I have a sign on the gate that says beware of dog, well they see that and leave, they don't even try to contact us. normally when we know they are coming the dogs are put up. Their customer care keep telling me they could send a supervisor out, but I have had a supervisor out twice with nothing done. They can not even knock down the wasp nest, really poor service. Oh don't get their over rated termite service, it is a scam if they actually. They have billed me for the service and never came out to check the bait stations. I know this as I have cameras and know who comes and goes. Go with someone else or better yet purchase your own pest spray an do it youself for an 1/8 of the cost I give them a -1 out of 10

Erik argued with me constantly, telling me what I was seeing wasn't fleas(we had two types of fleas in our home--sticktight fleas and fleas from a wild bird nest our dogs had gotten into). When I asked him why I was still seeing fleas after he treated, he informed me by law he wasn't allowed to come back out and treat for 2 weeks. We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything. We agreed on a price and scheduled a date/time. On the day of, he showed up early. After explaining the situation, he needed to get a ladder and did not take long to come back with one. He placed the squirrel trap with bait on the second floor in no time. The squirrel smelled the bait and triggered the door shut when it was on top of the cage. Texted Tom that the door was shut and he came out that same evening to reset the trap. Early next morning I texted Tom there was a squirrel in the cage, and he quickly responded that he would come over to it up. Trapper Tom is very personable and explains what he is doing and what will happen. This whole experience was stress free. I will definitely call on him if we need him.
