I had just got 2 brand new tires on my front so I knew after a rotation, they would be on the back. Obviously not the end of the world, but 5 stars means perfection, and while I "assume" the oil and transmission and brake fluids were indeed taken care of, technically how would I know? The tires I easily could tell, considering they had a tread depth of 10 vs 4, which caused me to have to go back to discount tire to have the rotation performed. Again, great place and I had some additional service recommendations that I considered going back for, but if a simple rotation isn't taken care of, I do have cause for pause that other service may not actually be performed unless I'm sitting in the bay watching every single step. Nonetheless, I do know if I went back they would have completed it, but they're a bit out of the way and also, after spending $550, I would like to think I shouldn't have to go back for work that was supposed to be done the first time. 4 stars is best I can do.

Call them back. They said that they need to put a tune on the transmission. I asked them what tune they put in my truck. They would not tell me what tune was in there. All they said was they've installed thousands of these tunes in these trucks. So I took my boat twenty four foot pontoon, back and forth to bartlett, lake, a few times ship points were all messed up on the transmission. Had to manually shift it down, going uphills, called them back to find out again. Why they did not tune my transmission to the tune that they put in my truck would not give me an answer, all they said, is they have to tune the transmission to the tune? That's in the truck now. I have been calling this company for the past week. And a 1 left them, messages left them my name. And number the truck with no return phone call. Beware of what you have this company do for you? That's all? I'm gonna say but again. I have called them several times asked them questions about if I bring my truck in. Can you tune the transmission to the tune? That's in my truck right now. Oil on the driveway. Ugh…read more Called some friends to get a recommendation for a local shop. One said that Scott from Sunland was the guy. We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!
