Recently, I took my vehicle in to have new tires installed. While the rear tire was being changed, I noticed the shocks still had the original BMW emblem on them. This led me to believe the shocks that were charged as new had not actually been replaced. I contacted Alec about the issue, and he said he would refund my money, but I have not received any payment or resolution. He also stated he would repair the part but I will not have him touch any of my vehicles again. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I have heard of similar issues involving other family members. My advice to anyone considering this shop is to carefully verify all work performed and keep detailed records of parts and repairs. I hope this situation can still be resolved, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tatum's Garage.
