team was great from the phone call through the whole service!! Very professional and nice. They were so accommodating to my needs and schedule. They fixed the glass on site and then even came drove it to the calibtdttappoitm for me enabling me to keep my schedule with no interruption. Super great company to deal with- used them to fix all three of our windshields! read more

Never use these people again. First time the guy came out to replace our glass on our vehicle thought everything went fine until I needed to use my window wipers and one was missing. I thought it fell off so we went ahead and bought new ones. Well my husband checks the oil and stuff and there we found the window wipers underneath the hood! I couldn't believe it .... if the guy didn't know how to put it back on he should of ask us. But no he didn't, he just hide them under the hood. Oh yeah his name is Carlos. Just recently we had a leak around our window called the same company to come back out the fix it and we told them we don't want the same guy to come out because we had a bad experience with Carlos . Wow guess they didn't understand English because he came back. He didn't even fix the leak and it was just a waste of our time! We will never ever use this company again. I will not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I called Prolite about replacing my front windshield and was able to get someone out the next day. The insurance took care of the claim and I received a $100 rebate check instantly after the windshield was installed. The installation took less than an hour and they are mobile. I requested to have the installer call me 30 minutes prior and he did which was a thumbs up. I highly recommend you drivers spend a few extra bucks to buy zero deductible windshield insurance as it is a must here in AZ. read more

Prolite Auto Glass was awesome! The windshield they put in was so clear and and looked so good on my car. They even put the rear view mirror in the right because the last place to replace the windshield put it too high. I was very happy with their service. The girl on the phone was so nice and helpful. I think her name was Bethany. The technician who replaced my windshield was super nice too! Plus I got a $110 check just for replacing my windshield! How great is that?! Thanks Prolite Auto Glass! read more

My second time using Prolite and both times were super easy. They made sure I was taken care of with minimal effort on my end .The tech came out to my place of work and had everything done in a timely manner. I called Prolite because the place that I was going to go with for windshield replacement couldn't get me in until a week later. I really needed to get it done either the same day or the next day and they made it happen. Even after my insurance company had to get my windshield inspected by a third party, Prolite was able to fit me in right away. They were friendly and professional and didn't disappoint. read more

I don't even know where to start! This company is amazing and have constantly exceeded my expectations. This is my second time going to Prolite and who wouldn't when you get great service and a generous rebate. Last week my glass was shattered by a rock on the freeway and they even cleaned the glass pieces that went into my car from the impact. I was even more impressed that they came to my work the same day and left my car in perfect condition! Take a recommendation from me and just call them and tell them Karla Soto sent you! You will never go to another glass company again! They are the best and glad I found them! read more

We all know the importance to have car insurance and definitely to include a wind shield coverage, as rocks could damage our windows while driving that could lead into dangerous road hazards. Our car's wind shield got broken by a few rocks at the same time but thank God no danger to my husband who were driving. We call our insurance company to confirm that we are covered to replace a broken glass and start looking around for a good, trustworthy Auto Glass company to hire. We've made many calls and listen too plenty "fairy tales" from many auto repair companies and couldn't believe what there are a lot of dishonest companies around who's only goal is to get your business, without even thinking about customer's satisfaction first. I won't mention those companies names, but it wasn't a pleasant experience at all, but amongst those many bad ones we were lucky enough to found ONE GREAT company to hire: ProLite Auto Glass, owned by Nick O'Donnell: http://www.premiereautoglass.com. Calling their office: 480-525-6554, I talk to the office Manager her name is Jammie. She have made me feel very comfortable, taking the time from her busy work schedule to explain me how the procedure works, and even offered to call to follow up on our conversation without any pressure. Next day I call ProLite Auto Glass and talk to Leticia Garcia, Office: (480) 525-6554 825 W Warner Rd #6 Chandler, AZ 85225. What a great and polite lady she is! I've informed her about my conversation with the Manager, she immediately pooled our information from their system, call three way to our car Insurance company which is Progressive: https://www.progressive.com and all the magic began. The insurance Agent was highly professional, have clearly explained to me the details without any hidden gimmicks and we quickly moved forward towards a replacement of the broken wind shield. I've reciewed an email confirmation from Leticia at ProLite Auto Glass, confirming the next day appointment and was told that their technicians will call me about 30 min prior scheduled time. Very next day I've got a phone call from Fred and Phill, they have informed me that they are on the way and YES in 30 min two professional looking man were next to our house front door to do the work on the broken wind shield. Fred and Phill greeted me very kindly being extremely polite, asking how is my day going and sharing with me step-by-step how the replacement will be done and in about 45 min or so they have finished working on the replacement. I have to tell you that these two highly professional guys worked very fast and hard, it was 100 degree outside. Every step they have done being polished to the perfection, they even put an extra protection tape on the new glass to insure that it will glue and seal the glass smoothly on our Porshe, giving me the instruction not to wash and remove the tape in the next 24 hours, cutting the rebate check. We are very happy customers and thankful to ProLite Auto Glass for outstanding customer services and excellent work they have done, and happy to write this review to recommend them. THANK YOU GUYS TO YOU ALL! Salute to the owner of the company, Nick O'Donnell (we hope to meet this business owner one day in person to tell him what a great job he do training properly his employees) it's their philosophy to be simply THE BEST! read more

The customer service was of the best we've dealt with. Contacting and scheduling was a breeze. They even helped resolve a screwup on our insurance company's side without us having to lift a finger. Installation was also a+ and timely. Thanks for making my wife and, in turn me, so happy! read more

Their operator on the phone is very patient and supportive. I couldn't make it as scheduled the first time, then they kindly rearranged it to a different date. Very nice installation and installers, very professional clean workmanship, the installers had a lot of patience taking out the original glass on a 2002 Silverado after enduring 16 years of Nevada and Arizona heat, all molding on glass and doors seem fine with no wind leakage which surprised me, highly recommended Prolite glass for any install. Thanks for an awesome experience. read more
