I feel compelled to write a review after the great service I have received from Paco and his team. After years of struggling with my IT, I was referred to Paco from another colleague. When you hire Prodigy, you are hiring them for the service and knowledge and not their pricing. From my first consultation with Paco, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. They communicate everything, every step of the way. I was most impressed with their service this morning. They did some re-wiring and last night and this morning, my network was not working at 100%. I called their after-hours support at 6am, and with the urgency of the matter, Paco called me back within minutes. He had his crew back here within the hour and they fixed everything. ProdigyTeks went above and beyond any and all expectations I had for getting my laptop fixed recently. My problems started when the unit wouldn't turn on. Instead of dealing with Amazon or ASUS, I found a local, within-walking-distance place to head to. I dropped my unit off (which, it should be noted: the business is actually inside a high-rise commercial building in a Regus space. I never actually came face-to-face with Paco or his team, but that is a-ok because communication was top notch!!) and meandered back to my office. That evening, Paco called me and said he had contacted ASUS and found out that my laptop was still under warranty (!!) and that he would be shipping it to them to get fixed. I never expected him to do that! Above and beyond. He said an invoice would be sent over and we could discuss my options (if I didn't have an external drive, I could buy one, etc.) Paco was basically the mediator between myself and ASUS and made every step of getting the machine fixed flawless. He restored my data (because ASUS couldn't verify if they could or would), shipped my unit, relayed what ASUS told him when they received it, got the unit back and "put" everything back together again. I picked my machine up today and was beyond thrilled to see it exactly as I had left it. ALSO, it was in a cute little tote bag and there was a hand-written 'thank you' note! I would like to think that I am a pretty computer savvy person (don't we all)- and I am stubborn enough to sit there and try to figure out a problem before asking anyone else for help. With that being said, I was out of luck when even my own IT guy at work couldn't help, but I refused to buy a new computer just yet. I stared my business with Prodigy Teks help in 2014. The service and RESULTS were exactly what I was used to and what I expected -- the BEST. No down time, never a security breach. This seems like a long time ago but it was only four years. Prodigy Teks had not been around for more than a year I think. I may have been one of his first business customers. I wasn't a small business. I was a micro business. No one was willing to help me set up a network, or for that matter, anything. I was used to the best and I wasn't prepared for the possibility that the "best" wasn't going to be available to me. Paco decided to take on the challenge of a somewhat difficult customer who was dealing not only with his own business needs, but the private files of clients as well. My situation wasn't beyond his skills, by any means, and it wasn't all that different than a simple home network. But -- in many ways it was quite different. There were many choices to be made, considering ease of use, remote access, and above all else rock solid security and disaster preparedness. Prodigy Teks did at all. I love my laptop as much as the next person, and when it started slowing down and acting up, I was sad. I heard of ProdigyTeks on Google offers and decided, "why not?" He listened before speaking 3. The prices were super reasonable (I google'd prices after being quoted, yes, I like to save my hard-earned money) 4. My laptop was having issues with BSOD, and I couldn't even re-install the OS. I reached out to Prodigy Teks on a weekend via email, and received a response immediately. I dropped off my laptop the following Monday. Multiple emails were sent to me to keep me updated with the status of the repair. Price estimation/invoice was provided before they start working on it so there is no surprise bills. The repair only took a few days. (The dropping off and picking up process was extremely quick and easy). After I receive my laptop back, I still had the BSOD, not as frequently as before. They have a 30 day guarantee policy. So they used uber courier to take my laptop from me while I was at work free of charge, and re-ran multiple tests and detected other issues. They emailed and called me during the process to keep me informed. After the repair is completed, they sent the laptop to me at work via uber courier for free as well. I am very impressed with the timely communication and quality of service. I highly recommend this place for your electronic repairing needs. They provide fantastic customer service! read more

Paco diagnosed the problem with my MacBook just a few hours after I brought it in. He determined that it would be cheaper to get it fixed at the Apple store (shockingly) and actually obtained a quote for the repairs from Apple before calling me back. The most impressive quality of Prodigy Tek is the level of their ethics- right from the beginning they advised that repairing my laptop would cost awfully close to what I'd spend to just buy a new one! It all started when my laptop's USB port was not operating properly. I contacted one of the Prodigy Teks' technicians and he was of great help. He gave me a reasonable estimate to fix it and was willing to work with my time schedule. He was so helpful.
