Great communication and follow-up. They came out, explained everything, sprayed and thankfully I see very little. What is do see, they are dead...YES! read more

The techs were fine and the service was fine. I paid extra to get extra treatments that were important to me (they didn't work). My real issue is the pestering to confirm appointments. As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated. read more

When we were looking, they were quick and responsive which led to hiring them. I have not had any issues since and I am happy with their services. read more

When I needed a professional company that knows what they're doing when it comes to attic pests, I went looking in Yelp and found Paragon. The total experience was pleasing from the very start of the person answering my call, to the initial rep that came out to do a very comprehensive inspection to determine the problem and provide a resolution, to the tech that came out to do the actual work. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them. read more

Pleasant people but the service didn't work for mosquitos, ants and rodents. They were nice to come out multiple times but perhaps their chemicals are ineffective. I switched to another service within days I found dead rats in the yard and ants are almost all gone. read more

We've been with Paragon Pest one year. Had them since moving into our home. Terrific service. They always answer the phone. They've come out on special calls. Treat inside and out plus rodent stuff (extra) if you need it. Hector was our tech today. Helpful and very knowledgeable about stuff from mosquitos to possums. Our neighbors have had ant problems but we do not thanks largely to continued service we think. Reasonable price grateful customer service. And the bugs are dead! read more

Easy to set up service and payments. Technician was polite, thorough. Highly recommend!

They'll do the service on 28 April and I will provide feedback then. The guy who provided the estimate was friendly and gave a good explanation of what they will do. read more

Shaquille was on time and friendly. Shaquille was very informative and efficient throughout the entire process. Definitely happy with my choice of company so far read more

So far, still good! From my previous review, no new rodents or guests in the attic, no new noises. I've checked around and Paragon does offer a very competitive price for good, quality work. All of their technicians are all so nice as well. Now that it's getting warmer, let's see how the mosquito service that I requested works! It seemed to be successful at the end of summer last year, so I'm hopeful that all of the treatments will prevent this mosquito season from being productive. read more

Not reliable. I had high hopes due to the other reviews. Doesn't have that much availability on schedule. Signed up for up for quarterly service - Very first service they canceled due to a truck issue the day of at noon - this can be frustrating when you take off work so that they can do the interior. I need reliability if I am taking off work. read more

great service, honest and sincere. Depends on who goes for initial inspection. recommend Trevor the good guy for fair pricing and great insight, very friendly and cooperative read more

Very disappointed! After moving into our new place, we waited a couple months to start pest control with Paragon because of all the great reviews. I am on a quarterly plan and had my last service on 2/3/26. When I called to inquire today, 5/19/26, about my next service, I was told that I was scheduled for 5/29/26. That's an additional 3 weeks from the quarterly period contracted. Meanwhile, I'm finding spiders in my kids beds, and they're waking up with spider bites. Instead of saying let me see when we could get someone out there, the rep was adamant that this was the way their scheduling system works. read more

We got the most honest, forthright expert opinion - with options to fit our priorities. They also offer super-quick response times and very accommodating scheduling. Highly recommend! read more

Trevor is an excellent pest control person. He is patient and explains everything in Laymen's terms and shows the problem areas to the customer. Highly recommend. read more

Jose came to service my house and he came with someone else whom he appeared to be training. Jose was very nice, courteous, and respectful. He explained everything, did the job, and left. So far so good. read more

Fast, effective and inexpensive. These people are extremely professional and friendly. I recommend them.

they have come out twice, several years between. I think that shows what a good job they did the first time. Competent, professional, courteous. Not inexpensive but worth it. read more

Very communicative, not overbearing, and they deliver on what they promise. We had them come out to spray the yard as we were getting more critters in the house, plus our dog had gotten fleas. Since the treatment everything has gotten much better, and the price was reasonable. Nice! read more

Paragon treated our house for termites. We had three different companies send out reps to give us estimates. The rep that Paragon sent out, Adam Wilmes, was the one that I had the most confidence in being honest with us. He made good eye contact with both my husband and me and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He also was very knowledgable about termites and told us that the ones that we had were the least aggressive so we more than likely did not have any damage in the walls, etc. He put me at ease concerning the situation. His quote was one of the more reasonable ones so I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

From start to finish, my experience with Paragon has been outstanding so far. When I first called, Rachel was the one who answered the phone and helped me, and she set the tone immediately with her friendly and professional customer service. She explained everything clearly, answered every one of my questions, and gave me straight, honest information -- no BS, which I really appreciated. For my initial service, Logan was the technician who came out. He actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine by me and a nice surprise. Logan was just as professional and friendly as Rachel. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered more of my questions without rushing me or making me feel like I was slowing him down, and made sure I felt confident about the service I was receiving. On top of all of that, Paragon is more affordable than my previous pest control company, that outright didn't work. Though just two employees and my initial set up and service, it's rare to find a company where everyone you interact with is this helpful, transparent, and customer-focused. Big thanks to Rachel and Logan -- If this first impression is any indicator of the quality of service I can look forward to, I'll definitely be sticking with Paragon and recommending them to others! read more

This is the only company who called me directly. They have great customer service and are easy to work with. My only complaint is sending and "inspecter" This is a salesman for radiant barrier and insulation. Call it what it is - salesman for additional services. The actual pest control is a good value. read more

Had squirrels in the attic. Everyone that had came and helped on getting the squirrels out was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was impressed with these guys I signed up to do pest control with them also. The previous company I had did not take care of the wasps nests unless I pointed them out, these guys took care of them pro actively. So far no squirrels and no wasps. Thank you. read more

Paragon Pest Control was wonderful! Setting the appointment was easy and Raymond, the technician, arrived on time and explained what the service would include clearly. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Setting up the appointment was easy, and I appreciated the flexibility in choosing a date and time for the technician's visit. Hector was really efficient. Listened well and answered all my questions. For a one time service, we were really impressed. I will use them again. read more

I am truly impressed with this company's customer support. I contacted them overnight while at work and when I woke up they got back to me. After talking to them thru chat on yelp I found out that there isn't much that they or anyone else could do for my current situation and just needed to hold still for now. What's most impressive is they could have sent someone out and tried to charge me something or sell me something I didn't need but instead just talked to me thru chat and saved me money by not having anyone come out. They may have ruined themselves from getting any money from me today but I can tell you that they've gained me as a customer and if and when (because I know I'll need pest control at some point in time as all homeowners do) they will be the ones that I call. read more
