Terrible, terrible customer service and technician work. In 10 years never had a windshield replaced. Had I read some google reviews I would have chosen a different glass company. Tecnician I. Yazzie arrived, stressed the 3 important cables. Xm cable, alarm and speaker. He used the normal bar to remove windshield, in the process he cut cables to alarm. He neglected to tell me he cut cables and pushed them up into the liner of roof so i could not see them. I took my truck back to Audio Express where install was originally done. They not only verified that cables were cut and the whole unit was shorted out. Called and spoke to Manager Leticia, who was going to check with owner. She had not called me back and she stated that owner was only willing to pay for cable cut, when in fact technician shorted whole system out not properly doing install. Leticia stated "How do we know unit was working, prior to install". Really, I informed technician, he stated he understood and still damaged my unit. Manager at Audio Express verified damages due to bad windshield install, but the fact that Manager Leticia was so non shalant about the whole situation shows bad customer, from technician who did the work and neglected to inform me he damaged my unit, to manager who clearly tried to say I was lying about my unit. I honestly thought owner would take responsibility for work done by his technision but obviously not. In the end, I learned a valuable needless to say expensive lesson dealing with this glass company and will warn others of their terrible business practices. read more

Kevin & Cynthia were the team that does it all in my book, they were awesome, they answered all my questions, and they were diligent in getting the windshield in properly and quickly, with a great attitude & very fun to speak with, very knowledgeable in all facets of installation and how to handle the cure time & when to drive the vehicle, etc. When you see two people who are well suited for this type of work, and how well they work together, it was an extreme pleasure to have them at our home. As for the home office, I called our insurance company when the windshield was damaged, when I arrived home, and then contacted Prolite and within ten minutes, the insurance rep, called me back for confirmation of Prolite, as the installer of choice, and Prolite set up the appointment, and they were well within the time frame they promised and that was the fastest service I have ever gotten with every aspect of the steps to completion, & mobility. I will refer your company anytime for friends or family, or anyone I see that needs a glass repair or replacement, thanks for a wonderful experience and may your business continue to grow with much success. On 09/09/2019, I was an online chat with Nick regarding an insurance claim, quote, and rebate check for my windshield auto replacement. Nick was very professional and was able to give me an instant online answer. I set up the claim via GEICO.com. Lily was very professional in her customer care services and was able to schedule for the mobile glass service in two days, 09/11/2019. Carlos called me and arrived promptly. Carlos was amazing and very professional in his career auto glass repairs technician. He replaced the windshield auto glass by himself very nicely and done it in 30 minutes as promised. And he gave me the rebate check for $110! WOW!!! I would recommend to anyone who needs their quality auto glass repairs done with ProLite Auto Glass because of their mobile service, available appointment, quality work is done by the experienced auto glass repairs technician, and very professional and courtesy customer care services. I have used ProLite in the past and wanted to use them again... However, I could not remember their name. I actually called about four different window companies and asked the rep if I had in the past had a windshield replaced? I finally found ProLite again and used them for the third time now. I am very pleased with their service and the techs have been fantastic. They are prompt, courteous and professional. When they called and said they were minutes away, they showed up and began to change out the windshield. I would recommend to family and friends anytime. On a side note, I always read reviews and I expect some dissatisfaction from customers. No one is perfect, but these guys get as close to perfect as possible. Thanks again and I will be using ProLite again for my vehicles. read more

I spoke to Leticia when I called in and she was absolutely wonderful to speak with. She was professional, friendly and made the process incredibly easy with my insurance company. The glass company I used prior was not proficient with the necessary extra parts my vehicle needed with the window replacement, which resulted in a bust job. Prolite knew the specs of my vehicle without me having to tell them and made sure they had the parts in stock before they even made my appointment. I do not remember my technician's name, but he was great. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and then again when he was out front. He was on time, professional and friendly. The best part is you get money back! I highly recommend Prolite and will use them again in the future. read more

I recently had a large crack in my windshield and unfortunately my deductible for a full replacement was $500. However, Prolite was able to give me cash back and my total cost was only $350. I was thrilled to pay less than my deductible, especially because other glass companies gave me much higher quotes. At such a low cost, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. Prolite traveled 25 minutes to my apartment in order to do the replacement, and my windshield is now back to perfect condition. I have had no issues with it since the replacement, but it is comforting knowing that there is a lifetime warranty. Furthermore, each employee I spoke with was extremely kind and professional. I will definitely be using Prolite for future windshield cracks. read more

It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I got a serious rock chip while driving to Scottsdale. It quickly spread across the windshield and I knew it needed attention. My husband and I googled Windshield Repair in Apache Junction and Prolite Auto Glass came up. Their ad was informative and had a home service. They also had a chat line so I sent Nick a message. We discussed options, he directed me to my insurance carrier for the referral and I had an appointment 2 days later. The technician who came was polite, efficient, and very professional. We are very satisfied with this shop and will recommend it to others. Thank you, Prolite. You ROCK! Chuck and Shawn'A Nussbaumer Apache Junction, Arizona read more

I highly recommend Jordan from Prolite Auto Glass!! Not only did he show up earlier than expected, he was very professional and courteous and he had my windshield replaced in no time. You could tell he knew what he was doing and ensured he left my car exactly the way it was prior to service. I've had other techs from other companies come out and after they leave I have to vacuum my car out or pickup remnants of black glue left behind. For now on I will ask for Prolite Auto Glass, and Jordan to come out for future auto glass issues. Thanks again Prolite and Jordan I appreciate it. read more

Prolite Auto Glass is an Excellent Company. I've used them several times with both our vehicles. They respond quickly and do a Great Job! I have had a streak of bad luck with windshields this year. Prolite Auto Glass had to replace my glass twice. Both times, they were quick to get me scheduled, called ahead to let me know they were on the way and was very careful not scratch or damage my car while doing an excellent job installing my windshields. Great service, nice people and my rebate was issued to me in the form of a check as promised on the spot upon completion. Great company and I would highly recommend them!! I was fortunate enough to find these folks via Google search. They came to my job and were courteous and professional and made the entire experience painless. I googled glass repair due to a freeway rock issue. I seen this company with five stars and called. Pleasant from the moment they answered the phone. They came out and repaired my window with professionalism. Fast and courteous. My installers were Hector's crew. Professional from the start. Checked over my truck, mentioned a couple of things I didn't see, then went to work. The truck look new after, cool. I'll definitely use them again. Thanks Guys read more

I found Prolite Auto Glass on my web search, and just on the hunch, I decided to give them a try. The reps on the phone were quite helpful with setting up my claim with the insurance company, and on the scheduled service day, their technician Anthony arrived on time. Anthony was very professional, and at same time quite personable. I rarely write reviews, mostly only if the service is very bad, or is very good. It this case: outstanding. read more
