While their customer service started off great, this company seems to be unaccountable. After scheduling an appointment 2 weeks out, nobody showed up at the time of the appointment, yet the technician claimed he "knocked." With 2 adults, a dog that barks at any slight noise at the front door, and a newborn in the home - there's no way we would have missed a knock. Their after hours answering service is worthless and rude. Save yourself some time, stress, and money ... and opt for a more professional company. read more

We've used Liberty a couple times now, and the guys are always so courteous and quick! I love that they give an exact time for their appointments, too, instead of a window, because it lets me better plan my day around the appointment. This was the first pest service we signed up with upon moving into our Fort Worth home. I was pleased with the initial service but after that it was downhill. I requested monthly mosquito service in the summer and got one visit. After that if I didn't call and request them to come, which usually led to a 2-3 week out schedule time, they never came. I also had to call each quarter to see when my service would be and if they were coming. If weather was bad that day, I never received a reschedule call. I had to call them. I didn't feel like working that hard to continue to give them my money so I canceled. I will find someone who can figure out a schedule and notify me when they are coming. Never had such an experience in any other city I've lived in. I will say the few treatments we received did work. read more

I've been using them for several years now. Even after I moved, I still continue to use them. They do great work. Even if I see a bug a week or so after they come and spray, all I have to do is call and they send someone out and take care of the issue. They are wonderful and very nice. Another great recommendation from YELP!!!! WOOHOO! I was having a huge issue with wasps all around my property, so much so that they were getting inside of my house and I could not figure out where they were coming from! After many frustrating phone calls to other pest control places, all while killing wasps in my kitchen left and right, they were able to squeeze me in same day! They were quick to come out and help me! They sprayed all the areas outside my home and really soaked all the high activity wasp areas. They also treated my attic with was really great too! It has been a little over 2 weeks now and I have not seen a single wasp and I have had no more wasps in the house!!! YAY!!! I am BEYOND PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRICING!!! I would like to say that their answering service representative was very rude over the phone. I was calling to speak to someone for my appointment and their answering service responded. The answering service was very rude, have me a tone of being upset because I kept calling for an appointment that I had of which I was concerned if the appoiintment time was going to be respected. The answering service for Liberty Pest Control needs a little lesson on customer service, because pretty much the representative doesn't know how to treat customers. I wouldn't deal with this Pest Control service if your calling during hours in which their answering service is going to respond. read more

Wow, I am so impressed by the service I received, right of the bat from calling them and asking about information and quotes to the actual treatment itself! Not only were they the cheapest company around, Deymond, our service agent actually went out of his way to get me an even better deal! He was very professional and answered any questions I had, he went above and beyond to make sure he did a thorough job! He treated my home for ants and other crawlies, as well as wasp nests, and made sure to let me know that if there was any concern at all, that the service did include a 90 day warranty! This company definitely earned itself a costumer for future home treatments! And it's a local family owned company! Last year I called with a fire ant emergency, at the time my little one was just starting to crawl. They didn't have any openings for a couple weeks, but one of the techs who was off heard the call and volunteered to come out right away. They are are a friendly, knowledgeable, family run business. Last year, I would have recommended this place to anyone who needed pest control. This year, absolutely not! The service comes with a 90-day warranty, which sounds great, but when I tried to call 2 months after the visit, when the problems came back, and I was told that the scheduler wasn't there and that she'd call me upon her return. Never got a call back, and this whole thing slipped off mind. I called again today, still within the 90 day period, and I'm basically being told that I didn't make the initial call, because it's not shown on the records. They did push hard to have me schedule my 2nd spray. I said "No, I know I called, and I want my warranty spray", to which I am told it is only a spot spray, not a full respray (which is absolutely not what is written on the Contract under the Guarantee section). In the end, I still managed to have a tech dispatched for a spot spray, but I will go find a new (honest) company for my future needs! read more

Dustin with Liberty Pest Control suggested I wait before doing a review from his visit in August. His reasoning was to make sure Liz & I were happy with the service. This is a service industry and Dustin did not disappoint us. He arrived on time and explained what our issues were and what would be the treatment he would advise. After answering our pesty questions he worked for about an hour and took care of all of our problems. He left and so did all of our issues. No pests....!! Our Dog Rio spent her time flirting with Dustin and keeps asking when he can come back. There price was spot on and their service was second to none. We will use them again when the time comes. The last couple of days we had signs in the kitchen there were other critters in the house that we do not take to the vet. This morning early we heard something in the master bedroom closet that sounded ominous and bigger than it was. Honestly, was scared to open the doors so I started looking for a pest control company. First one said they could make it out on Saturday. Well, that wasn't going to work because we need to get in the closet before then. I contacted Liberty Pest Control and they had Dustin out within 2 hours. Plain and simple LPC wanted my business so they did what they had to do to get it. Dustin was a sweetheart - loved the yappy dogs and answered every question I had. Turns out we have roof rats - one came scampering through the dining room while Justin was here and he was gracious enough to catch it. The cold is forcing them to find heat. I won't use anyone else.
