I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. No complaints about the service and promtness of response. My complain is we paid $2500 for a "full exclusion" and what turned out to be 2 squirrels. 1 year warranty only. We feel the amount should have been adjusted to the gravity of the situation in our the attic. We regret paying this much for just a couple of squirrels which, by the way, were not taken away as I had assumed, but only pushed out. They are still running around out backyard and we know it's only a matter of time before they will be back in the attic (or else they would not push for a warranty extension). read more

This company was fantastic. We had a serious rat problem in my disabled cousins house. They sent 2 inspectors which spent over an hour going through the whole house. They gave me a detailed explanation and showed me where the rats were coming into the house and how they would resolve the problem. Extremely professional company. They arrived on time, did a great job with installing the barriers, came back a week later and painted everything to match. They have been back 4 times to check traps, each visit has been on time, a reminder call ahead of the appointment and friendly efficient. They were also priced well, lower than a few competitors that seemed less less thorough. We had a few mice in a new house and they got rid of the problem after just a couple of visits but continued to come back a few more times to ensure they were gone. Had a great experience with Rodent Retreat. Kevin professionally sealed the holes where the squirrel was getting in and set one way cages. The squirrel was very persistent and kept coming back and trying to get back in. Kevin returned a couple of times to care of it permanently and repaired the damage made by the squirrel to the exterior of our home. The Rodent Retreat service from this veteran owned business was excellent! Our residence was screened for rodent activity and possible entry points sealed after setting an exclusion trap. All of the facia repairs were painted to match the existing color. Appointments to provide a free inspection and then to perform the work were kept on schedule and on each occasion the crew called half an hour in advance to advise us they were in transit. Rodent Retreat's price was less than half of a competing quote for this job, and considerably less that what we were charged by another company for the removal of an opossum and facia repairs on a previous occasion. Did such a great job with HUGE rodent riddance. House has been vacant for six months and had every rodent imaginable partying in the attic.
