As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

Aaron came out the very next day to take a look at my property. He told me that there was nearly no damage to my attic, just a few holes around the roof line of my house. He put these little doors on the holes so that the squirrels could leave but not get back in. Within a week, he came back and fixed up the holes. He was able to do this while I was at work, which was really convenient. This work cost less than I expected and the animals were out quickly. all the staff which I talked to were nice and very knowledgeable. I like that they're construction focused and humane to animals instead of exterminator service. There have been no more critters in my attic, driving my dogs insane with their squirrely sounds.

A few days later I noticed that there were stains of oil in my driveway. I looked under my car and the plastic sheath protecting the oil filter was full of oil and it splattered to the back of my car due to driving and wind. I took it to the dealership and after diagnosis they said that the oil plug was cross threaded and was not sealing correctly which was leading to the leak. Well 800 dollars later and replacing the oil pan now it's not leaking anymore. I won't be back to this place and if you do go just make sure to look over your vehicle once you're done.

We were given a long report with pictures and recommendations which we submitted to our builder for warranty repair. Paul cut no corners and we plan on referring him to our neighbors who needs the first inspection and/or their 11 month.

As indicated in my earlier review, Eric came back out today to assess the current rodent situation. Rather than scare and sell me an expensive solution that would be relatively short-term at best for me, he advised me of several easy and economical steps I could take to mitigate my situation. He even pointed out a problem in my attic that was not pest-related. Once again, Eric went "above and beyond", and I strongly recommend him. Update to my previous initial review - 1/27/2016 - Been using Bug Head services since 6/8/2015. Have noticed only an occasional silver fish (a very small caterpillar type of bug - harmless) other than that - really NO alive bugs seen! Eric and Austin do an exceptional job and I highly recommend them. Austin comes to our home and using a pole with some type of chemical or powder at the end of the pole runs this up along the underside where the wall and the roof connect; then checks for signs of any termite activity and then sprays the home's perimeter with their magic juice - Thanks Bug Head! read more

Found these guys on a powerful recommendation from yelp, and they turned out to be winners. We moved into a formerly owned home that was not cared for inside or outside. The folks at BugHead helped us rid the place of critters in the attic and even found the place of entry and repaired it. Every time we have had an issue--once or twice--in between quarterly treatments, they usually send someone out the same day that I've called. Called the company when some of my neighbors mentioned termite problems. They sent over a very courteous and professional inspector. He checked our property and didn't find anything. He gave me a few tips on what to do to guard against an infestation and didn't try to sell me any extra service. All free of charge. I'm glad I didn't have a problem, but I'm sure if I did, BugHead would be able to handle it. I will call them in the future and would recommend them to my friends. read more

Bughead is great! They are very honest and told me that a rodent situation in my detached garage was common and there's nothing they could do to ompletely get rid of them. Instead of treating it with something that may or may not work, he gave me some DIY tips to reduce the problem and didn't charge me for the visit. Right on! Great service. We had just moved into a home and had wasp nest and other bugs around the house. Bughead came out quickly and removed the nest and sprayed and we have not had any problems since.
