I can't say enough great things about Matt. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.

The delete key on my MacBook Pro stopped working on my work computer, so I had to quickly get it…read morefixed. I spoke on the phone with them first and made an appt for the next morning to get it looked at. The total charge included getting my battery replaced as well, which is something I've needed for the last year. Luckily for me it was a great 2 birds one stone deal. They did everything by the next business day and everything worked as expected. 50% deposit and balance upon completion. Super straightforward. The best part is that they are professional, communicative, and you can tell they aspire to high quality all around in their operations. I'll be coming to them next time I need a repair or upgrade. Excellent work.

I was initially very pleased with the quick turnaround and friendly service when I had my iPhone…read morescreen replaced. They were pleasant and professional and we exchanged a bit of humor over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, a noticeable black blob appeared on the new screen near the Dynamic Island. This looks like OLED screen bleed or a defect. The phone has remained in a case with a screen protector the entire time and has not been dropped, bumped, or otherwise mishandled. Given the timing (only 2 weeks after installation) and the specific location of the spot, this issue is almost certainly the result of either a defective replacement screen or a problem during installation (such as trapped dust, adhesive, or pressure damage). It is not consistent with normal use or accidental damage. I offered to bring the phone in so they could inspect it in person, but they declined and immediately dismissed the warranty claim without examination. While I understand repairs aren't perfect, I'm disappointed they are unwilling to stand behind their work and honor the warranty on what is clearly a post-repair defect. I went from a satisfied customer who would have returned and recommended them to someone who can no longer do so. Potential customers should be aware that warranty support may not be reliable here. EDIT: Contrary to the response below the phone was never physically inspected. Rather, the response was based on a set of photos sent showing the issue which, alone, would be virtually impossible to come to a conclusion of physical damage versus defective product. As a customer, you are in a no win situation here as no matter what happens they are going to blame you and not the manufacturer or installation for the problem.

When I…read morecalled, I got a recording, left a message, and got a return call within hours from Tony, the supervisor. He referred me to my personal tutor, Dan. This is when it really got going.Dan is AWESOME. It takes a special person to teach someone what they know, especially when the student is a slow learner, has a bad attitude, is computer phobic, a slow learner(did I already mention that?). Dan was on time, polite, soft spoken, and patient and calm(everything I"M not). He did what I asked him to do and then some, meaning he went over and above what I originally requested. If you want service for your dollars, go to the Mac Tutor and request Dan. You'll be glad you did!!!!

"Genius" is too small a word for these guys…read more My iPhone contacts would not sync with iCloud. I called Apple Care. Moved up several levels in the hierarchy of experts, but they could not solve the problem. I went to the "Genius" Bar at the Apple Store on North Avenue, no go. They referred back to a support department at Apple. These guys sent me an email referring me to Apple Support Online. I don't have time for this! Here is what Should have done in the first place. I called Mac Tutor. They sent Joshua Horsley. He solved the problem. I have used Mac Tutor in the past and in my opinion these guys are way more knowledgeable than any Apple "Genius." If you do not mind spending a little money to save a lot of time, this is the place to call. And it is not just the time, they get the job done right. Someone, please help. Post a better word than "genius." We use that word for celebrities like Einstein or Hawking. For Joshua, we need a much better word. Brilliant? Astonishing? No those are adjectives. I need a noun. Any ideas out there? Please help!
