This place is always packed no matter the day or time, so I advise you to book an appointment. Luckily I was able to walk right in and get my nails and toes done with no wait. I really like the friendly staff and calm atmosphere here; however I didn't enjoy my nails so much. On this visit I wanted simple white gel nails with a new shape. My middle nail messed up before leaving the shop & the lady only put a clear coat over the smug and My thumb nail on the same hand chipped within 30 minutes of leaving the shop. I was also charged for an extra nail because I wanted a new shape and the lady forget and started filling a different shape, so she had to put a new nail on. I was charged for her mistake even after I told her two times that I wanted a new nail shape. This is a nice nail salon however I would not recommend the lady that sits closer to the door because this is my second time having her do my nails and both times I was disappointed. read more

Although their customer service was great!! I wasn't to happy about how my nails came out.. I'm not the type to correct someone's work so maybe that's my problem, even though o did ask for the lady to fix them (file them) like twice. Anyway I had a picture of how I wanted my nails it was a simple look nothing complicated, same with the shape nothing complicated. Anyways I'll post a picture, but the picture makes it look better then what it looks in person, it just looks like I have a big blob of acrylic on my fingers... and when she filed them again she didn't even bother to clean up the work so it just looks really sloppy. I felt like she kind of got annoyed when i asked if she can refill them, reason why i don't like correcting people's work. CASH ONLY! CLOSED ON MONDAYS! This is my go-to for pedicures! $22.00 for their "basic" service. I love that this salon uses plastic tub liners, gloves, and clean tools. Every service I've received has been great! I've seen three different nail technicians who were nice and did a wonderful job. The gentleman at the front desk is super friendly and always calls to let me know if the salon can get me in sooner than my scheduled appointment time. I really enjoyed this place and the staff has ALWAYS been so friendly but the reason for my rate is I've notice they've over priced me for nails, their cleanliness for supplies is very poor and dirty! Which does not meet with CA guild lines reusing filers, nail clippings everywhere, nail dust everywhere, my nails are all lifted within days as well. I've paid $40 for gel nails and $40 for the set of acrylics in the picture. My nails were left very bumpy especially the white nail and I have stuff all over my nails and it was a mess I should have never left with my nails looking like this, yes I could have gone back and had them fix it but I rather not an infection. Super disappointed with the quality and how long the nails last with the price I paid. The nails were super simple no design gel nails on my natural nail and they still cost me $40... when I went in it was slow and they were able to fit me right in. The girl who was doing my nails got the shaping perfect but when applying the polish it started to scrunch up in the light and was uneven. When I got home I noticed that there were bubbles and lumps in the polish. Two days later they started to chip on the sides, I didn't think of it at first became it was small but they chipped more and more. I've had my nails for less than 2 weeks and the polish on one of my fingers bubbled and peeling right off. Definitely won't be going here after that experience. read more

I love this place. It is high in cost but the quality is amazing. The nails last at least double the amount of time compared to other places I've been! And they have a HUGE selection of gel colors. They only take cash which stinks since I was going to use a visa gift card. And the parking is horrible! Manteca needs to get it together with some of these bad parking situations. So make sure to come a few minutes early so you can find parking! I've been getting my nails done since I was a teenager and this place by far has been the best work. Would give a zero if I could! Called to make an appointment for a gel pedicure at this place since my mom comes here and I was going to be in town visiting her. When I arrived, I was seated and it was a typical pedicure experience. When I was asked to choose a color, I picked color #120, well I was later told they didn't have it or the technician couldn't find it. Ok no problem. I chose another color #124. The technician left to try to find it, came back and AGAIN said they didn't have it. Ok, attempt #3, asked to get color #111. They had it. Alright I guess third time is a charm. The appointment proceeded to be a normal one. Towards the end of the appointment, the technician decided it was logical to file down my toes AFTER the nail polish was already applied and dried. What on earth!!?? Ok, I guess. The appointment then ended and when the technician tells the receptionist the cost is $45!!!!! I couldn't believe what I heard. When the receptionist then says "It'll be $45." I asked her "Why is it so expensive?", she then responds with "oh because you got gel." I then responded back with "It's not even close to being this expensive in the Bay Area!!" Keep in mind, where I usually go to in Union City CA (Bay Area) I get the exact same thing with BETTER SERVICE for $25. So I paid and left. I'm giving this place 1 star because 0 zero Stars are unavailable. This place is dirty and could use some major TLC. Floors need to be mopped and someone needs to dust that place. Lesson learned: Call ahead to find out a gel pedicure's price. Never assume what something might cost. Since with my experience here, they charged me as if they actually gave me a $45 experience. I went in there last Friday I got a pedicure, a wax and a gel full set paid $110! not even a week later my nails are grown out, the tips of them were chipping and so I go in to get them fixed and then the lady wants to tell me they'll have to charge me when it is their mistake to begin with?
